Beautiful hotel with a great location. Hannover HBF and lots of food and shopping nearby. However, a few cons: 1) WLAN (Wi-Fi) is intermittent and keeps dropping off. 2) Pillows are too soft for our liking. Had to request for extra pillows. 3) Hotel was undergoing renovations and we were allocated a room (1XX) which was quite inconvenient to get to. We had to take a lift to the second floor, walk through a long corridor, and take another lift down to the first floor to get to our room. There wasn’t a free upgrade to a better located room.

Far from the city, but within walking distance of the airport. Taxi to the city 30-40 euros.

Very most beautiful hotel, everything top! Kitchen excellent, whether fish or meat. The staff throughout the house are very attentive and helpful. Again and again I will be happy to book this hotel.

We stayed for a day in Hanover. We loved the hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Great room and great service. We were there with toddler and also that was all no problem and we were super supported!

For a 5 star hotel, the last one. A room that was booked via hrs had to be cancelled over a month before. Despite the polite question of whether one could get a refund anyway, this was not possible in this House. To do so, it is too much to ask to have a coupon, which has already been paid, rewritten, since you are not the buyer.
To top it off, you can offer the new owner of the voucher an email as security.
I've been to a lot of 5 star hotels, this one is as far away as it gets. If there were the possibility of giving zero stars, I'd forgive them.

In my view the best Five star hotel on the square. Very many rooms are already rebuilt and very well thought out modern comfortably furnished. The service corresponds to a 5-star hotel to a high degree.

Very nice hotel. Our guests were there for several days and we only heard good things. Bar is also recommended for foreign guests, unfortunately a little small and has little seating.

Good service at the front desk, rooms of very good quality. Only criticism is the amenities are not great extremely small bar area and the restaurant not very attractive.

A beautiful hotel with great and cosy rooms. The content of the mini bar is even free, the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located 1 minute from the theatre or the Kröpke clock and 3 minutes from the main train station. So absolutely ideal location.

Upper class location and service. The rooms are nicely furnished. Very good room service. Love the business lunch menu served between noon and two pm for 18 Euros. The location is super central. One minute away in walking distance from the main railway station. Luxury shopping around the corner.

Five-star hotel of old school. Very good room, great breakfast. Excellent service. Only one swimming pool I miss, but that's a matter of taste.

As Hanover, I can only judge the food. This is exquisite, however, so delicate venison I have eaten so far seldom, just great! An exquisite selection of wines with competent advice. It's a pleasure to come back.
The guests, who are always staying in the rooms, are very satisfied. However, there seems to be still unrefurbished rooms, this should be pointed out at the reservation accordingly.

Friendly welcome, a very nice gentleman brought our luggage to the room. Unfortunately the room was not prepared for 3 people although we booked for 3. But that was done quite nicely after we arrived. A very nice suite with enough space for 3 women, great bathroom with enough shelf space. At breakfast it took a long time before we could order the coffee. The breakfast staff made the impression that all the trainees were not able to answer questions about the buffet food.
Overall a very nice and friendly hotel. Unfortunately the breakfast is not worth the 22 EUR. This is a normal breakfast, just like in any other hotel. For this high price you can expect something special.
Nevertheless a very pleasant stay, very easy to reach from the main train station on foot.

It was like always a great stay. The staff is extremely attentive and before coming. This kind of ambience is unfortunately too rare nowadays.

Have stayed here several times on business trips as is probably best hotel in the city for quality and location. 2mins walk to both train station and shopping precincts. Rated as 5 star, but I think closer to 4. Rooms are clean, service is good. I'll continue to stay here.

Close to the main train station and subway. Breakfast buffet is great the rooms are nicely laid out. The fitness center is also nicely equipped and free to use. However, you have to pay 6 euros for each Sauna use.

Solid service and warmth. Rooms a bit old (historic) but that's the whole idea. :)

I must say that this hotel is located in a great place within walking distance from Hanover Main Station and surrounded by good shopping area. Though the restaurant in the hotel offers great food, for those who want change, many restaurants are in walking distance. The rooms are absolutely clean and the staff, specially the front-desk were just too good.

Great hotel close to the train station, with nice bar that opens out onto the street, good breakfast and very friendly staff. I had the fortune to stay in a suite which was spacious and had all the gadgets you'd expect. Will definitely go back if I'm ever in Hannover again.

The porthole as traditional hotel was up to its reputation. Atmosphere very pleasant, the staff attentive and helpful. If you want to criticize: the different levels of the building parts could cause problems for people with disabilities or older people with luggage. Our renovated rooms met all expectations.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The ambience is a little time travel (, which definitely has its charm! ), you just realize that the building is old, but the room was huge. Breakfast was very good (where the ambience of the breakfast room now is a highlight).
Alone because of the very warm and friendly staff I would descend, if I must to Hanover, like Hotel Luisenhof in the box.
Even if I agree with a previous critic: the hotel not achieved international 5-star standard (old-fashioned rooms, small TV (flat but still. ) ; close lift;) Shower in bath, in which I would be almost slipped; Breakfast rather 4-star level), but I would still like to come back! Especially since the price-performance ratio has agreed.

Comfortable, clean and nice hotel with staff that goes the extra mile to make sure that guests have what they need. Definitely has a feel of service above and beyond the average chain hotel. Family-run feel and hospitality.

The Kadam Hotel Luisenhof is the only 5-star Hotel Hannover and carries the additional "Superior".
The room allocated in the first night was very old and comfortable, bed was in all respects a 2-star hotels. To offer a such run-down rooms at a price of about € 400, — per night is on the border of the indecent.
After my complaint we got with a renovated, then on the next day a a better bed branded rooms offered. This room was quite OK, but can expect a separate shower in such a hotel, to go to the showers in the bathtub must rise. Unfortunately, such a room not available was in this hotel despite repeated questioning to…
Also the breakfast is over Kirchen for a 5-star haarscharf bordering one 'Poor'. In addition to crisp rolls and simplest juices, cheap sausage is presented, which reminded me of the best discount store quality. The only highlight was the honey in promoted the the hotelier certainly times has looked down during the visit in a good 5-star. Unfortunately, the honeycombs could no longer improve the overall bad impression.
I stay annually nearly 100 days in 5-stone houses around the world and have to say that the porthole was for years of one of the worst luxury hotels where I have slept.
For the first assigned room the hotel clearly deserved a rating of one star.

We meet annually for this holiday Season with the family in this house. The location to downtown and to the Christmas markets is ideal. Excellent Service, well-equipped rooms and a very good Restaurant to convince us, in the next year to come back.

The hotel got a special home spirit, it is comfortable, classy, and elegant. The thing that makes it special is that almost every room decoration differs from the other. Old and modern touch. Kind helpful staff.

We have our wedding night in this Hotel spent, and are excited about it! The reception gave us for free a room increased when he learned that we have a fresh vermähltes Few. We have stayed at this hotel for several times. This time we were surprised by the impolite behavior of reception workers. In February we booked a double room, we asked for bright interior. In the 28th of June we arrived at the hotel and reminded our wish to the reception workers and asked for non-smoking room which would be located in the higher floor. Unfortunately, the reception workers answered very rudely that our wishes were not important to them. We had to stay at smoked and dark room. We are quite convinced that such ill-bred workers are not suitable for such prestigious hotel. Bar and restaurant workers made a good impression on us.

Very polite and nice staff. The rooms are really spacious, it has a lot of space. Top Equipment. The Hotel itself is a bit on the "old" made to the style to remain faithful. Probably for historical reasons, the lift is small and cramped. Service and equipment otherwise 1a. The only drawback (and this is why only 4 stars) : An extremely close and exit for the car and not a garage in the backyard. We are in heavy rain arrived and would have more support hoped for.

I spent just one night in the Kastens Hotel Luisenhof while on a short business trip to Hannover. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, just a short walk away from the main train station, on a luxury shopping street. The exterior, lobby and other common premises are very well kept and renovated. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was surprisingly spacious for a single. It could have had around 20 sqm, a huge flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and was spotlessly clean and very tastefully (and obiously recently) renovated. The minibar consumption as well as the wellness usage was included in my rate. The wireless internet connection was reliable and fast. Breakfast was rich enough and very tasty. I also had a chance to see one of their many meeting rooms as we held a meeting in it. It was a comfortable one for about 20 people, well air-conditioned with built-in projector and other technical equipment. All in all I can absolutely recommend this hotel and would like to send a thank you to the staff for their great job.

Great Hotel both for Private as well as business travelers. The only Hotel in Northern Germany, which as a 5-star Superior Hotel is classified. A 5-minute walk to the main STATION in Hanover, but still absolutely quiet. The staff is attentive and very very friendly. The rooms are all very tastefully equipped. Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and work Desk is provided. Whether a standard or very tasteful decorated suites, it is for every taste. Also a SPA area for the cold winter months is available. The highlight in the suites are rotating television. Whether in bed or on the Couch, TV is possible from anywhere. The Breakfast is top and leaves no wishes unfulfilled. Overall, the Hotel to 100% further empfehlbar. I' like.
