Nice hotel. A lot for the money. The rooms are good and the breakfast was great.

The rooms are fantastic, Great Clean — Quietly well equipped, just like the bathroom. The service was very accommodating and attentive. You immediately felt taken care of. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the breakfast because we had to leave early, but we will certainly make up for it the next time we stay.
The bar was also very cozy and the service excellent, just like the cocktails.

Acceptable. Bathroom with the swing-door (? ) that was suppose to protect water from splashing out from the bathtub, was disaster and the sink was dirty with long, blond hair around it. Which just means that the room was not good enough cleaned and that the swing-door needs an better upgrade. But the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good, therefore the 2 stars.

Nice hotel, good bedding, in a nice environment, just a concern to check the rooms before arrival (missing glass, mini bar incomplete, or containing leftovers…)

A great hotel, the hotel is located next to the Tiergarten in Hanover, you have a great view from the rooms directly into the countryside. Within 2 min. Once the zoo is reached and you can go for a wonderful walk, If you want to go to the city, 3 minutes from the hotel is the tram station.
We have been to the hotel 3 times and it will certainly not have been the last time.
The breakfast buffet is very rich and even wishes are fulfilled quickly and kindly. A giant praise goes to the staff in the service and at the reception they are consistently very nice and competent, we once had a problem that was immediately passed on to the management and very quickly fixed, problems or heartache are taken very seriously.
In any case, we will be happy to spend our holidays again. Absolutely recommended …

I particularly liked the quiet location of this hotel. The whole staff is very friendly.
There is a full-fledged gym including a sauna in the hotel, which is free for guests.

Very nice quiet hotel right on Tiergarten just outside. Still with the S/U train in 10 minutes in the city centre.
The staff is very friendly. The breakfast delicious and good selection.
Unfortunately it was in our room as it was very hot also very hot and the windows are just for tipping.

Very nice stay. Seminar room is good, with great views of the park, however, the ventilation, air conditioning should be improved. The rooms are very spacious and the facilities are good. However, the rooms on the south side should also have air conditioning installed. The beds are a bit soft and there are no sockets on the bed.

Been coming here for the last 8 years for Hannover messe in april. Roomservice have declined thru the years — very Little to choose from. Breakfast — nothing new here — so boring. Maybe update the breakfast meny jesus christ. For eight years I have complained about the english spoken channels in the television, they never work! And every year a concierge come up to my room to check if it doesnt work, holy Christ. They never fix it. I am only here to work so I need to eat and watch some tele before I go asleep after 14 hrs working day. Toilets, very small. In 50% they have cut into the bathroom door otherwise it cant open because of the toilet is in the way! However, they redesign, paint, freshen Up the rooms every year.

First of all, I want to start with the positive things: perfectly clean rooms comfortable beds friendly staff a rebuke is there but and that weighs heavily: I got on the 10th 04. Get my room card at 15:00 pm. At 17:30 am I then have my bag with the company laptop etc. Stored in the hotel room. I took part in my company celebration. When I wanted to get back to my room, the room card didn't work anymore. I thought it was the magnetic stripe. So I'm going to the front desk with the request to freshen up the card. The receptionist reacted a bit funny and pushed the statement: if there is something please select immediately the speed Dial 9 afterwards. Calming is not such a thing. After that, I went to my room. The door opened and it showered another guest in my room. This was as surprised as I was. But gave me the information that he had given my bag to the reception and I should get a new room. Back at the front desk was apologizing to me for the inconvenience. This is all well and good, but I would prefer that only one guest is booked per room and I do not meet anyone else in the shower. It can't work that way. Very unprofessional and unscrupulous. To the honest guest alone it is due that I have got my things intact again. If the things had disappeared, I would have opened a rather large barrel.

You will be greeted and cared for by an exceptionally friendly and motivated staff.
The breakfast and restaurant area is newly designed and very well managed. At all a hotel to feel good, really nice there!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
It is also worth mentioning that our dog could be with us at breakfast and dinner. An important reason for us to come back.

A beautiful hotel directly at the Tiergarten Hannover. For people who like to take a little stroll through nature during their visit to Hanover, a top hotel. The staff is friendly and the food and service are very good. You can even have shirts and suits cleaned. Practical if you are in Hanover for several consecutive days and don't want to take more than two suits. The laundry is available in the morning, and it is clean again in the evening.

As usual good value for money, good breakfast, clean room, good cosmetics in the bath!

If you enjoy broken closet doors, non-stop (noisy) bathroom ventilation, no sockets near the bed that work and sockets farther away that stop working if you turn off the lights, miserable decoration and hideous typography in their printed materials in and around the hotel, this place is for you! Some rooms had a nice view of the Tierpark, but I had a flat black roof. Never, ever, again. Leonardo would scream in protest if he ever had to stay there. The one star I gave it is for the wonderfully friendly front desk woman that really gave her best to make the terrible somewhat better. The worst B&B is certainly a more enjoyable experience.

Very nice staff. Good breakfast. They have a parking. Near is a entrance to small zoo and playground for children.

Everything was very good, beds are comfortable, room was clean, lots of parking places. Complimentary bottle of water and variety of tea/coffee was also good. The only thing which could be better — the floor in the bathroom, it was colder than ice, otherwise the hotel, room and equipment were superb.

Nice clean rooms. Breakfast is very good. There is probably a fitness area which I could not use because the time was missing. All were very friendly. My daughter loved that there were candy and chocolate at the reception.

The room was very good, very clean, very well equipped — no wishes were left open. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth it, it is very rich and an experience. I haven't had a good breakfast in a hotel for a long time. The staff helpful, friendly and sovereign at the guest. I would book the hotel again.

A first class hotel in a very good quiet location. Restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity, but dining options at the hotel are excellent and absolutely recommended. An all-round perfect weekend in a perfect ambience. We are very happy to stay again and can recommend the hotel without any restrictions.

It's good for the money you pay.

A great location on the outskirts of the city, good public transport links and a really nice neighborhood make a stay in this hotel a little experience. If you like nature and still want to enjoy the advantages of a city, this is the best place. The hotel itself has come a little in the years. Nevertheless, everything is in an acceptable condition, the breakfast tastes good and the staff is extremely accommodating. We will be happy to return.

An incomparably wonderful hotel with an atmosphere and a service that is unrivalled! Both the hotel director, Mr. Dirk Knappert, as well as all the staff, offer such a family and wonderful service — which we have never been able to experience and enjoy in such a way! We can only put the Leonardo at the Tiergarten in Hannover, Mr. Knappert and his staff to heart! Humanity and mindfulness — the guests as well as their own staff are very much written here!

Thank you for a beautiful stay. A very nice room, with free fruit platter, very good bed. The breakfast was excellent. The gym better than many pure studios. We could stay one hour longer, thank you. I had unfortunately left my Ladkabel, we sent for free. Highly recommended.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was this hotel should have a nice fitness room. However, that is open only 2-10pm. Not open in the morning. In addition, that was closed before 9pm when I checked in. The water in the room had not been replaced with new one. The empty bottle used by previous guest had been left. Breakfast was okay. Staffs were kind. But I was mostly disappointed at the hotel.

We were here for a conference. Room well furnished, only in the long run the air conditioning was a bit too cold. Snack bar very extensive and tasty. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Definitely a good place for meetings.

Nothing specific to address on top of my rating. Overall excellent hotel with a very high comfort factor and feeling to be "almost at home". Stay tuned and keep this level of quality and professionalism!

Everything was excellent, very clean and the staff of this hotel were friendly and helpful as always!
The location is just perfect! Directly in the Tiergarten with beautiful deer and deer and other small animals! I could jog every day in the Tiergarten, there are the walkways. It is also relatively fast in the downtown. I love this hotel!

The beds in our room were terribly low. At our home we have very high beds. Much easier to get off as a senior. The day we left new beds were delivered. I hope they are more to our liking. Soap dispensers in bathrooms hard to handle. They had much better ones in the Netherlands at the Holiday Inn. Our hands are not that strong anymore. Please, put into tubs mats. Feels saver when taking a shower.

We will remember our stay at the hotel Leonardo in Hanover for a very long time. Both in service and facilities, as if its location on the outskirts. Ideal for all those who are in the hustle and bustle of gray and are more at peace. The subsequent Tiergarten also fits and completes the overall picture absolutely positive! We will definitely come back and look forward to it now. :-)

The area is great for families by car. Good parking and next to a big park, playground and small "zoo". Many rooms have a balcony towards the park. Close to A7 highway so perfect for a stopover when travelling with kids.

Clean and maids are EXCEPTIONALLY HONEST. We left over 5 thousand USD On a shelf after we checked out. On our way to Italy 2 hrs down the road they called us and told us our money was at the desk. We returned and every cent was there. Gave maid a very generous tip to say the least.

Nice sit out, buffet and staff to make your visit worth it.

Dramatic experience in the restaurant: 1h50 to wait a dramatic salmon. The service was not coordinated, a tense atmosphere during the long wait, and finally the people from the kitchen delivering some horrible food. Only good news :they finally didn't claim to be paid and offered the dinner.

It's a great hotel, there you have everything you need. The breakfast is fantastic and the fruit that they serve it's very juicy and fresh. The price is right, it's worth it.

For a 5 star hotel very food run-down, high bad and for that very expensive.

Toilet is directly next to door, which makes it impossible to open service is good, personal doesn`t often süeak german.

Very friendly staff, also the conditions are very courteous. Food had tasted good. But the hotel room is from the Hygiene /cleanliness only 1 star worthy! The bathroom still had hair, the toilet was also not clean properly. Bed linen had stains otherwise it went.

After a renovation just perfect. Great Service, friendly staff and modern wellbeing rooms at a very good price.

The Restaurant was a lame Service, anywhere hinguckte, just not at our table. On demand, we got the cards (after 15 min. ) and after a further about 10 minutes still no one according to the order asked, we left the Restaurant, because the risk is only further necessary Hours of waiting time with beverages, was too high. It was not full, and more than enough staff present.

This Hotel is awful. My girlfriend had booked the place on the Internet, we were totally shocked to see a Hotel so run down. They are renovating, but the service needs renovation, too. Don't go there, its not even worth a penny.

The Hotel is just renovated, however it is missing any reference to it. Staff is not friendly, but reacts pampig, if you're over the height of the Wi-Fi cost complained. The beds are not real beds (double beds) but single beds put together. The Breakfast looks like a compilation from the 80s. Thank you, but never again.

The reception was nice — then folgtes it but. The rooms are quite old-fashioned — where earlier in the Hotel chocolates on the pillow were, it is now a small bag of gummy bears. A look into the bathroom was also disappointing. Bathtub with shower curtain — I am always asking myself, what a hotel guest has already once in the Hotel bathroom? I do not!. Therefore, the "in the bath" and "bath" always terribly dangerous because you so nice to slip. A further look into the bathroom, then the toilet is shared. The was so logistically behind the door is placed, that when you are on the Locus of the squats, the door should still be a reinspazieren, straight into the face gets beaten. Then my Zimmerausblick was directly on a Parking lot — you can't do anything about it, not even for the Flaschensammelstation and the large Container where people put their rubbish reingeschmissen have the curtains you could pinch — with the result that the heating is assumed — as a result, that it is only after you get back into the room came, realized how cold the room was. The Trick with the Curtain, I was then from the reception to tell. Furchbar were the prices for food for a Sandwich with fries incl.
