The room is furnished in a modern style, with also a very modern and complete bathroom. There is a big flat TV on the wall that allows you to plug your USB drive and watch a film. The size of the room is nice, with a very good level of cleanliness. The neighbourhood is a bit empty, no supermarkets around or many restaurants. The big bed was actually two single beds together, a bit uncomfortable when you are close to the gap between them.

From the inside it is very nice and practically equipped, which is not visible from the outside. There is also an Underground Car park just below.

Internet connection lousy. Nothing nearby — must have a car or take taxi.

It appeared to be in a run down area of the city. No restaurants anywhere near. No coffee in the room.

A year-old hotel with some small rooms and mediocre comforts. Beds were pretty soft, pillows with plastic — filling. Breakfast was OK!

Friendly staff, rich breakfast buffet adequate room size. Short beds, slow elevator. But central location at reasonable prices.

Solid hotel. Traffic from the street site is annoying. The room itself is fine.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior of the building and underground garage, the room is modern, fully remodeled, clean, with canal/water view. Friendly staff.

+ Nice staff. Especially the staff at the reception (slender with baldness). The staff was very friendly and helpful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. (could be a bit bigger + 10 minutes to the train station (on foot) — not visible from the outside as a hotel and the façade is underground

Fantastic hotel, great location, great staff.

The hotel is centrally located. Price/performance are reasonable. Well, that's it. From the outside, this single-standing concrete block does not look particularly inviting. The facilities of the relatively small rooms are OK. From the cleanliness it could be better. From the previous guest there are still gummy bears on the floor and also the toilet had ' signs of use ' on the glasses. The beds are very soft and well located.

View a pretty nice hotel. The 3 stars are there because it was freezing in the whole hotel including room. We had the heating in the room fully turned up and it was still very uncomfortable. At breakfast you could hardly cut the bread because the fingers were damp.
So if this hotel then only at a warm season.

The building is a disaster from the outside. Rooms are again okay. Breakfast is good quality. For a short visit the hotel is definitely recommended.

Very centrally located hotel in the heart of Hamburg. The connection is Genia, L as well as for the arrival as well as to reach any locations in Hamburg. The hotel makes a very inviting impression and is well maintained. From me definitely a top address for tourists!

I've never seen a hotel like this coming from the outside, I was shocked.
In front of the hotel a huge construction site, the building in the same as an old school or hospital, hotel and holiday mood does not come up here.
Hotel staff unfriendly, unmotivated and not interested, 3x I have improved my id and 3x the ladies has told him wrong again.
14 Euros per person for breakfast is also absolutely inappropriate.
The rooms were clean but dirty on the walls.
Lay the bed through.

For the price it is incredibly disappointing and I would not come here a second time.

Zimmer war zu klein für zwei Personen, Bett war bequem, im großen und ganzen recht sauberes Zimmer, das Bad und vor allem die Dusche hätte ordentlicher abgewischt werden können. Von außen sieht das Hotel ziemlich verkommen und verlassen aus und wir mussten zwei mal hinsehen, um zu erkennen das dies ein Hotel sein sollte. Von Innen ist dieser Eindruck jedoch nicht gegeben. Das Frühstück ist mit einer soliden Auswahl an Angeboten bestückt, natürlich nicht vergleichbar mit einem Restaurant Buffet, aber befriedigend. Im Internet wurde uns ein angebot mit Wellness Bereich versprochen, vor Ort scheint es diesen allerdings nicht zu geben, was sehr schade ist. Hotel liegt zentral und ca 10 Minuten vom Hbf entfernt.

The only minus star was breakfast, the room was too small, resulting in waiting times and the food and drinks at the buffet were unfortunately swept up quite empty and you had to be patient a little until everything was filled up.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel at all. In my opinion, no star deserves. The building is a huge unassuming grey something. When you walk in the entrance of the hotel, you can meet the Mief directly. The staff were not very friendly. You didn't feel welcome at all. The room had mold in the bathroom and on the windows in the room. I don't think that can be done at all. What I had never experienced was that you have to wait in the foyer until tables become free at breakfast. When we were finally allowed for breakfast after 30 minutes, you had seen that tables were still free everywhere. The breakfast itself also did not inspire us it was monotonous and the staff very overwhelmed and unkind. I wanted to make myself a tea (as the coffee didn't taste) and got watered water from the kettle. In my glass, the lime of the kettle has really settled. This is not a mecker at a high level, these are all things that are self-evident. You need to improve a lot. In any case, we will not be back …

Outside "Well" but inside "Oho" very nicely furnished feel-good rooms. Very nice staff. Price-esind okay. Coming back.

Decent rooms, outside look like a jail. Super rude attitude from workers. Best to avoid.

Very reasonably priced, looks much better inside than on the outside. Bus stop right there, S-bahn stop within 7 minute walk, central train station within 15 minute walk. Spectacular breakfast. The rooms are smallish, but clean and comfortable. The free Wi-Fi runs on a dated security protocol, this will trip up the newer devices.

I would recommend it for a good value for money, friendly staff and cleanliness.

Our room was very modern and clean, which scores. The bed, however, was totally overlain and the pillows caused neck pain. Ridiculous and simply outrageous was the organization of the breakfast — the service staff were heilos overwhelmed, vacancies at the buffet were not replenished until late or at all. The staff responded on demand with a In addition, accommodation in the underground garage for lowered cars is not recommended. A farce for this filthy and hard-to-reach subject still require 10 euros per night. I never saw this place again.

Conditionally comfortable. Safe did not work, and the error was first suspected with me. The window was very clean. Even on the 12th floor you hear the noisy street as if you were standing right on it.

From the outside, the hotel looks relatively ramshackle. The rooms are really great. There is nothing to complain about in the service and the food. On the whole everything is great.

Got pretty down from the outside. The rooms are nicely decorated and modern. However, very small beds. AM 1, 86 m tall and my feet hung over the edge. Very good location from central train station in 15 minutes walking distance.

It is better inside than it looks on the outside (luckily). It is however not really living up to the price in my opinion.

Despite the hotels plain exterior the rooms inside are lovely and look recently refurbished. The breakfast selection was good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Hamburg!

Gutes und günstiges Hotel in Zentrumsnähe, alles sauber und ordentlich, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr nettes Personal.

We stayed there 4 nights, the staff was friendly, the room and bathroom were very small but modern and nicely decorated (the bathroom you might discover something be clean but otherwise everything was ok. ) For a city trip I would book again the hotel on every case particularly because the bus stop is very close to the hotel by the HB 4 stops, (we went on foot to the HB. )

Viewed from the outside says it all, when we arrived we thought that it must not really be … come down and fully sprayed. Just terrible… As we arrived in the Evening, the lady at the reception hardly any English and was not exactly friendly. The "Hotel" only in the 11. And 12. Floor, we knew not. The ride in the Elevator was quite an experience… 11. Stock arrived (no idea what the other floors was) saw the room at first glance, really good, but as we look more hingeguckt have, it was everything else than clean. Black spots on the Bettlacken and the sheets, in the corners of the shower all black and green, the toilet with a yellow tinge, and urine stain and in the corners of the bathroom everywhere Dirt and dust. In the wash basin were hair not to us included … The bed incl. The Madratzen a horror. At Night, slip the Madratzen to the side as well as apart and we are afraid of the same on the ground. The window in 11. Floor with view on all the construction sites we were not able to make it through the opposite rooms so doll whistle the you have it not only on got. Alsoo we were 2 nights in this hotel. Point 1 of außern sees the Hotel Horrible. 2. The Parking lot of the hotel was pure Horror, as the hotel is on a main road and when you drive past because everything is sealed off looks (Parking deck outside with chains hanging out), one must first 10-15 min of driving in a circle so that they are again to come over. From the outside depends on the way a sign in front of a Parking garage … is about as large as sheet of A4 paper and stands on it (in extremely small print on Parking with the symbol (which is obtained from a normal viewing distance, not at all aware) of the hotel. 3. Sleep was for me and my wife a pure torture (personal aspect). Last week we stayed there, and actually pretty happy. Positive was the cleanliness and the nice rooms and the location. It is conveniently located and the subway, steinstrasse, and the train station are not far. Is negative, however, the reception rate. We went to the Hotel, to the Smoking receptionist over, and had several minutes to wait until they finished, had smoked. Also, the terribly unstable looking lift, which is much to expensive Breakfast and the enormous Parking fees is an absolute NO-GO. When it comes to Parking: A street in front of the Hotel on the right rein ("Central channel"), Free of charge, properly and always a free Parking lot! We are to have all the extra time, since we are then going somewhere else for Breakfast.

Rooms are a little on the small side but for sleeping enough but very clean! Location of hotel is good! Direct Bus Link! one star deduction because there is the occupation of the reception part, not such a friendly impression and that we are on the Wi-Fi were made aware, however, about the cost of 5 EUR/day were not so informed!

Room & bathroom clean and tidy. The Hotel seems to be just renovated. The reception was unfortunately anything other than friendly. Quickly abgefertig, so we arrived before us. The Parking lot had one, despite the explanation is really looking for. For 10€ p. T. An imposition. Unfortunately, Check-in, not the floor called, so we are first of all good luck on los and in several floors with closed doors pushed. There are no information boards with room numbers. From the really furschtbarem appearance of the hotel not to be deterred! Good location (bus stop directly in front of the Hotel, one gets easily in everywhere and especially quickly to the port). Rooms are modern and super insulated on the outside (a large construction site next to the Hotel, the only audible once you have the window on cant). Nice and friendly staff and a hearty Breakfast round everything off. A star we draw from, because me and my girlfriend the Exterior of the hotel is really not like, and as we see it belongs to a Hotel is a must! However, a clear recommendation is there in any case :).

Price — performance ratio is good, friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms.

Room and bathroom Top. Service is friendly. Very, very cheap. Parking in the Hotel's own Garage. For a weekend trip only to recommend.
