Trend Hotel

Yes, the hotel provides a sufficient number of free parking spaces. A notable feature is the ability to park your car directly in front of your room door, which is very convenient for transporting luggage. Additionally, electric vehicle charging stations are installed on the hotel grounds, directly at the entrance.

The hotel staff is described as very friendly, attentive, professional, and ready to help. The reception desk does not operate 24 hours a day; however, the hotel successfully handles late arrivals: by prior arrangement, keys can be left in a designated location. Guests note the efficiency of the staff and their friendliness during check-in.

The hotel offers a diverse and delicious buffet breakfast, which many guests describe as "top-tier" and "luxurious." The menu features a wide selection of dishes, and guests can choose between machine-made or filter coffee. However, some visitors noted drawbacks: during peak hours, food may run out, and dirty plates are sometimes left uncleared on the tables.

Reviews regarding the Wi-Fi are contradictory. Some guests confirm the presence of wireless internet as part of the room amenities. At the same time, others complain about an unstable connection, noting that the network may drop every hour and the password provided in the room is sometimes invalid.

Soundproofing in the hotel is rated as insufficient by many guests. Visitors complain that conversations from neighbors, the sound of toilet flushing, showers, and even snoring from adjacent rooms are audible. Additionally, due to the layout of the rooms with street access, sounds from the parking lot, slamming doors, and engine noise are heard.

Many guests praise the comfortable beds and high-quality pillows, noting a great night's sleep. However, some opinions suggest that the furniture and decor are worn: stains and peeling wallpaper, holes in the headboards, and cracks in the ceiling have been mentioned. Some visitors feel that the online photos are embellished and that the rooms themselves look dark and cozy.

Most guests consider the rooms to be very clean and tidy. Nevertheless, there are occasional complaints about hair on the bed linens, tiles, and radiators. Some reviews also mention silverfish on the bathroom floor, dust under the sink, and stains in the shower.

The heating system is inconsistent. Some guests complain that when outdoor temperatures are low, the rooms become too cold. There were also mentions of drafts and whistling wind due to poorly fitting room doors, which interfered with sleep.

Rooms are equipped with a basic set: a desk, television, hairdryer, and toiletries (soap, towels). Sky Television is available in some rooms, although not all guests were able to use it. Noted drawbacks include the lack of a full clothing wardrobe (only a garment rack) and the low power of the hairdryer.

The hotel is built in the style of an American motel, where rooms are accessed directly from the outside. It is an excellent choice for travelers on the road and for business trips. Reviews mention that the hotel is frequently booked by contractors.

Yes, some guests noted the presence of a pleasant small welcome gift in the room upon arrival.
