I think it's great because it's very well maintained also that staff look nice leaking alsothe helpful here man very much cares that all wear masks and 2 elevators one just for upstairs and the other for downstairs also the rooms are great huge TV so I do not have home I like to come back on 23.12. And I'm really looking forward to it.

Very great ambience, super friendly staff, chic modern rooms, the spa area is very nicely designed u has everything you need to relax, the hotel has a great location — ideal for walking, chilling, exploring and also shopping tours are possible. Cleanliness and order is very important in the hotel. It's a lot of fun to be here and. The area to explore.

Extraordinarily tastefully decorated hotel in a great location, it dominate warm colors, lots of wood & maritime details. Very friendly, warm, helpful and courteous staff. Great panoramic restaurant with very good food and casual service ("… the Ossobuco tastes really cool… ")
We booked the next stay on the first day. Only the breakfast service is sometimes a bit overloaded, you wait a long time and orders are forgotten. No matter, it can happen, in these times you are not so strict.

The hotel has had its best times. The great room view (lake side) can not hide the investment jam in the whole house. The reception does not work professionally — made promises are not kept!

Very old hotel. I'm already in many hotels for professional reasons. But here I find it overpriced. Bed made noises every time you move and the equipment on itself with the old carpet is no longer time according to. The four stars are probably only due to the spa and the balcony at the rooms. In my opinion, from the rooms no longer like a better 2 star hotel. But that's my personal opinion.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and a very nice spa area. I really liked the great view from the restaurant. The food at the restaurant is excellent. Especially the breakfast buffet which has a huge variety of great treats is worth mentioning.

My wife and I had a special occasion to celebrate in mid-March 2018. For this we chose the Best Western Hotel in Cuxhaven. When registering, asked that we want to look "at it water. " Our Wush was promptly fulfilled. We were given a room on the 5th floor with wonderful views of the Elbe River. Yes even with a nice extra bay with a large window. We already noticed an interest of the hotel at the reception in our little special personal occasion. Even though we kept this for us, the hotel management surprised us with a wonderful, ice-cooled "vial. " My wife and I were very touched by this. Someone had given a lot of thought to that. We have spent two wonderful days in this beautiful hotel, in beautiful rooms and a very friendly and attentive hotel staff. Not to mention that the hotel restaurant is highly recommended. Now we are waiting for warmer and sunny weather to book there again.

Most of the rooms have a wonderful view of the old love and The Elbe. The rooms are very nicely renovated and completely refurbished. But also the rooms that have not been renovated are in good condition. The swimming pool was reduced and the sauna area enlarged. The breakfast is very good and offers something for everyone, the same goes for the restaurant. Internet connection in the whole building very good. The parking fees are €2.

Really cool saunas and nice little pool. Rooms are alright, just somehow not very good ventilation and air flow during the night.

Port, city, train station and also the beach is not far away. Hotel is largely renovated. It is therefore invested in favor of the guests. It is really contemporary and tasteful. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. And the spa area is great!

Good location, but relatively small rooms and overpriced food. This hotel was the most expensive on our two week round trip but had the smallest rooms.

Very nice hotel at the port of Cuxhaven, from the rooms in the front and the great restaurant at the 6th floor a very beautiful view over the sea. The rooms are very nice, good beds and bathroom (with shower). In the hotel is also a pool and sauna at the first floor. At the backside of the hotel is a private hotel parking. The restaurant has an open kitchen and a great / delicious menu.

Solid 4 star hotel. Breakfast is very good. You should invest a few bucks more and book a room overlooking the sea. You can see the sea from your bed. Parking is free for guests.

One night and never again. To book a room in the no window was open. The smell of chlorine from the swimming pool across from the hallway did the rest. In the Restaurant, wine get the upset was and thus inedible. At Breakfast, it was past dirty tables not re-stocked. On our complaint offered us 2 vouchers for coffee. I know now why right at the check cashed.

Good 4-Star Hotel. I was in the last five years, each for a week there — either as a Single or as a couple. The standard rooms are simple, comfort and business rooms are more upscale class. The staff is friendly and fulfill special requests. Breakfast is plentiful. With the half-Board you will be a guest in a Restaurant with a really good dinner treats (3-course menu in the evening).

For coffee and cooking with the family have been there. Hair in the cake. Glasses with fractures. There was no offer to make amends. Not to be recommended.

We often go here to eat and it is always great in the Restaurant (Hochdonner). Selection, preparation, Service and presentation of the food, leave nothing to be desired. The establishment is any fully recommended.

Well it may have lain, that we have just returned from the Atlantic Kempinski Hamburg came. The Windows were leaking, the price is too high, the Breakfast is boring. Friendly Yes, bright spot was the swimming pool and Sauna.

A good location and clean rooms. The Parking is free! Negative: The room 101 (single) VERY LOUD. The electric front door is directly under the rooms. The shower was a bit tight and flip-flops may I at four stars also expect! The restaurant is VERY GOOD.
