Everything great, from check-in to dinner and sleeping in comfortable beds to breakfast. All super nice and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

The landlady is very friendly and very happy to help us. We are lucky to live here.

Temperature outside was 32, temperature in the room was 5 degrees more. There was no air condition installed.

The room was clean and tidy. It is very quiet, so we could even sleep with the window open.

2-room apartment: Ok but not special. Slightly old-fashioned and run-down. But clean and there is free mineral water daily new.

Arrived here quite late, the bar was closed. My colleagues surprised me with some local beers which the host was kind enough to let us enjoy for a moment before suggesting we return to our rooms or balcony. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Nice enough rooms.

Great hotel for those who arrive late or night flights to Hanover, as well as just a cozy place for a short time. The room was clean. Very friendly Rezeption. The only downside is the lack of refrigerators in the rooms.

First class service and very good rooms. Am very enthusiastic about the passion to treat guests so uncomplicated and friendly. Has become rare, so one should mention it. Excellent stay and very good location for on and downhill. Very happy again!

Perfect stop for people who are trying to use airport. The hotel is located right near airport, in a peaceful quiet town. And right beside the hotel, there is really good walking bridge for strolling, sunset view was quite amazing. The only short coming was there was no lift.

Very good Hotel, with great Service (from the reception, to the rooms to the Breakfast). The connected Restaurant leaves nothing to be desired. To recommend, both as a business, as well as private owner-occupied Hotel very much!

In the last 6 years my criticism on the basis of the last visit follows after several visits here in December 2012 and the experience of the years before:
The demanded price unfortunately does not match the provided performance:
The entree in the form of a wedding soup is nothing special right, and flavorful it get something upbeat probably every housewife.
The goose meat was not dry this time, okay the skin was crispy. The sauce above unfortunately salt and reminded a bit of Instantsoße to poultry. Homemade tastes different, that also applies to the red cabbage which gave as a final impression with the personal touch of the chef. The dumplings were not, warmed up and craft more likely to assign a machine from the large factory. The Kloß Franconian village kitchen get lunch better and fresh!
Potatoes should be cooked as the name implies, and not just to sweat in butter and then served. Would have been my side dish, this would definitely declined.
At a price of €23.50 I expect any sauce that is reminiscent of instant, red cabbage which was homemade and dumplings / fried potatoes that also deserve to be called at the portion size definitely something more.
The wine list is similar to a mere writing of the names of the wines and taste description. Here I definitely expect the designation of origin and whether strong or fruity, with meat or fish, and not only the performance of the existing wines in row and link with each other.

For us, the Frick was a real Glücksfall… WIR had two nights on business to Hanover and looked for a hotel near the airport.
The Fricks was us.
It is a hotel of a different kind… located in a pleasant residential area several residential buildings, hotel buildings have been built around (which is probably the only reason why it has not more stars). Each room is individually and beautifully decorated, furniture are all new, even with flat-screen TV, free water and all possible Baduntensilien (polishing, slippers etc…) as we know that only by proper luxury accommodation.
We were expecting us not much, just a convenient place to stay for a for a few but by the Fricks, we were really excited.
It is approximately 5 km from the airport away but in a quiet location…
The included breakfast was 5 star worthy and in the restaurant you can eat great too (if somewhat höherpreisig), restaurant is very popular also with the locals and was always full.
But also in the other restaurant nearby (E. G. At the Greek Crete) you can eat great.
All in all a great Aufenthalt… wir would the Frick BB´s book again and recommend.
