We had booked a double room with bed for children. Upon arrival, I noticed that the room was a room with a connecting door, but assumed that the other rooms-what is usual not otherwise occupied.
. But no. At one in the morning we were woken up by the two gay Bavaria relationship strife, you could understand every word, it was extremely messy.
After half an hour it passed us and we went to the reception; "you couldn't do for its guests" and "drag in another room" (Yes a clear with 23-month-old toddler and many luggage in the middle of the night good idea. ) was trying to fob us off; only after I said that it should not be forgotten here times, what is the cause of evil, was responded and called in the next room.
Returned to finally rest were about 1, 5 hours passed, and the middle of the night.
As I once again pointed out after checking out this more than strange approach (namely, the double occupancy rooms with a connecting door), was not responded — no apology, no insight. Only so much: the hotel was not fully booked long ago.
Otherwise:
a dusty, tattered partially impression made all of this. In the room the house slippers were missing, trays of the room stood in the corridors.
In the pool area (and it was not very busy) the requirements of the concerns were soaking wet and sometimes dirty.
You may report other things — that would go beyond the scope here however.
All in all there is in this category very much better ways to spend the night in Cologne!
