I spent only a single night and had worst experience of my life. The Hotel is modern and has all the facility, however, I was not so lucky. After night's sleep, I woke up worst back pain. It was so worst that I could not even walk properly. This was caused by poor quality of mattress (maybe these were too soft for me). I had stayed in many different hotels, but I never had such issue.

For me, it is Big No Next Time.

Poor quality of services. Avoid at all cost. Very tiny rooms with no wardrobe to put your cloths in.

Even thought I stayed at the hotel just for a few days during my business trip. This hotel has been the first where I felt like at home almost vacation even thought I have been here working. The hotel itself is really nice also the room that I stayed in. Free internet in the room with nice bathroom and comfortable bed. When outside of the room, hotel has also free Wi-Fi connection, which you just need to reaccept every 24h to use it. The hotel does not have a typical lobby like other hotels, but for me it has been something I have been looking for, nice and pleasant. The Moxy crew is really nice, friendly and helpful. Thanks to them I really felt as part of the group. In the bar you will unfortunately miss a minibar, but that is compensated by a big bar in the lobby which is available 24/7. In the bar you have also option to order food drinks or coctails. I myself tested most of them and all of them have been really tasty. You have also options to enjoy free fitness room, table football, table tennis and watch any major sport events in the lobby. Thank you for the pleasant time spent with you, the Crew (Julia, Nadya, Leesa, Dalibor, Alisa, Tony, Kenzy, Natasha, Lily, Chris and last but not least Alex). Really great hotel, especially for short-term stays, as rooms are not so spacious and without any closet. The staff is very friendly and helpful, food is great with a lot of choices to eat, rooms are modern and clean. I can only recommend this hotel!

Modern hotel with great food. I had currywurst and it was one of the best I've ever had! Rooms are smaller but okay one person. I really enjoyed the wireless connectivity to tv. If you are here for business trip I would recommend it.

Great and modern hotel. I was staying here because of business and it was a really pleasant stay. Really modern, great staff, stylish, good breakfast (no eggs, sausages or mushrooms though) and it even has a small gym. Good blinds in the room which are great for people that appreciate darkness while sleeping. I slept in a twin room because I didn't get to choose the room, It wasn't so good to sleep in a 90cm bed but I hope to be able to try the bigger ones next time. Totally coming back.

Very nice place. Actually I didn't stay this hotel, but have a lunch and coffee twice time at cafeteria in lobby. Foods is very nice and all server are also very kind. I recommend you to meet here when you have any meeting or appointment. Good place hanging out people.

The only shortcoming is the evening kitchen. Rather order. Otherwise, all is well.

Modern, simple hotel for a short stay.
The rooms are spacious and modern in style. I was missing a trash bin and for a longer stay a closet or shelf. The bathroom is quite small and without heating. All the glass areas in the room were poorly cleaned.
They are always spoken in English.
The breakfast is simple and without the amount you are accustomed to from other hotels of the price range, also the breakfast is taken in the lobby.
Actually a hotel to recommend, but not at the price.

Great hotel with fantastic customer service also in a great location for those working in Eschborn. Out has a nice bar in the lobby with reasonable although simple good. Great decor and a nice atmosphere.

Pleasantly modern and relaxed, friendly staff, clean but small rooms with enough space for only one person, tiny bathroom (about 2 square meters), international guests.

The hotel is easily accessible by car, and public transport is nearby. The staff at the bar and reception are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern furnished, albeit relatively small. I think the focus here is on short travelers, so there is no closet in the room. All in all, this is a round package, I will be happy to come back.

Excellent all rounder. Would have given a better star If it were not for the very simple and unappealing breakfast. If they offered a hot breakfast with a good selection then would have 5 stars.

Looks nice and cozy. Food choice is scarce. Cocktails are good. The restaurant/bar is self service, which was not written anywhere — it was confusing a bit.

For the modern and very clean rooms I would like to give 5 stars. Unfortunately, the poor, exclusively English-speaking service, the sand trap which is parked, calls this rating broken. The concept of the hotel is refreshingly different.

This is a fun place to stay and to hang out. The area is growing fast with major businesses. EY is across the street as an example. The place is perfect except for the S-Bahn being a 20 minute walk. A bus stop stands at the hotel but the buses are infrequent.

Great, fun hotel, best in Eschborn. Good bar, creates good atmosphere. Room is comfortable and trendy, but lacks a closet or a wardrobe. I would appreciate a vanity kit in the room.

Modern/Hip hotel with very nice but rather small rooms (no standard table to work). Breakfast is basic but sufficient. PC and printer available in the lobby.

Price-/power is not right here. Small, minimalist equipped room for over 100 euros a night. No breakfast room, instead breakfast in the lobby, directly in the reception area. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. There are better hotels that offer less cost and more.

I sleep very much in Marriott Hotels. This was my first night in a Moxy and I am thrilled. The Hotel is very modern / hip and clean. My room was not very big, but very stylish, cozy and had everything I need. On the non-existent Desk and Cabinet I'd like to, because you stay with me always unused. As a Marriott platinum Member also the Breakfast was for me in vain, what is the cost of otherwise 10€. The Breakfast is served in Buffet Style and everything, what the heart desires: bread & rolls, Croissants, sausage & cheese, sweet spreads, Muffins and pastries, Quiche, cereals had a night … all in All, a very good price / performance deal for 66€/.

Nice people, good value for money Breakfast is mediocre (limited choice, only cold eggs).

Modern and hip hotel with good breakfast selection. The lobby is live and spacious. Rooms are of convenient size, with no wardrobes or possibility to open windows. Service is kind and helpful.

Really like the Moxy, the dynamic amongst the staff is excellent, the communal areas are fun, friendly, and engaging. It's clearly aimed at a younger demographic, however us oldies can appreciate the interesting environment this hotel has to offer. Reason for 4 stars — my room is functional and well put together, however a little on the small side, and the location is well placed for the high profile business in the area that it serves, however there is not much going on outside the hotel.

Very nice hotel. A little further from the main Frankfurt areas then we were expecting but still a very nice place to stay.

Excellent cozy place in the business district. A bit away from the station and no super markets nearby but a noise free cozy place with a 24x7 bar.

Very youngest hotel koncept. Modern design furnished. Very clean. Near the S-bahnhof, 5 minute walk. Bus stop on the corner.

The hotel is modern and has young generation spirit in every spot … the hotel folkowes total customer engagement concepts, where u feel part of the team working in the hotel.
The rooms are comfy, the bathrooms are basic.
They have the first impression in the lobby where you enter and say woow that feels home.
I love it specially for a a short stay.

This is a very trendy hotel, veey clean (it even smells brand new). It is definitely for the young urban crowd. Not a traditional Marriott hotel.

I stayed one night at the Moxy for a business trip. The hotel was very modern and staff was very helpful. I would definitely go back when in Frankfurt again.

Fairly new Hotel, rooms are neat and modern. Liked the modern touched. Also the entertainment possibilities in the lobby and lounge area are a huge plus. Located directly in the Industrial area of eschborn, close to all big companies. Breakfast is flawless and all employees speak English.

Rooms are nice and service is good. Location is close to S-bahn (10 minute walk). Excellent price as well.

I simply love the concept. Great job making a hotel fun and the stuff is doing it's best. Can't wait to be back there.

Honestly, this will be my go to hotel when I'm in Frankfort! 24 hour bar. Nice rooms, it's clean, comfortable and has great ironing boards!

Cool and hip hotel. Very murderers. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff are very nice, but speak mainly English. For me no problem but my buddy had problems as he spoke German and the staff replied to him English. I personally give a star deduction, as the hotel was not reachable on the phone for a whole day and was also not answered on my Facebook request after I had not found a Emial address. Have needed a copy of the invoice by mail. Has moved on for about 2 days after I could reach someone by phone then everything fitted. Otherwise recommended. Price of course always varies according to current demand. Once had a room for 110 euros the night and once for 60 euros.

The concept of this chain do not understand. All mainly English, and the Breakfast sucks for much too much money. Room but Mega.

What a chaotic mess of a hotel. From the checking in process that's required even when you use the Marriott App to check in and took over 20 minutes at 10.00pm. To the wonderful staff who are polite, gracious, young and totally untrained. Who act like every request for the most basic of services is the first they have heard it in multiple languages. With one staff member I couldn't resolve which language was her native but German or English were a serious struggle. The concept is fun but in this case execution is poor.

Concept. Unrestrictedly recommended. Are totally thrilled. Hotel very clean. Rooms Modern and opitimalowski breakfast top, selection plentiful. Coffee full horny come the days with my daughter.

I find it good, but it is only sometimes a bit complicated to communicate with the staff, as they only speak English.
But otherwise it's good.

Could be better. In my opinion the basics are good. Fresh hotel with good looks pretty much hipster style. Basic cleaning is adequate but certainly not sufficient. Kitchen warming up frozen food. 1 brand of hefe Weizen Beer… Oh my… Stuff is friendly that's good. But they don't pay attention to details. Bad. For the approx 150 Euro for 1 night… I could have done much better. Bed clearly not for everyone. Had a stiff neck and plenty of meetings the day. Pain and stressful day after my single night there. Well thanks for having me.

New hotel, good and cheap. Due to the continuous mattress in the double bed, the sleeping comfort is somewhat limited, but this is personal preference.

One of the best experiences I have had in a long time. The property was new and very clean but what set this hotel apart from others was the staff. They went the "extra mile" to take care of their patrons. Robert and the staff did an excellent job. I travel extensively internationally and this was one of my best experiences.

Modern hotel with basic roooms, very nice kind of living room atmosphere in the lobby. Staff is young, open and international and trying to give the feeling that you're at home. Even if you're only there for a night or two.

I love this cute hotel and it's even cuter staff. I have been there several weeks and it's one of the only hotels where I went to hang out at the hotelbar for it's coziness. Huge Hug to the crew and keep smiling ;-)

Disgrace to the Marriott brand. "Designed to give guests everything they want" is a lie. 2 major complaints that resulted in my inconvenience: No phone in room & lack of customer concern. Whether the problem is short staffed or limited product, it's inconvenient to the paying customer. Two nights in a row I asked reception for more pillows (we were only given 2, when we were expecting the American standard of 4+). I'm sick and as a result am experiencing really bad lower back pains and needed the extra pillows to prop me up. There's no phone to call down and I feel like I'm bed ridden and can't walk downstairs. Both times she promised she would come within 10minutes and now I am literally suffering. Hospitality fail 101: Always be honest to the guests. If you don't have anymore pillows just tell me, because now this earned you a 1 star rating for dishonestly &/or lack of following through with basic customer service skills. Also, the soap and shampoo/body wash hardly had any product inside & where was no real bed sheet with elastic to hold the sheet down, just the straight edge sheet with a comforter.

Wow what a charming place! Not too far from FRA. Amazing & cozy room layout with motion sensor lighting for those late night "bathroom" breaks. Lobby is cozy with plenty of work space or relaxation space. The pantry converts from breakfast to dinner like its from the future! Games | Bar and ambiance! I will definitely stay at another Moxy in the future!
