Single Room had no air conditioning. You can open windows but it doesn't help much in such a hot weather. Not sure about Double Room and Superior Single Room. I'd recommend to check with the hotel before booking.

Hotels near the center: the cathedral is just a 10/15 minute walk away. Breakfast is always varied and good quality, friendly staff. The individual businesses are a bit small but still equipped with all the comforts. Upon arrival a failure of the elevator forced us to some trips in the dark, but then promptly repaired.

We spent a night in this beautiful hotel. The rooms are welcoming and pleasantly decorated. Especially the bathroom was nice bright and clean. It took a little longer at the reception, but we patient people didn't bother us much. Breakfast is rich and satisfying.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff.
Location is quite central, not far away from the Rhine and the Duomo. Breakfast is also pretty good and choice has it enough.

Modern hotel in a central location. The rooms are modern and well appointed. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly. A previous check in on will work without any problems. The hotel is located about 7 minutes walking distance to the train station, despite the busy road nearby, it was very quiet in the room.

Although we had to wait for the reception later in the evening, the service (which also apologized for this) was very friendly. The room on the third floor was quiet, clean and spacious; The furnishings are new and elegant. Breakfast normal compared to similar hotels.

The hotel is good, from the station 10-13 minutes on foot. My single room was on the 5th floor. Of course the room is small, but everything is very compact and functional. Very clean, almost sterile, like in a hospital. The restaurant is also clean, breakfast is delicious and a wide range of food. Service personnel — Europeans are very correct and short-spoken, do not ask unnecessary questions. Everywhere you can feel the order. Next to the hotel no decent restaurants I did not find, maybe badly searched. I went to dinner at Central Station.

Hotel Santo? Gladly again. The hotel is quite central and well accessible by car. Own garage is available and the price for it and also the room is adequate. The room was, like the whole house, modernly furnished and it makes a neat condition. The breakfast is really outstanding and certainly something for every taste. If you are not satisfied, then everything is too late. Only negative I noticed the bar, because the young lady had no idea how cocktails, or long drinks, are mixed… but that is whining at a high level.

Perfect. Nice room, no carpeting (! ), very large and tasty breakfast. Parking for the car is available and an experience. The staff are very committed and anxious.

Great location. Rooms were comfy with a great shower. Also had a Nespresso machine! Breakfast was lovely… hot and cold food. Staff were courteous and extremely helpful.

Disaster! The receptionist is totally annoyed and overwhelmed. For some reason, the double invoice amount was on our bill. When we asked her how this would come about, she answered annoyed and with eyes rolling. When we looked at the bill, she looked at her colleague several times, exhaled loudly and shook her head. We have never experienced anything so outrageous at a hotel reception. Never again.

Very good hotel. Central, new, with a great buffet breakfast, comfortable beds, clean… Highly recommended to spend a day in Köln.

Easy arrival from the train station, less than 10 minutes walk. Spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable beds. Breakfast (from 6.30 am) magnificent and very varied (sausages, fruit, dairy, cereals, sweets, as well as English breakfast, etc). The girl at reception very friendly, kept our luggage several hours before our entrance to the room while we saw the city. Highly recommended!

Fan in the bathroom was broken, hair in bed and the lamp hung half off the ceiling since a screw was missing… unfortunately.

A hotel in the centre of Cologne (max. 10 minute walk to Central station, shopping facilities, as well as restaurants on site) with a 4 star rating at a fair price. Absolutely recommended.

Clean and gets the job done, but single mattress is tiny and against a wall so I kept waking up whenever I moved and knocked against the wall. For some reason there is no "do not disturb" sign available in the room, so I can't sleep in: housekeeping knocks and comes in at around 8:30am. One day I asked specifically to not have my room cleaned and they did it anyway. : ( The breakfast is fine, but like 80% meat. :) it's actually rather impressive. I like their tea bar, where you can make your own pots of tea with fresh mint, ginger or lemon.

We spent three nights in this hotel. Rooms are comfortable, wide and clean: bathroom is good but the shower (I found it better in a lot of other hotels) and the fan running continuously. I found the breakfast was very good. I prefer an international breakfast and this was I this way with a strong declination of Northern Europe style (such as smoked salmon and herrings). The hotel staff has been very kind and helpful I all our requests.

Pretty nice hotel in the elevated middle class. Does most things right. Avoids surprises, both good and nasty ones. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location. Not super new but well kept.

This hotel is strange. There are saint sculptures on the patio and naked woman pictures on the corridors. Having said that, the rooms are big and the furniture is new. Breakfast is good.

Schönes geräumiges und modernes Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück mit reichhaltiger Auswahl. Checkout bis 12 Uhr sehr angenehm.

Pros: — great location (walking distance to the Duomo, 10 min) — large double room — very quiet — friendly staff — good Breakfast Neutral: — the wooden floor looks pretty worse for wear, and therefore a bit messy — Duvets and pillows were functional Cons: — expensive Parking (17, 50€/day) — very hard beds Conclusion: For a night we would come back again, but for longer we would be because of the hard beds in other accommodation.

Good Hotel in walking distance to the main station and Cathedral. Good Breakfast, single room small but ok. Good Price-Performance Ratio.

The Hotel is well located in the centre of Cologne, the rooms are modern, attractively decorated and clean. Only the Parking situation is difficult and costly.
