Great hotel. Super friendly staff. Soundproof thick walls. Delicious restaurant and excelent drinks. Underground parking was very convinient.
Stayed in this hotel for the Berlin Christmas Markets. The rooms (specifically suites) are of excellent standard however, the staff are what really make this hotel, specifically in the Hotels restaurant. Nothing is too much trouble and the service is fantastic. Would stay here again anytime.

Our check-in experience was very modern—we weren’t expecting a fully self-service process with no front desk staff, but it worked smoothly. You check in yourself and make your own key, which was a unique and convenient experience.
The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The shower and sink with a view into the bedroom was an unexpected feature, but we actually really liked it. Large windows throughout the room offered a stunning view of the TV Tower, which was a definite highlight.
We also enjoyed the location—especially the great Kebab place right on the corner. The staff at both lobby bars were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our stay. The in-room coffee was excellent, and overall, the location couldn’t have been better.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a modern, stylish hotel in a great spot!
