MAGIC TRICK!
I went to Berlin for a weekend with a group of friends. When we left the apartment, I forgot to take my iPhone charger with me, so I contacted the reception to ask about it. After a while, they sent me a picture of a completely different charger with a different plug, stating that it was the only charger they had in their lost and found. I called them, and they responded, "I can't do a magic trick and bring you back the charger. " That's fun since the "magic trick" was performed by them when they kept my new €50 charger.
Overall, I had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. They stopped replying to my emails, and during the phone call, they didn't show any interest in helping me.

First time in Berlin and we choose a great spot to stay at. Apartment was really nice and clean with a good amount of room. Only true downside is there’s no dryer with the washing machine, other than that absolutely no complaints. When I return to Berlin again one day, I wouldn’t mind staying here again at all.

Absolutely terrible service! First, they clearly told me that I could cancel my booking for free if I couldn’t pay via bank transfer. But when I tried to cancel, they suddenly changed their story and refused, then charged me anyway! This is blatant fraud! The staff is completely unorganized—one person promises one thing, another says the exact opposite. Zero honesty, zero respect for customers. I strongly advise against booking this place unless you want to be scammed.

These people are liars. They advertise they have air conditioning but they don’t. The people that live around this apartment are loud. You wont be able to sleep all night. Then, they lie about crediting you back. They promised to compensate our stay but never did. We will be filing a lawsuit against this fraud of a company. Do not stay here. Save your money and a huge headache.

These people lie about their accommodations they offer. Online, they boast about having air conditioning in their units. When you arrive, the only thing they offer you is a $10 fan. On top of that, the neighbors are extremely loud and the neighborhood is loud as well. You won’t be able to sleep at this place. There is no parking anywhere (which is also not disclosed by this company). I have no clue how this company is in business. Do not stay here: you will regret it.

I just spent an amazing 5 days in Berlin, and my stay at this hotel made it even better! The hotel is in a great spot, super close to the center and surrounded by cool cafes and restaurants. It was so easy to explore the city and enjoy the local scene. The apartments were awesome. They were clean, comfy, and felt like a home away from home. The best part, though, was the staff. They were really friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, I give 5 stars for the perfect location, comfy rooms, and amazing staff. If you're heading to Berlin, I highly recommend staying here. Can't wait to come back on my next trip!

If I could, I would rate lower then that. You are a disgrace of an establishment. Our flight was cancelled. Not by us. We tried to explain, tried to find other solutions even partial refund. To write to you we had to cancel our booking order and then write and ask you for a refund. After you refused all options we tried to find other guests to stay instead of us just to find out that the order was cancelled and we can't even do that. Shame on you.

The Luxoise apartments were wonderful. We stayed in a 3 bedroom, all very large rooms. Communication was very good with immediate responses for additional towels, tissue pape, and a non-feather pillow. Katrina was extremely helpful. The location was great, ~15 Euro Uber to city center. Lots of restaurants in the area, grocery store 4 minutes walk away, and coffee around the corner. Espresso machine was great. The unit did not have a microwave which would have been a great addition. Note, payment is directly to a payment system used by the hotel, not Expedia. It was a bit challenging to pay as 4 credit cards tagged it as a security concern. Paying directly to Expedia would have made the process much easier. Also had to send signed documents that I authorized the payment, agreement to the terms as well as a copy of my credit card. Also required to pay a 300 Euro deposit.

The Luxoise Furnished Apartments offers truly spacious, clean rooms that make it really easy to prepare your own food, spread out, and enjoy your time in Berlin. The location is excellent if you like the scrappier vibe of the East. In the room I stayed in, there was a full kitchen and bath, large windows and a separate bedroom with lots of storage space.
However, a few things prevented my stay from being 10/10.
First off, the staff is largely only contactable by email and phone and only within certain hours. So if something is the matter, it can be difficult to get a response quickly if no one answers the phone or you're outside services hours. I should note that I only ever emailed the staff and didn't use the phone number provided.
Second, there's no elevator. If you're staying on the 7th floor, as I was, you have to carry your luggage all the way up the narrow flights of stairs. If you're fit it's no problem, but anyone experiencing mobility issues, you're going to have some difficulty with the climb.
Third, the washing machine in my room (which was a huge bonus as I was staying there for one week) was essentially broken and I was not made aware until I tried to do a load myself. The washing machine is also, understandably, german built so all the instructions are in german which made figuring out how to operate it a challenge as an English speaker.

The apartment was exactly as advertised and more; thoroughly clean and a lot of attention to detail! Furthermore the communication up to, during and after the stay was exceptional — highly recommend booking a stay here as prime location, great staff and the process was super smooth. Will 100% be back — thanks Linda, Sandra and team :)

We just ended our 10 day stay at The Luxoise Apartment in Berlin and LOVED it. The apartment was very well equipped & clean. Also well located in East Berlin. But most incredible was the staff that is available to help in countless ways, and with big smiles. They arranged our Covid test for us & came up with printed documents we requested. Don't bother with any of the other apartments in this area!

It doesn't get any better.
Everything there … Kitchen fully furnished.
