One of the best hotels I ever visited. Spacious rooms and amazing panoramic view! super friendly personnel, totally worth it!

I booked one night for 2 adults and 1 child and we will definitely be back. The service was very good friendly and very helpful as you wish, our room was very clean and very high quality furnished. The breakfast buffet was sufficiently felt there was a bit of everything and it was always refilled fresh. The view from the 22nd floor was amazing and from the terrace on the 26th floor breathtaking.

Comfortable room and great view.

. Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed. We were accommodated in room 2501 and I was already pleased because of the great view of the city. We had them, too. But… the room is close to the elevators and they run very well audible all night. And to stay directly under the hotelbar is also no pleasure, as one could constantly hear the clattering of the high herls and the chairs back. Sleep was only to be thought of when the bar closed. Otherwise everything was beautiful as always! large rooms, great sumptuous breakfast etc.

The first time in a hotel and just recommended.
Come back. ☺️

The Radisson blu hotel is super centrally located, rooms are top very clean and well maintained, very family friendly and dogs are also allowed, it is all very easy to reach on foot very well, the view a dream, just on the wine terrace on the 26 thin mega view.
We will definitely come back next year ♡

The view is simply awesome. Directly close to Hamburg Dammtor station. From the main station two minutes by train.
The staff is friendly and it is absolutely clean. Even if there are limitations due to the current pandemic, as in any hotel, absolutely recommended!

One of the best Radisson Blu hotels I’ve stayed in. Extremely helpful reception, quick check in process, impressive lobby, brilliant cocktail bar, good restaurant, fab spacious well designed room with a high up view, beautiful comfy bed and crisp linen, small but practical modern bath & shower room with fluffy towels! Yet to try the Bar on 26th with amazing views! Altho in the middle of a building site right now, the tall iconic hotel is close to the city, all walkable. All round fab fab hotel!

Access to the hotel is a disaster. It is not handicapped accessible. While that have a chair lift, it lacks the capacity to handle a mobility scooter.

This hotel has very good amenities and the breakfast is very good. It is also close to public transport system.

Fast and very good service. Whether at breakfast, information or if you have a concern, you will be very friendly and competent to take care of it. The rooms are bright, friendly and also very quiet, you hear nothing. Cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. We were very satisfied.

Nice staff. Super clean rooms. Class view from the 21st floor to the city center and just a few minutes walk to the city. Parking in the car park is super cheap (€ 15 for the whole time of your stay).

Very nice hotel with a good location. Near train station and only 15_20 mn to city and the shopping mall passage Europe. The room is spacious and clean with Amenities, mini bar Wi-Fi etc. The staff also are very nice.

Went here for 3 days (no hotel room booked) for a presentation. Unfortunately the room we were booked into was right next to the instruction zone in the backyard so we had no option to open the windows without facing loud noise. Rooms had an AC though which got pretty cold. Besides, every 90 minutes they offered some finger food. Coffee was available from a professional machine. Food served in the restaurant wasn't the best as they basically had the same menu every two days, that was a little disappointing. They offered vegetarian and meat so nothing to complain here. As I had to travel from and to the hotel every day I was very disappointed to see the huge pricetag they had for their parking places. They offer discount if you book a hotel room, but I think having paid for their event service already (which really is not cheap) should permit for the parking area as well or at least offer a little discount as well. Instead I parked behind the hotel and had a 10 minute walk as the construction zone blocked direct entry. Anyways, I was reported the hotel rooms are clean and nice, so all in all I can recommend this hotel for business people right away. Their bar looked really nice as well!

Beautiful hotel, very accommodating staff. Special requests are fulfilled as best as possible. The rooms are class and the mattresses are perfect! The highlight is the wine bar on the 26 thfloor, in fine weather you can spend some time here.

If you're from the US bring European adapters for the wall plugs. Great location, right by the train station. View of the city is nice. View through the shower window was a delightful surprise. Room is roomy and clean.

A week of one malfunction after another. Sorry, guys but it just wasn't your week. I probably pick a different hotel next week.

The location was perfect. The room was perfect. The service was perfect! It was my first time staying in a Radisson Hotel, and it's not the last time.

Very nice hotel, with a modern appearance. Fantastic roof terrace, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, good location, fair prices. What more can you want?

Booked online through expedia — 2 adoulds and 1 child 6+. We cheked in to Find The room was with just one queensize bed. And was told that we could only get an Extra bed if we payed €50 for an upgreat.
No help, No understanding from front desk.

We were in the Hotel one Night. The Approach is currently a bit difficult because the CCH builds right next to it. But once you found the Driveway, it was OK. The Parking Situation is not the Best at the moment either, but it is okay. We found a Place in the Underground Car park. The Hotel itself was clean and we were satisfied. The breakfast offer was great, even if it's not cheap. The Staff were friendly.

Wonderful Hotel with excellent Service. I was housed on the 19th Floor and had fantastic Views over the City. Was there because of a Congress and was able to have many organizational Problems solved there. Very good!

Big fancy Hotel. No Problem with the Employees at All. All very accommodating and friendly. Rooms on the 21 Floor was clean as the whole Hotel, by the way. The Size of the Room and Furnishings as well as the Beds were perfectly fine. Magnificent Views over Hamburg. A Few Minutes walk to the City. That shouldn't have been the last Stay.

Some Staff at the Reception would have to be trained here as a matter of urgency. Friendly is something else and the Meaning of Service was seemingly completely unknown here. Then the years-long Construction Site in front of the Door and this miserable Underground Car park. If you don't necessarily need proximity to the Fair, you should descend elsewhere.

Very unfriendly staff at the reception. We wanted to order a taxi to go to the city in the evening. The employee's response was that we should go to the nearby station there would be taxis. This is just a small excerpt of the nonsensical discussions we have had in the course of our stay. We will no longer harass the Radisson Blu in Hamburg with our presence.

Very friendly team. For every concern, there is an immediate contact person. Everywhere it's clean. The rooftop terrace and views are magnificent.

The view is impressive. The room was very clean and beautifully furnished. The bathroom is small but well divided. The beds are very comfortable.

Super nice hotel and great view from 27th floor. Excellent for conferences. Parking is in shadow basement and really appreciated when departing on a sunny day.

Nice hotel, mainly for conventions. Cossy rooms with all amenities. Gym is very small but with everything you need for training. Very helpful staff and Wi-Fi with good speed inside all building. Location is also good, about ten minutes walking to the center.

We were very pleased. The hotel is close, the staff were very friendly. Room very clean and also for travelers with dog, like us, totally uncomplicated. Bowls and pillows are provided by the hotel. We would love to come back.

The hotel looks and feels very modern from the outside as well as from the inside, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet has a good, healthy and wide variety of food, there are plenty of seating options. The room (business room) is well furnished and very clean, the hotel also offers a small but fine gym and a sauna. I can only recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately the hotel was barely accessible due to construction work. Also the garage was full and the promised car park was not available. For a tourist it is not easy to find a parking place in Hamburg.
The best experience, however, is the fully overbearing staff at the reception, who offer no support whatsoever.

The location is great. It's right next to the train station which gives you access to everywhere else in the city from the airport to the zoo. It's extremely close to numerous shops and restaurants. Rooms are very nice. Well lit, great view, very clean. The shower has awesome water pressure. Wifi works great. All of the staff are very accomodating and polite (both housekeeping and front desk staff). All in all one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

Experience of working stay at the top.

Very very good hotel and good staff. I use to come here. In the past there was also a swimming pool, after renewal the fitness and saunas areas are bigger and fantastic. Wide and comfortable rooms with great bathroom (with bathtube and shower). Tea and coffee facilities in each room. Sometime they offer breakfast included, but you have to be patient and check on the web in different periods (when you get it, you save yr money! )

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet. The staff are very courteous. Public transportation is just steps away. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel, but I didn't find it a problem. Someone driving might, but since I was using public transportation it didn't really affect me. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

A really nice and stylish hotel in the centre of Hamburg. Only a few minutes walk to the famous Alsta. Friendly staff and a great breakfast. The rooms are very nice and quiet. The views over Hamburg are simply stunning. So happy l stayed here. Highly recommended.

My room was dirty and very noisy *. I had complained about this at the front desk. They wanted to contact me because there was no access to the system.
However, the promised feedback never came, even at checkout. And that for 175, — € the night. Only the breakfast was really good. For the money there are better addresses in Hamburg.
* Room 1201 I had the feeling that the elevator runs right through my room.
The discs were smeared at a wide distance from hand prints. In conjunction with the window sill below you can imagine the appropriate scenario.
The bottom rail was off. Injuries are pre-programmed.

Hotel more oriented for Business Travelers but I can say that we were incredibly comfortable even staying there with a Toddler! The staff is incredibly friendly and solved all our requests without any increase in the price (change of room for king size and baby bed)! Really felt like a VIP. Thanks and congratulations!

Some rooms have a nice view. The rooms are spacious and clean.
The fitness room offers modern equipment.
You will arrive in a few minutes to the Dammtor, from where you can start an exploratory tour with the S-Bahn.

Unfortunately I was sick during my stay and had to stay in the room. The friendly staff brought me tea and rusks as well as asked about my location. A beautiful, well located hotel that puts value on the well-being of the guests — I will definitely come back!

An very relaxing stay, with attentive staff and spacious room. The only downside was that it was very busy at breakfast. I would expect a hotel of that size to be busy but it's a bit cramped when you are trying to get food. I wouldn't let that put me off though — I would stay again whenever I am in Hamburg. I forgot UK-EU adaptors and the hotel lent me some very quickly for a 20 euro deposit.

Fun fact: its the tallest building in hamburg. Good location. There is an underground parking €3/hour or €25/day. There is train station 100m from it with a Starbucks & dunking donuts & Mc Donald (in case) neat walking distance of the city centre. Clean hotel. Polite staff (German people in general) I will go there again.

Very central and very good service.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel recently. Nice, helpful staff at check-in and checkout, and I really enjoyed the chocolate Nikolaus I got on checkout. Nice to get to now about the German tradition. The rooms were excellent to. Spacious, had a decent coffee machine and a nice view. I know from previous trips that the park is quiet, calming and sometimes beautiful, but less so in dark and wet December.

Very great hotel. All clean, great rooms with a great view! Thanks also for the birthday surprise! Highly recommended! The hotel is great, you are ruck Zuck in the city and the rail connections are also good. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

Rooms clean though noisy despite the 17th floor on the station side. You could still hear the announcements up there. Underground car park very narrow and expensive. Friendly staff. Have attended a congress there, great organization. Top location with good transport links.

The hotel is a typical example of Radisson Blu hotel chain. The hotel looks posh and comfortable when you enter. The staff is extremely friendly. We were just visiting a cousin staying overnight at the hotel so we did not have a chance to explore the hotel completely. But the room looked extremely spacious and tidy. All basic amenities were available as expected. Overall the experience was perfect and we would love to visit and stay there sometime. Definitely recommendable.

In the city center, a tall building. From the upper floors there is a nice city view. Unfortunately, there is a reconstruction next to the hotel. Construction site is noisy early morning if you have room in lower floor. Next to hotel is park, garden with small lake, where is coloured music fountain and every night at 10 p. M. Is a performance. It's a short walk to the harbor. 3 stars only for construction site next to hotel.

We stayed for 3 fabulous nights. Our best part was all the staff especially guest relations whoa were highly professional and extremely professional, very warm and friendly (10/10). Location is very superb and central (10/10). Food was great but could do well to improve variety (6/10) and the rooms okay (8/10). Only thing is the limited choices on the television channels (4/10) Almost zero entertainment. Otherwise overall stay (8/10)

To the height of its category. It wouldn't be bad to renovate the furniture a bit.

I travel a lot to Hamburg and I have tried out many hotels and I must say the Radisson Blu is my favorite. The rooms are really nice and big, such a nice view, the service is good, beds are so comfortable and the breakfast is to die for. I have booked the normal rooms and the business room. Honestly the rooms are so similar appart from the fact with business you get a robe, and a coffee station. These rooms are always neat the lift though and this is really annoying and you hear the pulling noise of the lift. This is a down point. Always ask to be far away from the lift if possible.

Between the building work outside the hotel, the night club bouncing the floors above and the roof top wine bar being closed for a private party, this hotel is overpriced for the facilities and it lacks the communication required to warrant the price!

Very nice food. Hotel is well located next to train station. The staff are very nice. And that boy at the reception who checked me in and out is so hot. Well he is a sweet talker too. Cappuccino at the hotel bar wasn't the best though.

Fantastic experience. Everything is well organized for comfort of the guests unfortunately though the breakfast is a bit crowded, the hairdryer didn't work the last day, and the Nespresso machine didn't work at all. But we still had a wonderful time and will definitely come back.

Attention: The rooms behind the elevators are very noisy, even at night…

Very impressive hotel with its 32 floors and easily accessible by public transport from the airport. Too late to visit the top floor, even for the view, we were thrown out…
The checkin was very nice, but unfortunately we ended up on the 3rd floor despite a high floor request. After a little chat, the next day we were going to change rooms.
Next day at the end of the day, little quack, we were temporarily not found in the list of customers, and very hard to be understood, even in English…
After some research (accents/uppercase/etc…) and above all by asking where our suitcases had been moved, room found, on the 30th floor:)

For the rest, very welcoming bar (but you have to be patient), very good restaurant, full breakfasts (but a bit expensive anyway…)

Great Hotel, I was there one night and I can say it is really comfortable both as location for the services offered, clean rooms with every kind of comfort, breakfast plentiful and of excellent quality.
I highly recommend it for a short or long stay that is.
