Bio Hotel Forellenhof

Nice little hotel run with a lot of love in lovely surroundings. The five stars are well deserved because the service is friendly and courteous. The food is simply amazing. I recommend everyone who visits this hotel to take half board, because the evening meal is cooked by one of the owners herself and tastes excellent.

Bad Endbach, not so well known… Bio Hotel Forellenhof a week of base fasting treatment. All I can say is it was a wonderful experience. First of all, this family and personal atmosphere is unique, very welcoming and always friendly. The two sisters complement each other perfectly in running this organic hotel. The alkaline fasting cure was unique, the particularly delicious food is selected and cooked according to Sabine Wacker recipes but the personal touch when presenting it on the plate is 5*… Everything tastes very fine and more than enough, and you also lose weight! The design of the rest of the program is also perfect! Beautiful hikes, breathing exercises, sauna sessions, foot baths, nutritional lectures, cooking tips for alkaline recipes… lots of great suggestions and always friendly and helpful staff. We were a very nice group of women and we all enjoyed our time together. Thank you very much, it was very nice.

A few years ago we did a slimming treatment here. The rooms were.
Beautiful, quiet and well equipped. Beautiful surrounding area.
But then the food, a shame! At breakfast. Almost nothing to eat, black bread.
Heavy Christian stifle, which should on the contrary help you gain weight.
Lunch dishes, a shame: No variety: one day mozarella with tomato, the next day.
Just a little different and also tomato and mozarella! Starters as meals with little variety and of this level every day! Moreover, the hotel managers were all very plump and therefore not very capable of establishing menus to lose weight! Unhelpful staff who seemed to be bothered by the slightest question (rare questions).
At first, the final straw: the farewell gift which was supposed to be rose oil was simply.
Replaced (supposedly not available) by a bag of potpourri that fell to pieces!
I would like to point out that we did not lose a single gram during our stay!
A real fool's stay with unfriendly and incompetent people!
Perhaps the management has changed, because the stay was a few years ago.

Nice, courteous hostesses who don't miss the opportunity to ask every day and at every meal whether everything is to your satisfaction, without being intrusive in any way!
Organic is not just a word here but is also lived everywhere!
Everything is clean and well maintained!
It's very quiet and rural! Various varied hiking trails enable a relaxing holiday without having to use a lot of cars!
Small downside: there are no fly screens in the room.

The hotel and room were very nice and clean. The room is very large and with a balcony. The hotel is very nicely decorated. The two sisters are very friendly and run the hotel with heart — you can feel it.
I can recommend the hotel to everyone because you just feel comfortable there. The three-course meal in the evening was just a dream. Special requests (vegan) were also implemented very well and it tasted excellent. The breakfast was delicious and there was something for all tastes — many things were freshly prepared.
