Did not seem to get such a good room, breakfast was also not exactly intoxicating and that for 150€/night also very expensive. The bed was ok and the staff nice too. Internet was available at a good speed. In any case, for me, as a fitter, this was the last visit.

It should be noted that there is no air conditioning, but only a fresh air supply. Restaurant is super delicious even if it is very unusual. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Nice Staff, clean Spacious rooms and Bathroom. Great Breakfast in a good Atmosphere. Only small Disadvantage the Windows can only be opened on kipp.

A beautifully designed hotel, nice staff, lovely breakfast, and metro is located 5 mins to the hotel.

Very quiet hotel: In the rooms as well as around — great construction, door to and no sound could be heard anymore.
The adjacent park is perfect for sports or for children.
Breakfast was very balanced and there enough of everything.

We were with a group in the forest House and were all enthusiastic about the Nice hotel and the friendly, helpful service staff. The price for breakfast, 14 euros is definitely reasonable. Of selbsgemachter vegetable paste, cakes fresh fruit, salmon etc. Everything is there and wonderfully done. The rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel is also only 3 S-Bahn stations away from the main train station. You can really only recommend it.

Don't desing my case. Staff Nice. Restaurant is not at all. Mini portions and Geschmaklich questionable at premium prices.

Restaurant rating: Price and performance don't match up. The food was good, but for the price I have already eaten better elsewhere in Hamburg.

Located in the ramparts, the hotel offers super chic rooms with lots of wood. It immediately comes up with a residential atmosphere.
The price is great, parking costs extra.
Breakfast is top-notch and designed for sustainability with a lot of homemade.
Next to the entrance and across the street, there are electric car charging stations.

Noble, designed through, so must a hotel today sek! To do so, sustainable and cool.
Restaurant is a bit overpriced. Reception unfortunately not quite sovereign and the expressway is unfortunately audible.

Unfortunately, even at planned events, not always well prepared. We have 20 min there. Waited for a simple bottle of water with two glasses until we went home annoyed.

3rd time staying here. Lovely Bio hotel with great rooms. Everything is fresh and tidy with comfortable rooms. Staff always friendly and the breakfast is tasty. 5 mins walk from the station.

A super great and beautiful hotel; very dear and attentive employees. The rooms were super clean and comfortably furnished :) The breakfast left no wishes unfulfilled.
We will definitely be back, because we felt completely comfortable and went home completely relaxed.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, only a 2 minute walk from the S Bahn station (Wilhelmsburg) rooms are very comfortable although quite small. Hotel is very strong on its eco freindly credentials which is a bonus. The staff were very friendly with the vast majority of them speaking excellent English and possibly other languages too. The price was certainly reasonable. The only thing I would change is to add power assist to the front door which is very heavy and might not be openable by those with limited mobility.

The concept of the Wälderhaus looks interesting, but at second glance, lacking the restaurant's charm. Unfortunately, it seems to only be profitable mass catering. Very bad. The employees are very nice and the location to the Park quite nice.

Rooms are Top and well maintained. Clinic line defect, but has not been replaced. The Restaurant was not so great. Separate prices for Inside or Outside, without a note somewhere. Operation is nice, but not in the case.

Very nice Hotel with a private and a convincing concept (forest design) that has been consistently pursued. The rooms are very appealing and you will feel immediately at ease. A point deduction for the Breakfast for 12 Euro is not completely convinced and the expensive Parking.

Schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, zwei Gehminuten zur S-Bahn. Leider sehr langsames WLAN mit ständig neuem einwählen.

A Hotel of a different kind! Good Service, Breakfast a bit expensive! The location is a little outside, but thanks to the S-Bahn is you in 10 min in the centre!

We had a room booked by telephone. We have been promised but when we arrived, we were again sent on the grounds that a guest is in front of us there was. The question to the Manager was "how can that be? " It was 22 hours and the last room! We were as Dirt pack are insulted and thrown out. The Manager of the us the name was not wanted to give the police called and us house ban. We had to be outside in the rain wait… The police came, unfortunately, not because they had a lot to do, to pray for us the next day in the guard of driving. And all this in the middle of the night! Never again!

At the cleanliness you still need something to work otherwise quite ok. Wi-Fi you have to constantly re-login. If you're not up by 10 PM from the room is not clean anymore. Does not work! No underground Parking and Parking too far from the entrance way. There is also no Hoteleigenerparkplatz. So to stay it is enough. But more also not.

Very friendly, attentive staff, clean hotel, good train connection nearby, we would come again and recommend.

Reasonably priced, good service, good food, stable Internet only in my case something hard beds maybe not for everyone. But certainly recommended for a short holiday.

New six-month hotel. Quiet and spacious room. Good restaurant highly recommended.
