I had set my check in time between 21/22 but due to a train delay I warned that I would be late. At 10.45 pm I arrive and I cannot enter in any way, by buzzing the intercom, and I have not received any indication to enter. I lost one night and I will not get any refund, the room was comfortable but dirty on the ground, like the bathroom.
