No star worth it!
Although we weren't even there, I can't leave a good criticism of this hotel. Have cancelled the booking again, because the staff was so unfriendly and competent on the phone that we didn't want to check in there at all.
When asked several times on the phone if everything worked out with our booking, the good gentleman (who unfortunately spoke very bad German) could not give me any concrete information, whether there was a room booking under our name. When he didn't know any more, he just hung up.
Absolute naughtiness of this store!
Just leave your fingers off, the reviews speak for themselves!

We had booked the hotel for 2 nights. The cheap price was fine. When we arrived, however, we noticed quite quickly why it is so cheap and why you have to pay right at the check-in.
Freshly operated on the foot, we had to go to the 4th floor, which also passed through a door on which a sticker was "only private. " Our rooms number 45 did not exist either. There were 44, 46, 47 and 48. Then tried on good luck to unlock at the room where no number stood. After we were finally in the room we could not relax. The room was dirty, so was the shower. In the room in which the toilet stood lay dead flies and small animals. The balcony was more than dirty and even the towels on the beds had stains.
The parking lot wasn't the real one, either. Luckily, you have found another hotel and checked out directly at the Park Hotel.
The employee was then totally rude and then asked intrusive questions about how much our cars would have cost (which was uncanny and more than inappropriate! )
Not recommended in my opinion. And actually, the hotel didn't even deserve a star.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I had booked a single room and wanted to go to dinner with a colleague. Before that I wanted to freshen up and move. So that my colleague does not have to wait in the uncomfortable ambience of the reception, I wanted to take her to the room.
Although the stay there would have stayed under 30 min. The hotel wanted to pay 20 euros extra!
That's an insolence.
I had already paid, but at check-in I was not pointed to this "policy", even though my colleague stood next to me.
I did not take a key in reception and did not enter a room and did not want to stay due to the circumstances.
The hotel does not make any institutions to repay the amount already paid! I have never felt so uncomfortable with the "reception" and I personally feel the "policy" as pure "rip off". Only a shredded piece of paper knows about this "policy".

Staff helpful, breakfast OK, hot water and heating OK, bed, laundry, towels OK.
Simple hotel — especially the floors are probably not cleaned better and are therefore unappetizing and need to be renovated.
Sleeping is possible due to unpleasant odours only when the window is open!

Unfortunately, no star value. This Hotel has not yet been closed, it is no wonder as the hotel clerk, very much. Not that the go hurdles holds with adhesive tape on the carpet, so this is quite wavy. The room holds more… Apparently, it was deleted and since the Papierbuld was brought with screws to the wall, not one has taken this to the stress. In addition, 3 of the screws are already out and falling into the bed, underneath. Mold in the bathroom and, unfortunately, quite a lot! Clean it was unfortunately not. Below 0 degrees, the window would not let up, so we have quite frozen, as heated as it was the next day, our departure still. Very bad.

Nice staff But just a cheap hotel to stay no more and no less. Perfect for one or two nights. Not dirty but a little old, you could do some rework eg flipped in the sink the color or the door to the bathroom jammed but everything was not bad. Quite anonymous because you can use a side entrance when you are in the right room. S-Bahn to the main station almost right outside the door (you hear nothing) to the airport once change about 40 minutes.

The worst hotel we've ever had! Booked it for a technician of our company… For the price of 52, €50 this was the purest horror… Dirt and mildew where you just looked.
Not recommended at all.

By far the worst hotel I have ever seen… Can't recommend the hotel to anyone… You have to avoid this hotel, in my eyes the hotel does not even deserve a star…

The worst hotel I've ever been to I usually don't write reviews, but I like to take the time. The reason is because I want other guests to avoid this hotel.
The reason for my visit to Cologne was professionally, I had to spend a few weeks in Cologne in order to find accommodation and wanted or had to stay in the hotel for a few weeks. Well and cheap it should be above all.
I chose this hotel because the profile picture really appealed to me, but this does not show the hotel itself, but a modern building opposite the "Parkhotel" which just made the impression of a hotel. The actual "Parkhotel" is a terraced house building — very narrow and old. A possibly somewhat older building, also penetrate in need of renovation. In front only two-three cars, which are only available in the short term for guests, are more suitable for unloading from the luggage. The free parking spaces that were offered are opposite the building but not owned by the hotel itself. It's more a sand tracks without asphalt. You definitely come back with dirty shoes.
Arrived at the hotel you can see a female waitress behind a glass wall, similar to the kiosk. The entrance area is very cramped. There is room for a maximum of 3-4 people. It's dark. You don't get warm around your heart unless you spill hot tea over your head. I was alone and got a dorm room with a convertible couch. The room was a disaster.

This place was so dirty that words can't describe it!

What a dump! avoid this place if you’re reading this, even If it was for free I wouldnt come back.

Absolutely the last muck, I do not understand why still this hotel exists? Above all, is still displayed at Boking, on Saturday 07.10.2017 am there travelled there with my wife and 3 children for one night. After 2 hours unfortunately could not stay there anymore, money is unfortunately gone and had to go to another hotel. Very rude woman who is seated there, unfortunately I can not call a hotel,

Even for a cheap option it's quite bad. We had no shower had and nobody could do anything about it. Changing rooms was no option. Supposedly they were book. They weren't. Light sockets hat open cables. Quite dangerous.

It smelled like ass in there.

Too bad that there no minus star can forgive but this not rich would dirty disgusting shabby, which says I believe everything.

The hotel tells much of outdoor! Inside arrived it gets dirty. A tiny room in total chaos. Than non-smokers, we asked us whether or not smoking in the rooms. With a sinister face was assured us that smoking in the hotel is strictly prohibited. So we booked our night and also got the key. Extremely steep stairs that are lined with a filthy carpet, we went to the rooms. All squeaks and creaks and the walls look very uneinladend. Arrived in the room almost the shock hits us. When the door is opened, a musty smell is confronting one. The walls are all tentative and poorly renovated. Colors that don't match were painted just one above the other. The bedside table is completely taken off and broken. Drawers in which you would like to think his clothes are completely dirty, dirty and mold. The wall decoration is all in all absolutely Loveless made. One has the feeling the pictures were hung to cover as much as possible by the ugly wall. This is made sure even just paintings. It opens the door to the bathroom, old, cold smell of smoke shoots a counter. Here was definitely smoked, and that not too close.

Very dirty and the car park is far away at the junction. The bathroom was so small and full of muld. Paid for the Wi-Fi access but can't use because so slow. Can't recommend this place : (
