The rooms where big and had a cool design. Staff was serviceminded. Price was low compared to other hotels. Recomended.

Avoid at all costs this hotel! The first impression is that it offers good quality for a reasonable price. All until you face their staff. I was given a room in which in the middle of the night the ventilation system started to produce unbearable very loud noise. When I call the reception to report it, the lady didn't allow me to explain what the problem is, she replied right away "I can't help you with anything! I can give you another room". And that all happened in the middle of the night. After 30 minutes a young man came to my room to hand in the card for the new room. He told me the loud sound appearing and disappearing was a known issue of the room I was in. So, if it was a know problem, how can you check in someone in it? The next day, after I moved all my belongings to the new room, I went to the receptionist to hand in the card from the old room. Guess what?! the receptionist handed me a card for a new room, apparently because he didn't understand English and got confused. Finally, when checking out, no questions were asked like "How was your stay? etc. ". Very, unfriendly, impolite and overall not worth staying there.

Nothing wrong with this hotel but I have been lucky to stayed in many great hotels. Free cold drinks in room. Breakfast is good choice. Underground within 1 min walk. Not many restaurants near, Pier 51 about 15 min walk which is on the lake. No tea or coffee making facilities. Very quiet area, just as well as aircon not working and I needed the window open.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht, an dem es nichts auszusetzen gab. Alles war sauber und machte einen fast neuwertigen Eindruck. Lediglich der Wasserdruck der Dusche hätte höher sein können. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit der Qualität des Frühstücks waren wir nicht so zufrieden.

Sicuramente uno degli indirizzi più validi di Hannover. Innanzitutto si trova in una posizione comoda, l'hotel è elegante ed il personale alla reception professionale e veloce. Le camere sono molto confortevoli ed una particolarità è che il mini bar è compreso nel prezzo della Camera. Anche la dotazione in accessori è davvero completa, con tanto di contraccettivi e assorbenti per la gente che dimentica… il prezzo sicuramente non è dei più economici, ma vale veramente la pena! Inoltre c'è anche una palestra che purtroppo non ho fatto in tempo a vedere ed utilizzare. La scelta per la prima colazione è davvero grossa e la qualità davvero buona.

At the beginning of May, I attended an event at the hotel.
+ The reception was very friendly! Great room, nicely furnished and all clean, comfy bed, great bathroom! The minibar was restocked again and again.
Good, rich breakfast.
-The walk to the room: Cool and impersonal. Because one of two lifts was defective, I also used the stairs: The stairwell is terrible, like in a parking garage.

EUR 800 per a night? I know hannover messe price, however, What a rip-off! I'll never stay here again. They did not offer a slipper at that unbelievable price.

We have been to Dormero for the toughest time and are always very satisfied. The staff is friendly and the rooms are neatly and comfortably furnished. The restaurant is also recommended, as well as the bar. Small shortcoming, however, is service speed. Every time we visited, we had to wait for staff: Reception, restaurant, bar …

Absolutely wonderful place. Excellent staff and very cool atmosphere. Nice ameneties, highly recommended.

Young, trendy hotel in the immediate vicinity of the subway. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not really powerful, so the room could only be cooled down by airing at night.

Check in friendly. Breakfast plentiful, 3 +. Room clean. A room located to the inner courtyard (quiet? ) is no longer quiet from 6:00h because the (kitchen? ) Staff under a rain-protected room according to palavernd their cigarette smokes. The first car from the car park also starts.

The Hotel was great, the rooms were a bit smaller than expected. The parking was a bit of a hassle, since you have to check-in before being able to park. But the check-in process is fast.

Were there to Osternbrunch. Was again very tasty unfortunately, the whole package has changed. There was no alcoholic drinks in the price.

We were nine here on Easter Monday brunch and had previously reserved a table. It went down at 12 with a glass of sparkling wine. 11 o'clock would have been better. The food as usual good. Unfortunately, in the price of 29 euros p. P. No longer includes alcoholic beverages as last year. The staff as usual fix and friendly.

Very centrally located hotel. Staff at the front desk very friendly and helpful. The room was very noisy. Very quiet room.

Very centrally located, good connection to the public transport network. The rooms had a nice large, modern and comfortable furnishings. The service was and there was no objectionable.

Tolles Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, riesiger Fernseher, kostenlose Minibar (nur ein Herr Büttner die anderen Getränke waren definitiv ein Pluspunkt). Beleuchtung macht Spaß. Frühstück inklusive Mimosen. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder vorbeischauen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, nur eine schlechte Erinnerung, der Chef mixte Omeletts mit einem anderen Gast. Zimmer sehr gut, schönes Badezimmer mit wertvollen Box. Wifi-Verbindung war schrecklich, ich kann nicht verbinden und E-Mails lesen. Ausgezeichnetes Essen und Service. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr komfortabel. Ich liebte die frechen Akzente auf ihrer Beschilderung! Ich brauchte einen Taxi-Service KONSTANT und die Angestellten waren immer schnell und zuvorkommend. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, nächstes Jahr wieder auf die Messe zu gehen und hier wieder zu übernachten!

4-star hotel with coffee machine? I can't. Breakfast was quite versatile, but not the stars accordingly.

This is an absolute recommendable alternative for a stay in Hannover. Nice staff, modern and fancy rooms. The bar looks nice, but I just entered… But seems that I will have a great time after a long day ;)

Great place for nice and comfortable stay. What makes it unique the lights effects within rooms. Customer service is good. Rates are fine. Easy access to nearby market. Would highly recommend this place for couple and families.

Very good hotel.
Despite being located on the main road you could spend a quiet night here! The beds were like new. Everything was clean and almost mint.
Man could even adjust the light according to his wish (color)!
The room was very well equipped and even the mini bar was included in the price!
The breakfast was also very good with everything man could wish for (egg variations on request, different buns, lots of jams etc. )
Finally, I can say that this hotel is very good and I would definitely book it again!

The rooms are nice with great beds, big TV, a nice bathroom and free minibar. The rooms are full of surprises. Staff is very friendly, and I can recommend the bar.

Were there for brunch. The food was very nicely done and also tasted great. The service was very difficult, but it was not quite behind here and there. We would have imagined it a little differently when it came to price. But by and large it was a pleasant and delicious fountain. Maybe we'll give it a try again.

The staff is very friendly and nice. If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere with very good service, this is the right place. When we are back in Hanover, the Dormero is in any case again in the narrower choice at the hotels.

First of all, let's start with what's upset. On arrival, a group was registering. It lasted 45 minutes. Horrible. And the staff didn't even look sorry for that!
Then the decoration of the hallways and the room: rather nice, modern, bright.
The big plus, quite rare, the possibility to see movies in VOD and in English. Unfortunately no subtitles or French not English.
Breakfast is not bad, but overpriced at €18. And the supply left to be desired, a lot of breaks where you had to ask for them to put it on.
And parking is also overpriced, €18.
Nice also the gym, less the wellness.

We have been here often and are very satisfied every time. The staff is very friendly and caters to your every need. The price is usually also unbeatable and the breakfast very plentiful. The rooms are kept simple and modern. The only drawback is when you have a room to the street. The windows do not seem to be well insulated, so you can hear the street noise quite clearly even when the window is closed.

From my point of view of the best hotels in Hanover. All you need is an indoor pool. It has gym, sauna, minibar, room services TV a la carte all free.

Great hotel. The room was clean, huge TV, free Minibar (Just one Herr Büttner the other drinks were definitely a plus). Lighting is fun. Breakfast included mimosas. Would definitely stop by again.

Breakfast was very good, only one bad memory, chef mixed omelets with another guest. Room very fine, nice bathroom with treasured box. Wifi connection was terrible I can not connect and read email.

We were not the first time at DORMERO Hannover and were again totally satisfied. It started at the front desk. Super friendly.
The rooms are simply lace and the bathroom we would prefer to take home with us.

Great hotel close to downtown. I would consider it a 4 star. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and updated, also the breakfast buffet is amazing!

The ambience is very modern. Wi-Fi and Minibar are free of charge. Sky is in the room also available. Anyone looking for a good Hotel with class Service, is that something differs from the default, which is exactly right.

Visit to the Hotel with 2 Nights. The room was clean and technically very modern equipped. The staff were very friendly, the Breakfast buffet is very extensive. Free use of Wi-Fi and mini bar was included in the price. This Hotel is a real recommendation.

Very friendly staff, the room was clean u,. Spacious, 2 screens and lighting concept in the rooms is exceptional, Wi-Fi and free Minibar, the Breakfast we were very satisfied and also the sauna area has fallen to us, another plus point is the U-Bahn almost in front of the door, the car can remain standing. Only the window in the room needs to be cleaned (on the outside). In Hanover, we are only in the Domero Hotel.

Very modern furnishings, two flat screens in a double room, LED lights in different colours, free Wi-Fi in the room, complimentary mini bar, delicious buffet Breakfast, nice staff, funny signs/labels. Again!

Friendly staff at the reception, you will feel right at home. There is a voucher for a welcome drink. The Minibar is included and is at least equipped with a beer, water and juice. The room was spacious with a large bathroom. Two LED monitors, a television, a Second for the connection of a HDMI device. All in all, better than expected.

Central, well-equipped city hotel! Spacious rooms with a sufficiently large bathroom. Happy again.

Good place for staying a night.

Only point of criticism: What avails me the most beautiful shower when the water just as a Mini-trickle out? Since the environmental protection in the wrong place exaggerated. I could series of alternative savings name, if I could!

New and fashion, well equipped with fancy gears that definitely meet my requirement!

Cheated us on parking fee. Now surprisingly higher that announced. Shower broken. Internet offline in the room. Staff not interested in customer comments.

Super price performance ratio! nice staff and clean, large, modern rooms. The bed was comfortable and there was a free mini bar (with drinks).

The rooms are Top quality and very well equipped. However, George Orwell also on Board. Each room is externally monitored by camera. This for me is not at all. Big sign with room number, including a camera. The car Park costs 18 euros for a day. This is a pure rip-off.

I can not say enough good things about this hotel. The staff, the food, the room, the hotel as a whole, was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Hannover.

I am travel a lot on business, and this Hotel, we have in the time of the CEBIT book. But as a positive offer I have already for a long time not seen! + Wi-Fi available, good and free + Breakfast class offer, varied and enough seats + Staff is friendly and tried very hard + Rooms are big, modern and clean + Minibar drinks free + Entertainment, Multimedia program free (about 30 movies in the offer) + Fitness and Sauna free + great location, with great possibilities (suggestions of cycle routes on the room! ) + U-Bahn in the immediate vicinity A round deal! If I am back in Hannover am, I know a good Night! :-).

Actually, a class Hotel. Beautiful rooms, with some "Extras" that it is not that often, certainly not in this category. Also the Sauna area is well above average rate. However, you have to hope that the Hotel is not full, because it is exposed to bad conditions in the small Breakfast area is: very loud, very stressful, long waits to get a table. Just waiting on the Elevator, here you have, for example, if you for Breakfast shuts down, then up and then down again in order to leave the Hotel, overall, really, without exaggeration, loose 15 minutes of extra time. My experience is based on two Visits to the Hotel, once for three, once for two days. Both times the Hotel was almost fully booked.

Hotel style-innovative, young people, friendly, spacious rooms with a spectacular multimedia equipment, a free minibar, breakfast amazing, always with new features and a few amenities to remember. I've been in other hotels in this chain above with the same opinion, I will say. That if I did a few holds on the credit card, still I have not returned and it's been two weeks, I hope that did not make me change my mind.

This is a Super Hotel. Very nice modern rooms with everything you need. Great Restaurant with reasonable prices for Hanover. Top food in the Usa style and Mega Burger. The madness is the Hotel's own Bar. The waiters and bartenders are amazing and the Drinks are very good. Prices are Customary. CAiPIRIHNIA 8€ but has it in friends. I was at N-Joy star show there more like comfortably accommodated. Bathtub with whirlpool function and the Breakfast, I also enjoyed.

Lovely hotel — near everything (transport, city centre, shop). The room has everything you need and nice including good Wi-Fi and a free Minibar.

Stayed a week during a fair. This hotel belongs to my favorites in Hannover. Price is too high during fair but this seems to be normal in Germany (normal around 150, during fair 300-400).

One of the best and most comfortable locations for people who visit the expos such as CeBIT or EMO.
