I spent 2 nights in this hotel and unfortunately I have to say that I expected more. The pool is beautiful! Also the breakfast buffet incl. Service was great (on request there are extra requests :) ). The room, however, is more like a repurposed storage room, which has been changed to the room. I am aware that the standard room and no suite was booked, despite all this and an award of 4.5 stars I expected much more. The bathroom looks cheap and calcified, multiple sockets lie on the floor and also the bed does not look really inviting. If the room had not been, I would have liked to have given 5 stars!

Very friendly staff! I can only recommend this hotel! We were allowed to store our luggage there until midnight, even though we were no longer guests. Beautifully furnished and also very clean!

The hotel is beautiful, and the bar area is quite nice. For some reason, it's extremely hot inside, but is very nice otherwise!

Comfortable bar and patio area. A little warm but drinks and service, wonderful.

The service at the bar was great however the bartender at the time knew little English making it hard to communicate.

The location is enormously central, easy to reach and offers ample parking. The meeting rooms have good facilities. The staff is courteous and the kitchen offers delicious food. Highly recommended.

Herr Feulner macht hier wirklich einen tollen Job. Jeder Wunsch/Idee wird versucht, umgesetzt zu werden, auch wenn es vom Grund-Arrangement abweicht. Auch werden Möglichkeiten seitens des Hotels und Ideen eingebracht, die wirklich gut sind. Mehrere Termine werden mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit gemacht (dies ist leider nicht überall der Fall). Wir freuen uns auf unsere Feier und fühlen uns gut aufgehoben.

Very modern hotel right at the Hanover Exhibition Centre. Very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
Very rich breakfast buffet, there are no wishes left unfulfilled. Lunch is also highly recommended.
For a sacker, there's a cosy nicely furnished bar.

Brunch was up and accordingly the expectation was high. These were fulfilled throughout. Food was good with rich buffet — breakfast, lunch dessert. The time span was 3 hours. This stay was very entertaining.

Was accommodated here during a training session in Laatzen. Rooms were nicely furnished and clean. It was easy to spend. The breakfast was great, very varied and delicious. There was something for everyone.

Beautiful hotel with exclusive rooms, breakfast offer rich, rooms clean and very well furnished, large bathroom. Recommendation rooms do not take to the side of the Messeschnell Trail, if you open the window, you have a corresponding sound background.
The hotel is highly recommended to forward.

Poor location, great rooms and very good breakfasts. From here it takes about 45 minutes to get to the train station or the train station. Into the city centre, if you take the train.
That's why I ate at the hotel. With 2 beers and tips for €25. The braised ox cheek was delicious.

A nice place to stay. Was one night during a business trip there. We booked a business room via a central booking portal of my employer. Unfortunately the room was very very small, and the disappointment was great for the first time. But the service from the check-in to the restaurant and the great bar was not to be missed, great. Seldom experienced such a welcoming (business) hotel. We then learned that this House is still family run (and runs under the Best Western brand) and you can feel it. The friendliness and especially the consistent cleanliness (also in the toilets for restaurant/bar… really the hammer! ) were conspicuous. The bar is classy also of ambiance, not like typical hotel bars. A real invitation to linger or To finish the day. We will check in again next time and then also eat at the hotel. One of the conference participants praised the kitchen in the evening (unfortunately I did not test it). Conclusion: Top, top + book a slightly larger room. It is located very far outside of Hanover and is therefore M. E. Especially suitable for people who work professionally around the fair. I would not spend a holiday there (just because of the surrounding area). We did not use the wellness area for reasons of time.

Very nice hotel. We chose it because of the proximity to the Tui Arena despite the close proximity to the trade fair, you don't hear any noise from outside. In the rooms everything is available and in impeccable condition. Staff is courteous friendly.
Breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired from freshly prepared egg dishes as desired, via freshly squeezed orange juice, up to the homemade jam.
We were completely satisfied and would love to come back.

One of the best boutique hotels in Hannover. Excellent kitchen. Across the Hannover fair area. Only 15 minutes by car to downtown.

It's okay. Kitchen is not yet mature. Bw St. Rafael in town is much better.

Price-performance for one Night "OK". But where do the four stars come from? Very simple.

The food was actually 4 star value, but by the operation it would have to be 2 stars less in theory. The waiters were all very nice, but they felt just once in the hour passing by to take new orders and when the whole round ordered a beer, then the wait seemed to calculate according to the following formula: 1 beer lasts 7 minutes, 10 beers last 70 Minu Ten.

We've been there the second time over New Year's Eve! It's just beautiful and everything is perfect! We definitely recommend it further!

Good on all levels. Might not be romantic or cool, but it has everything you need for a good night plus good wify and great breakfast.

Very nice. Clean and comfortable. Restaurant outside of the hotel room (in my case). Quite hot in the room, couldn't make the temperaturę lower.

It was a nice experience overall. When we first arrived there was a dire smell in the room but they accepted to change it right away. The pool is small but nice. The bar was cosy.

I stayed at this hotel by accident following the cancellation of my 'Flybe but don't fly me' flight to Manchester. The hotel turned out to be a little gem! Excellent room with tea facilities, mini bar, trouser press and a high level of equipment. The hotel also has a pool however I didn't use it. Very good breakfast with a wide choice of items all prepared and displayed beautifully. The staff were fantastic keeping us informed throughout the stay, they also allowed the guests to keep their rooms past check out time! Probably as Flybe were picking up the cost, but nothing was too much trouble. Pity the airline staff weren't as good. If you need a lovely mid sized hotel 30 mins drive from Hannover airport give this a try. 5 Stars.

I was booked in the hotel with a large number of employees over some weeks. The proximity of the hotel to the fair and the transport links are very good.
The friendliness of some of the hotel staff has to be regarded as a top criticism. Some of the reception staff were extremely negative. Several requests regarding air conditioning were ignored.
The hotel's parking lots have been blocked several times by visitors to the TUI Arena events and the hotel guests should then park in the mud. The complaints were ignored and we were told it was all hotel guests. Strange only that in the parking lot after the event was suddenly very much free.
The spa area is very good except for a blemish: in the swimming pool it smells very much after drain.
All in all well suited for short trips. For a long time stay only conditionally recommended. The breakfast is also very good. This was also simply ignored. At breakfast it also depends on which employees take over the service. The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Complaints are often ignored and management is aloof.

Was 60 days at the hotel guest. Complaints were handled or ignored. After repeated questions the manager to speak, it was not possible to get an appointment. The management also does not seek dialogue with the customer.
I changed the room twice. Once due to noisy celebrations at the weekend (wedding) until well into the morning was not to think about sleeping over a few weeks. Then with strong emphasis I was given a new room in the annex. However, the rooms had a strong odor. Reclamation from my side was ignored again. Everything had been done (filters and drains washed).
I then resigned like many of my colleagues.
What I really want was I had a company Rabat in the room. The Best Western rewards brought me nothing.
Some staff are very friendly and super accommodating. The other colleagues should take an example of this.
Since I have spent more than 8 months in the hotel for more than 30 years, I can only recommend this hotel for short stays. Lie very close to the fair. However, this has its price.

This is a nice hotel with very helpful staff at the front desk and reception area. The rooms are clean and modern looking with non smoking rooms throughout the hotel. The TUI ARENA is just accross the road and very convenient for anyone going there for concerts. There is also a train stop a short walk from the hotel.

Without not necessarily visible, but inside a very modern and clean hotel. Excellent room with upscale amenities and plenty of room (double room). Everything very clean and well kept. No major wear recognizable, carpet looks like new. Food very tasty, but slightly expensive — where price/performance still fit. Bolognese there are spaghetti but just not for €10. But veal cutlets for about €20 is totally ok.
Wi-Fi didn't work devices on two Android unfortunately, didn't ask but also for help.
I would recommend this hotel at all times. In any case, among the better 4-star!

Tolles Buffet beim Spargel satt Essen.

We had a QM-seminar at the hotel, the location, the service, which was about food, simply gorgeous and not to beat today.

The hotel is very good and was perfect for us because we had an event in the Tui Arena which is right next to the hotel.

Professionally, I was staying in this hotel. The room was very nice, the staff is very nice and the breakfast buffet very good. Even things were freshly prepared upon request. Also the Poolarea was very clean. The sauna extra what has not bothered me. I love to come back.

For about a year, I am regularly guest at the Park Hotel Kronsberg for professional reasons.
The Interior and decor of the hotel are well-appointed and stylishly coordinated. The rooms are equipped according to their categories, good to very good. Free Wi-Fi is fast enough. Only the breakfast area could be bigger — a place can be found always. Improvements or minor repairs take place pleasantly unremarkable.
The entire hotel staff encountered a friendly, is attentive and offers service at a high level. Individual needs are taken into account whenever possible. The overhead as a guest is not noticeable even during trade fairs. Also the restaurant in terms of atmosphere and quality deserves a recommendation.
I'm relegated in some hotels of Hanover and white to get professional service also in other houses. The me important difference of the Park Hotel Kronsberg to other houses is in the continuity of the good services as well as in the personal esteem on the part of the staff.
Because I feel always comfortable, the Park Hotel Kronsberg remains my # 1 choice for your stay in Hanover.

Should there be a good celebration — I'd go Western time and again in the best! I celebrated birthday in BW Premier Park Hotel Kronsberg my 30th. And it was more beautiful than ever expected. Because the premises, the very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food / buffet and the service which has been — done in advance more than positive!
Better supervised and removed I felt rare. You need do nothing itself and all guests were completely satisfied! A unique breakfast buffet where it lacked nothing. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Business occasion I come from Western for almost a year regularly in the best Premier Park Hotel Kronsberg. Compared to its direct competition next door, Best Western has really charm and feel. This is strengthened by the very friendly and courteous staff, which comes in individually on each request and world has always a kind word. Of service in the House is perfect, by the free shuttle service to the small surprise to Nicholas or a small Best Western squeaker duck.

The hotel is very good: there is a swimming pool with beautiful glass-front, a sauna and fitness area, an extensive breakfast buffet, waterfall shower and bathtub etc.
I would recommend Hotel Best Western and am sure that the next hotel will seriously have to meet this standard.

Especially the room was beautiful: elegant, luxurious, chic and spacious.
The rain shower in the bathroom a dream. You would have something yourself like at home!

The location to the fair grounds is also very cheap. In the city centre, it is somewhat further, but accessibility is very good. The car is a few minutes directly in the city centre.

Clearly this hotel the in-house swimming pool, as well as the talk offer including billiards and bowling alley in the basement leisure. Apart from this you can admire rather the charm of dark corridors and room usual off. Felt truly at home I don't have me unfortunately.

Had a drop in on the way home to Norway from Spain. Exellent service and superb quality on the hotel. Food and personell was brilliant.
