We test it and are very satisfied so far. Nice big grounds. Swimming pool and sauna. Beautiful surroundings. Very friendly staff. So far highly recommended.

It is very nice here and the dinner was delicious.

Location great, rooms great, service friendly spa area far too small. The worst thing is the food. Canteen-nivrau in a 4-star hotel does not work at all. No recommendations, too bad.

The facility is really nice, the staff friendly but rarely helpful due to massive language barriers. The spa is not usable for recreation as the pool is permanently besieged by toddlers who behave like in a private fun pool! Employee companies against extreme noise and spraying Exactly: Nothing! Peace and relaxation are sought in vain. Too bad!

Had apartment which Eigtl was very nice and large but the kitchen equipment left to be desired On arrival the coffee machine was missing which was then handed over.
Stove plate defective… no water glasses… no sieve… Lid for cooking pot missing…
Phone defective in living room was not directed despite request… Terrace outside full of bird's-eye… in the apartment there is no possibility to order breakfast viacOomsevice which I do not find ok for a price of almost 300 euros per night… Outdoor pool is described as heated… 16 degrees is probably not heated… Bridge locked… Breakfast buffet not really appropriate to the price… Underfloor heating not in function… Room cleaning only around 5 p. M… not enough parking spaces… Plant itself very nice… price performance ratio.

It was a thoroughly perfect stay, with all the problems reacted immediately, the dinner was more than perfect, the breakfast for us too. Super nice staff and very well maintained facility. We are very happy to come back!
Unfortunately, the hotel cannot choose the guests, some were already very outrageous, but for us price-performance was perfectly fine.

Reserved room was not reserved. I was given inferior room. Very disappointing. We would not have booked if we had known. Very unprofessional to accept a booking then nit deliver.

Horrible. We booked a deluxe room with a balcony to a see view. Upon arrival were escorted to a standard room with no balcony with view of a parking lot and a main road. Very disappointed!

We were here for a short trip over New Year's Eve. We had booked a large two-bedroom apartment. The apartment was very comfortable. Everything was in a clean state. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The accommodations are very family friendly. We'll certainly do that again.

A truly beautiful stay here! We stayed for a night in the stake house directly on the lake with dog and enjoyed it very much! Fantastic sunset and rise! The food was great & the team very friendly. We'll be back!

We had a lovely 3 day stay, it was so relaxing. The staff were very helpful and pleasent. They all spoke English which was great. We would love to return some time.

Great hotel and very (for the most) accommodating and helpful staff. Unfortunately our aircon broke down the just before our last night, which was tough, as it was really warm. However, staff did their best, though they didn't manage to fix it. Buffet at the restaurant could be better, it was very pretty dull and especially our children didn't really find much of interest — and the selection was quite limited as well, especially for the main dishes (meat or fish). Some staff were very nice and helpful and others didn't really seem to care about guests — for the better of the whole establishment, you ought to make sure that your servers smile and help guests. Overall, I give it 3 stars though it should have received 4, but the fact that aircon broke down and some restaurant staff could be way more attentive, I believe 3 is the right level.

Apart from the delay in getting our apartment ready (we got free drink each), there were no English-speaking TV channels on TV (but thanks to SKY TV we can watch our favourite channels now in EU countries), I love everthing else.
Location is fantastic, service excellent and above all my daughters like the the place.

We were three years ago, the last Time there and had to find, that since the Takeover by the new operator, but a lot of the disadvantage of has changed. The location is still fantastic, but if we don't care about the state of the object soon (the port Restaurant is closed, the bridge is not walkable, Pool overflowing etc. ) and the concept thinking about that the two children can live up to twelve years old Free in room with parents, there is the risk that the clientele of the guests is a substantial change, and thus the Standard of the object will decrease.

For a four-star hotel quite meager. When checking in, you should queue up and no other reception place was opened even though there were enough staff. The service staff speaks only broken to no German at all. Breakfast is simple, no regional products, poor cold cuts, cheese selection. The breakfast room is overcrowded, cramped and the dishes are rarely cleared. The room was great, the view great, the beds are good.

I like the view, breeze on the balcony and the layout out. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold offerings. Service is the usual DE standard. 20 hour flight plus connections and had to wait 5 hours to check-in. Even though sitting in reception area, I had to ask if room was ready.

Great location and facilities. The Finnish sauna is very good. You have also great sunsets views at the lake. They have a "Havanna Bar" and I really liked how it's decorated. The bungalows are also amazing. I really enjoyed my stay there and would totally recommend it.

An amazing hotel with tons of activities. My fiance and I spent a wellness weekend here and loved everyday. We enjoyed the property of the hotel, sauna, gym and naturally the amazing breakfast buffet. The hotel is well located for long walks a long the lake or to the havel island. Our room was great and the beds super comfy. We even had a wonderful view of the lake which we didn't have to request for. I hope we can visit Precise again one day.

Service has declined a lot from recent Years. Guests cannot have to wait hours for the Drinks menu. Orders are forgotten. What was possible for years (Table reservation for Breakfast) no longer exists. The Restaurant "Ernesto, " which is advertised on the Website, is closed.

You never have the Feeling of Overcrowding in the sprawling Facility. It's all very cozy and quiet too. Warning: The Outdoor Spaces at Breakfast are also popular with the small, cheeky Sparrows. The Outdoor Pool refreshing. Also very nice super soft Bathrobes!
A right Choice! Glorious View of the Lake and always a mild Breeze. Parking is sufficient. For Hiking and Cycling around Lake Schwielowsee, the Resort is the ideal Base.
Treatments such as Massages and Others Were excellent above all the Tranquility and Serenity throughout the Spa.

Apart from the good location, the hotel also has a really good and absolutely clean condition to prove before.
The in-house restaurant is limited from the square and reaches its capacity limits one time or another. This ensures a generally higher handling of material and guests.
The food tastes very good. Kitchen, both the service understand their craft, they 4 stars are deserved!
There is clearly still potential for spontaneous service flexibility. If you bring extra requests or a larger group, you should clarify this in advance and plan it early as possible (preferably before the start of the journey).

In and of itself perfect for couples. We heard, however, that the hotel should be more focused on families. But we find the pool area viiieeel too small. You can't talk about a relaxing stay in the spa area during the children's swimming times anyway!

Despite very good hotel occupancy, you never have the feeling of overcrowding in the spacious complex. It's all very cozy and quiet too. Warning: The outdoor spaces at breakfast, are also popular with the small, cheeky sparrows:) ) The outdoor pool refreshing. AND: Super-soft bathrobes! We lived in a stake house. The absolutely right choice! An ingenious spatial concept, wonderful view of the lake and always a mild ventilation. Parking is plentiful and for bike rides around Lake Schwielowsee, the resort is the ideal base.

No blackout curtains in the room is with small children very difficult then to sleep… Breakfast and dinner you can't complain, it will always be refilled again… I talked to had a cosmetic treatment, unfortunately, in the case of a lady, the only English and not great experience… the location of the hotel is great, right on the lake you can't go there for a walk a lot directly on the lake, not located, unfortunately… the Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a beautiful green area with plenty of sunbeds, when the weather is nice really nice. For a weekend in order. But I would want to make there is not a holiday.

The Resort Schwielowsee is a really nice place at a wonderful location. It would deserve 4 or 5 stars, if the service would be better. We were sitting in the restaurant and tried to get the attention of the waitress. I asked one to remove the old used glasses from the previous guests. She said, no, this is not her job. Well, she should notice this without being asked to do her job. Actually none of the waiters really showed dedication to their job. So we do not feel tempted to visit this place again.

It's very great there, but also very price intense. The Frŵhstŵck was better in 2017. But would like to book there again and again.

Nice location. Food is okay. Overnight stay was possible with Ohropax. Room was unfavorable and ventilation was very noisy. Dodge Room was not getting. The solution of the staff were free Ohropax.

The waiters were always very nice and incredibly helpful. Our apartments were nice and we had ample space. The view of the lake was beautiful.

It was the perfect getaway. The house is super nice and has charm. The room was top and the views of the surrounding area and the lake is unbeatable. The staff at the front Desk convinced by competence and friendliness. The food, both for Breakfast, as well as the evening can be considered as quite successful. The other Service, especially the pool service could be greater. Then, when the balcony looks a little fresh paint, I can forgive with Conviction the Note 1. We will come back.

Very nice, clean facility. Nicely designed rooms. The mattresses are a bit soft. The food is outstanding. The spa area is small but fine. We had booked our stay as part of an arrangement and felt very comfortable. Would love to come back.

I was in the hotel for the first time. Found it good. Staff very friendly. In the evening you could eat well. In the spa area was a cosy atmosphere. Room is fine. The mattresses were not good. Very well located. I'm sure I'll go back.

The staff is very nice and the location beautiful. We visited this resort over New Year's Eve. The New Year's Eve menu was excellent and the waiters gave it all. The guests were mostly older audiences, who sat only at the tables, waited for the fireworks to go to bed immediately. At about 30 o'clock there was really nothing more going on and we found that, in all the trouble that was given, very unfortunate. So this resort again and again, but not to New Year's.

Room Super. Had event at the water with mulled wine poor service. Outside table not cleaned, eat very little. All have not been satisfied, but very well tasted.

Very nice area strongly recommend. Offer indoor a d outdoor swimming pool, good SPA, kinder friendly. Too restaurants and very close to a small city. Parking costs extra. During summer they offer grill once a week.

First the positive: the staff is very friendly. The view of the lake is great. The organization at breakfast absolutely chaotic. Wait too long. The whole hotel should have a new coat of paint. The cleanliness of the rooms is improving.

It's a very nice location. The building looks like a small castle and it's got 2 terraces to having your meal. I like it alot and im pretty sure ill visiting this location again in a private Session. Thanks.

The hotel has a swimming pool.
Whether the pool is heated in winter I do not know. In September, the water in the pool was ice cold anyway.
There is a small fitness room.
And a pretty good kitchen in the house.

Since the isset real hammermäääßig — I'm always happy! And dat for over five years! There is' the world is still in order.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was mostly friendly. One Trainee was quite rude and not really helpful, but I guess that's why he is still a Trainee. The room was very big and a very nice view. Unfortunately the cleanness was not up to a standard you would expect. A very dirty carpet with many brown spots, lots of spiderwebs on the windows, some spots on the bed sheets and hairs in the bathroom and toilet. Two days in a row housekeeping did not come to our room. They knocked on the door at 9.30ish am when we were still in it but never came back later. Overall a nice hotel but a little pricey for the service delivered. Very nice location.

Superb hotel and resort at the Schwielowsee. Everything is totally satisfying.

I have come here to the restaurant several times over the span of ten or so years, and it has always stayed my favorite throughout all this time. I can really recommend it, staff are very friendly and food is excellent.

A nice hotel with very polite staff and all ´ height of the situation. As furnishings it is not that great but it is great for a couple of days in relax. I recommend it to those who have a boat or have so much money because it is expensive and then because it has a small dock to moor the boat. Average age in there I believe in the 40 — 70.

The hotel lives from its fantastic location! We were again thrilled, at first we enjoyed every moment. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet super (also as vegans to be well fed) and the atmosphere very pleasant.
Only with the Interior Designer I would even like to speak, closer understand the idea behind the concept of the installation to be able ;-) But that does not detract from the recovery. It's all very consistent and comfortable. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful place with nice houses and great SPA. It's only a shame that Wi-Fi is one of the slowest I've experienced in my life.

We were 16 at the resort Schwielowsee on a weekend during the period from May 6 — May 9.
As a big fan and regular guest of the * Yacht Harbour residence Hohe Düne * in Warnemünde, I was very skeptical set opposite the resort Schwielowsee. Tschja, you want at a weekend immediately a great recovery and of course the appropriate flair.
What has now spoken for the resort Schwielowsee, was the short route of only 90 minutes. Brief directions, more rest.
Little go, means little stress on the highway and a longer recovery period. I can make it short. The resort has a new fan and regular guest — I'm just thrilled. The stilt houses, the main building and villas (key West) got me excited and I was only four weeks previously in Florida to key West. Especially commendable, dogs are also welcome guests of the resort. All in all, I'm happy again. So, dear employees of the resort, everything right and praise at all. Convenience & courtesy of the staff is just great. The House, the SPA area, the terrain, the room, the garden — simply class.
Up soon for the next weekend to the turn off from the stress of everyday life.

+: Very nice room decorated differently. Large bathrooms. Delicious food. Staff mostly friendly.
-: The cleanliness / room care is significantly improved. So was I on the day of departure remnants of puff pastry, a paper clip and various fluff of his predecessor on the floor. The carpets in the hallways of the upper floors are very spotty and be renewed. If you arrive even from his experienced way, you can easy to get lost is in the hotel, since not all areas are connected to each other and lacks adequate signage.

Around the turn of the year 2015/2016 to celebrate, we have 10 Hanoverian us at the Resort for four days in hotel rooms or cottages were quartered. It was for us, overall a wonderful experience. Have contributed to the fantastic location of the resort, its proximity to the city Potsdam, the quality of the rooms and the cottages and the quality of the food. And last but not least, the commitment of the employees over the stay. A lost bunch of keys was found and forwarded.

We thank you for the wonderful setup of your resort, for the really nice hospitality and a for us a unique Wellness EXPERIENCE in your home. The Havana Bar, in which we are almost alone with the nice bartender chatted, very well tasting, Drinks were everywhere and really almost were alone. The only thing we have to criticize would, that we the smallest room, unfortunately, on the land side and that it had a Doppelmatraze us sure an even more beautiful night when you brought would have. All in all, the Breakfast was ok, however, we are the warm dining menus denied. Now we know how it goes. Like we hope to be back on a cheap deal in your return home. Reception is not particularly friendly, in the room no water for the reception! Restaurant staff at times inattentive, effort but- Mattress sags — not comfortable. TV too small for distance to Bettanlage. Communication reservations and Spa had not worked out, the result of incorrect application. Shards of glass on the carpeted floor, which was entered! The chairs in the Restaurant were down and probably have the best years behind itself. The food is very good here, 5 stars. Fantastic location but the overall impression is reminiscent of the old GDR — Menthalität.

Hopefully you will remain with the overall concept freed from some injustice of the past! The Region needs you urgently and your Spa area in the Winter!

We spent very relaxing days at the Resort Schwielosee, looked after by very attentive staff, always polite and was accommodating, eager to fulfill their individual desires. The food was outstanding, the rooms beautiful and very clean. The view of the lake was gorgeous, even under the most diverse weather conditions. We were certainly not the last Time guests!

Nice hotel, big rooms, clean, good food and good atmosphere.

A double room for 140, — € without Breakfast plus 10, — € Parking fee per car. The default luxury once upon a time: white carpet (with indefinable stains, dirty, partly defective), water stains on the ceilings, dirty Windows, bathroom with calcium deposits (especially in the shower) and mattresses the times changed. Leisure offer is varied and the situation is certainly unique, but the consoles are not about the overall state of time. Conclusion: the next time you prefer a nice Guesthouse on the lake, as voices of price/performance still!

Wonderful location with great views of the lake district and a generous outdoor area. General quality of service, unfortunately, only upper average. Spa area good average for 4 stars. Breakfast buffet a little captivating, also good average.

We have some family activities in the Resort celebrated. There were always very nice to celebrate. Top location, top staff, top food, special praise to the Havana Bar! It is always a Highlight. Thank you. Marco Berger.

Good location — nature and Potsdam. But to enjoy, there are probably cheaper Hotels. Training of staff is not always the own claim match. Only recommended if you are also the many SPA services that would like to take. Fitness room are rather two basement rooms.

We spent here a wonderful Wellness weekend. To the facilities and the Service from the Hotel and the rooms there were no flaws. Perfect it couldn't be, I have rarely so relaxed in a hotel bed slept. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. In the Spa area to me was the relaxation area a bit small and it could have been a safe 1 to 2 saunas more, but the friendly staff made this bet. Unfortunately, that was the deal of the two Restaurants are quite manageable and priced high. And whether 5, 00 EUR for a mint tea (from the bag) is justified, however, is questionable. In total, we have 2 wonderful days spent, we will be sure to come back.
