I was very pleased with my stay here. The staff is very pleasant and helpful; the room was clean and comfortable; and the food was tasty. The shuttle service was easy to navigate, also. Altogether a great place to stay for my last night in Germany.

Rooms and restaurant were great. Shuttle service to and from airport a great convenience. Easy to get downtown by taking shuttle to airport and hopping on a train or bus. Not much to do around hotel as it is in an industrial park and no retail or grocery stores around.

Friendly staff, good food and drinks and reasonable prices. A great over night hotel super close to the airport. Nothing else around it though (shops, restaurants etc. ).

The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The service was very good and staff were friendly. My husband and I love the food in their restaurant as we had dinner there on our last night. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because of the location which is in an industrial area. If those were only convenient stores or restaurants around the hotel, it would have been perfect. On the other hand, there was a hotel shuttle to take you to the airport where you can hop on a train to the city.

Fantastic hotel the Ambience is really good the breakfast was really amazing the also have a dispensing machine in the reception are you can buy snacks, water, beverages and beer too the shuttle bus service is very frequent and bang on time… I become a member too.

Nice room, nice hotel, super mini bar and bar, shuttle between airport and hotel — stay only for one night therefore no evaluation is possible.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful, my room was very clean with a huge comfy bed, bathroom also spotless with a range of mini soaps and shampoo available. Because I checked out very early breakfast was not available however a help yourself mini buffet was offered and was very good.

This hotel was clean and had food service. The front desk staff were very helpful, and they let me do a late check out without an extra charge. There were mini products in the bathroom, which this hotel was the only one out of all 3 hotels that I stayed at in Frankfurt that had them. The halls were quiet, and the room was large. The shower also had a bathtub, which was nice with a glass of wine. I ate at the restaurant downstairs, and it was good. The price was fair, and my server was friendly. I would stay here again.

Out in the industrial area if the airport. Rooms are nice in size and fairly clean. Staff is a bit standoffish and won't go out of their way. Don't forget to make a reservation for the airport shuttle. I was charged an extra 30 Euros for early check in.

Right next to the runway. Incredibly noisy. Directly in commercial area (absolutely nothing in the circle of couple Kilometar, no bar, supermarket odwr other.

I was there for a one-day meeting. The hotel is centrally located at the airport and is very quiet.
The conference rooms were bright and friendly and well equipped. The catering was OK and the coffee and cappuccino delicious (very important…).
The staff was friendly and attentive and I didn't need to pay any parking fee.

Restaurant with great menu, very wide selection on but rather small map. Very large portions and well presented for the eye. The service was very person-dependent, from very cordial to slightly grumpy.

Very good food, comfortable room, but nowhere to go outside of the hotel. Good for an airport stop over.

Good thing it has a large underground parking, if we do not freeze. The room for three was immense, with Presalon, lounge and bedroom, not less than 60 m2. All very correct.

The plane landed over the hotel, but it was easier to get to the airport, there were car transfers, and the parking lot was very large to facilitate tourists stored at.

Nice hotel near the airport with shuttle service to and from the airport. There is a fee to go to the airport. The hotel is in a small village called Kelsterbach wich has only a few stores and supermarkets and some restaurants. Quite safe to walk to town even at night. A very good option for a one night layover. Price is not to bad and breakfast is quite good. The rooms are decent in size and bathrooms are clean and sufficiently spacious! A very good option.

Hotel is clean. It's a pity that the bar only opens at 6pm. The breakfast is very good. Lots of choices.

The proximity to Frankfurt/Main airport is unbeaten. In addition, the offer "Sleep & Fly" (or similar) with a first-class price/performance ratio… That alone would be decisive for the selection. Added to this are a very friendly staff and the best steak for years in the hotel-restaurant! We definitely come back!

Over price, poor service. No irons in rooms… Not suited for business travelers.

The staff at the desk is not helpful and friendly at all. At the checkout the lady charged for two people 6€ for the shuttle bus for two people. No one mentioned the night before during the booking. The room are ok for the price payed.

We've been coming back for 15 years. Constant friendliness and cleanliness. A 5 — Star — Breakfast with super service staff.

Nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It has a safe, full bar, desk and armchair for rest, also television. The dining room is not spectacular but has a decent catering, the receptionist who attended us was not too nice. Very functional and cold. In general terms, the right place.

The hotel has a good location to the airport, especially by the shuttle bus. The rooms are nice and comfortable and offer ample space. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, so that there should be little wishes. Only the aircraft noise from the planes flying directly over the hotel to get to the underlying new runway can be very disturbing.

I stayed one night at this hotel and it was fine. The shuttle often and quickly makes the return trip to the airport. The gym is quite complete although there is no weight over 14kg. There is a sauna next to the fitness. Special Mention for the breakfast well varied, the products seem of quality and fresh. Perfect buffet Even for a healthy diet.

Very convenient to Frankfurt airport. Shuttle pickup from airport is free, return to airport is 1.50 Euro per person. You must reserve your spot on the return shuttle or risk having to wait until the next shuttle. Each shuttle takes only 16 people. Rooms are clean and modern, beds comfortable. The bathroom is a bit dated but in the style of a typical Northern European/Scandinavian bath and toilet combo. Not handicap friendly. Vinyl tile floors in room, ceramic tile in bath. Double pane windows help keep the room quiet, but the hotel is located at the end of the airport runway. Air traffic is heavy and steady starting around 5am. One breakfast is included in the room price, even if you rent a double room. Nothing special about the hotel other than proximity to airport. Would stay here again as part of layover in Frankfurt.

Super service of the employee Mr. Unteregge. We felt totally comfortable. Transfer to the city, to the airport class.

I stay at this hotel because I have always had very good concept of the NH's. For me a NH has always been a quality hotel and super comfortable in most cases but I have to say that in this case I was disappointed and much. The reception and the common areas all correct but when you access the floor looking for the room the thing already changes. When you leave the elevator there is an unpleasant smell, it reminds me of the smell in a hospital. The room in general was not very clean. The bed was not very comfortable not to mention the pillows, authentic folios and that there were 2 for each one. The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Not in general I have not had good feeling at this hotel and therefore I think if I come back it will not be my first choice at all.

Good clean rooms and service and great location. Obviously since you are so close to the airport you can hear the planes coming and going but I didnt have any troubles going to sleep :)

Elevator is creaky and slow — door slammed shut and we were told it was normal. Room was small for the price. Bath tub was small and sides high which made it difficult to take a shower and was very slippery — dangerous. Shuttle service dropped us off at the wrong terminal.

My stay was very stressful with NH Hotels. I chose this location specifically because I thought that it would be easier for my mother to commute to the Frankfurt Airport; however, it took us nearly 2 hours to find our way to the correct hotel. This was because 1) I called the number listed in my reservation confirmation email and the NH Hotels Telephone Clerk directed us in the wrong direction — as a result, we waited 45 minutes for a van (that never came) to pick us up. (I did indeed look up the hotel shuttle service before going to Frankfurt, but I also talked to the shuttle driver for a different branch of the hotel while waiting at the airport). 2) After being instructed to take a taxi to correct the previous mistake, we ended up at the wrong hotel — this was because NH Hotels had sent me the INcorrect address in my confirmation email for the hotel in which we were supposed to stay for the night. (The taxi driver had, in fact, dropped us off at the address stated in the email). The Hotel Clerks were friendly in solving the issues, but the corporate office needs to be more thorough. I would not recommend the NH Hotel chain.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was exceptional. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It's close to the airport but quiet at night, I was able to get a good night's sleep.

The interior is modern, clean, and comfortable, though you couldn't tell from the outside. We actually walked to the hotel from the airport, about 30 minutes. But I recommend using a shuttle or a taxi to get around, especially if you have a lot of luggage. We paid a fee to use their shuttle to get to the airport at 5 AM (earliest shuttle available). There is a hotel bar/restaurant with plenty outdoor seating and good food. The service was slow, but there were a lot of customers and only two waiters. I took one star off because the Wi-Fi in our room was virtually nonexistent. The corridors were under construction at the time.

Simple but nice and well kept structure! Wi fi OK, quiet location and connected to the airport by shuttle every 30 minutes.

Great place to stay when you arrive or fly out via Frankfurt airport. Short distance (1.5 kilometers / 1 mile) to the airport and courtesy shuttle every 30 min. This place was more reasonably priced than other hotels directly locate at the airport terminals but with the short distance no real disadvantage.

The rooms were very comfy. And we got bonus benefits for being Expedia VIP members. The location is very close to the airport and they provide a shuttle service between the hotel and the terminals. Be sure to board on bus 1. My one complaint was that breakfast seemed way too expensive. We were charged 98 euros for 4 breakfasts buffet meals.

The hotel is very clean and quite large.
I found the staff very friendly and the rooms were big enough, clean and well furnished.
The food in the restaurant was good, but not exceptional also.
Very nice and relaxing I found the savings area. It was clean, there was free water and apples. The sauna is quite small, but served its purpose. The fitness area is quite large and varied.
Price wise the hotel is quite good and I felt very good.
Anyone looking for an overnight stay before a flight, is there. The hotel is somewhat from the airport, but it offers a free shuttle service.

New hotel, clean and comfortable. Too bad it's located a few meters from the landing strip of the airport and transits, at low altitude, a plane every three minutes.

Not a great stay by any means. The good — Location. The OK — Room and bathroom setup. The bad — The staff was surly, the walk to the room on the backside was further than from parking to reception, the room was hot, the AC leaked water, the tub/shower was small and I'm not large, I gave up on the elevator after a 10 minute wait and schlepped my bags up and down the stairs. Breakfast was overpriced and the staff again surly. I gave it three stars rather than 2 because the location was great.

Reception had trouble finding my reservation, told me my room was on the second floor and on my room ticket it was clearly on the third floor, one TV channel in English, tried to charge me for room when it was prepaid. Positive Room was clean and shuttle was on time.

Worst experience EVER! I arrived late, just to get the last room, a smokers room! The receptionist was not accommodating to my request to change, nor to upgrade for a fee. Being sensitive to smoke, I had the worst night, no sleep what so ever. I've been working in the 5 start hotel and we used to have alternative solutions, just to give the comfort and help to our guests. But this hotel NH Frankfurt Airport? Forget it. They never offered and were not willing to help me, not friendly. I've been to different 4 starts hotel but this was the worst 4 starts hotel I've been to in my entire life. The shuttle buss going to airport works very well. Not recomended.

Hotel is not just for 4 star. Guest wanted to cancel room, was told that it was not possible, and it would give no money back.
Breakfast was also not particularly.
Dinner was so far right on the steak and the potatoes.
Internet reception miserable, always without reception.
Pierce must be maintained.
For a night, it is not recommended for the duration.

These people double billed my credit card and now they wont respond to email.

Very bad manner and service. People in restaurant is chating each other and who are in counter does not have any smile and very bad attitude. I had to call people to bring coffee in restaurant in breakfast and was refused to print out the receipt when I chacked out. I will never use this hotel again and will never suggest anybody to stay in this hotel. Sorry but this is true.

The hotel is very conbinient to stay. There are shuttle service to/from the airport every 20 minutes. It was amazing to have the Japanese Osenbei-snacks with beer at the bar. At the breakfast, I could also find many kinds of Tea served. I enjoyed to stay very much.
