There is no one here! No help desk! It is like a house in the middle of jungle in a horror movie!
No reception, no room service, no one to help you, completely an abandoned building!
I arrived at the hotel at 15:30 (07 August) and there was no staff here. The doors were closed, and they didn't even answer the phones. I reserved my room from booking. Com. Therefore, I contacted them but no one could handle the situation.
Finally, another guest who was waiting outside like me could contact them and they delivered the key to me.
I waited more than 90 minutes to enter my room!
Now I understand why the hotel does not accept any cancellation!
And also the booking price is not worth it at all!
