I enjoyed my entire stay at the Waldorf Astoria. The amenities such as the spa and restaurant Roca were my favorites. Check in team member Peyton made me feel very welcomed and even remembered my name 5 days later. The spa team were brilliant as well, offering to book slots in advance seeing I have a few more days in the hotel. It’s all these little acts that made a difference.

Everyone at the Waldorf Astoria Berlin are super friendly and helpful! An amazing experience! I highly recommend this hotel!

Thanks to "VisitBerlin" I once again spent a terrific short break in my own city. Upgrading to a junior suite was a great surprise for me, I am still very excited about the very nice staff in all areas, about the luxurious day, the delicious food at roca, the wonderful breakfast and the view from my suite was sensational. I've been to many great hotels, but this service is unbeatable. I haven't seen such nice staff anywhere. All, unrestricted all are very nice and fulfill every wish.

After speaking to the reservations manager today, she wasn’t very helpful. Shame if that’s how you treat diamond members!

We had a great meal today (halibut) and before that a great selection of salads. The ice was the hammer, as was the service.

Wonderful hotel just next to Berlin Bahnhof Zoo! The rooms are big and almost like a junior suite. Nice amenities, but they could have provided some more. Nice beds and extremely quiet. Breakfast was wonderful! All staff we met where very nice and professional, be it in the reception, the restaurant or the entrance. Will we be back! YES!

If you don’t have have everything that meets your expectations, they are more than happy to assisting you, to ensure that they are. Clearly, they have taken the time to cover all aspects, including the finer points or items that you have forgotten to bring with you.

We have stayed 4 days this amazing, beautiful, modern hotel. We have a warm welcome from the staffs, with all the complimentaries drinks! The location is great. Just steps away from all interesting places in town. The staffs are all friendly and helpfull. We had 2 rooms with a connecting door at executive floor which our kids loved. With view of the zoo and Kaizer Wilhelm Church! The rooms are elegant beautiful, brand new, clean, spacious with all those smart hotel stuffs.
Restaurant has excellent service, thank you for taking care of us Margo. Really profesional of service you gave us, from dinner, breakfast and coffee time!, All area are very clean and smell fresh!
We have had excellent Royal breakfast.

Great location and very kind people!

This is our third trip to the Waldorf Astoria Berlin. My daughter and I love the atmosphere, and the way the staff treats you. They are both kind and professional. Also, the accommodations are lovely and comfortable. We had a lovely brunch in the hotel restaurant this morning. Would highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is really delicious. The staff are really helpful and have a good attitude for the customer. Parking of the car can not be easier when you are received by the guard, who provides parking. The room is nice and clean, nice view over the city. All in all, a completed hotel.

Great hotel, staff and location.

We had an amazing time, the hotel is a beautiful property but most importantly the staff courtesy and attention to details was what made our stay such a wonderful experience. The private concierge provided with us daily recommendations which were on point. From restaurants, bars to historic places. My gratitude to Linda and Milian (front desk) which at all time were making sure our stay was pleasant.

Loved this hotel! Beautiful, great friendly staff. Located in walking distance of subway, next door to Berlin zoo. Short cab ride to all major attractions.

Phillip and Linda from concierge went above and beyond. I had 3 packages sent ahead of me that ended up being held by customs. Do not insure or put a value over 45 euro you will pay 39% tax. I had to pay 1200 euro to get my packages… used clothes and shoes. But Phillip made this seamless and stressfree he got my packages back from Frankfurt and did not stop even after I checked out to ensure my packages arrived. He sent Fabio amazing to go to customs and translate and fight for me to get them 30 days later. Fabio packed up my packages transported me to Walforf where Phillip had chilled champagne to celebrate and said he would fight to get my 1200 euros back. Then sent me in a private car back to my residence. The level of service from Phillip and his team should go down in history as 10 star!

Elegant hotel in the city of Berlin. Very nice service; excellent drinks. The gin tasting in the Lang Bar an experience. We felt very comfortable.

We spent a night here in honour of the Dfb Cup final and are very satisfied.
The location is great and the rooms are well furnished.
The staff in particular have impressed. Very friendly and accommodating. And we Frankfurt fans were eagerly encouraged in the run-up to the event and, of course, congratulated the next day ;)

Fantastic hotel. Apart from good rooms and a very practical location, the staff was genuinely friendly and everyone seemed to be enjoying their job.

I was invited to an LIONS event in this hotel, which is now 5 years old. Already at the entrance I was greeted very kindly. I was also immediately told where I needed to go. Everything in the event room was beautifully decorated. The food was delicious and also very well prepared for the eye. The staff are very attentive and friendly.
So the charter celebration of the new Lions club became a very nice evening.

Today on 01:05 at about 5 pm in Cafe ROCA of Waldorf Astoria and expected significantly better quality. We received (for 23 EUR) very bad coffee and old cakes. Sorry, but by Waldorf Astoria we mean something different. When asked if the cake is made in-house, the answer comes "of course" — although it can be seen that the cake comes out of the factory, is simply delivered and consumed with previously ordered leaves of chocolate on which "Waldorf Astoria" is consumed, — honest Answer would be better. After all, whether the cake was delivered or not is not the most important thing. The most important thing is the instant quality that doesn't suit Waldorf Astoria.
On the sidelines; 100m further there is a coffee roasting "Sager" in which you can drink very good coffee during the week and maybe there the people in charge W. Astoria's should go to see what good coffee means.

I did a guided tour there from my studies and I'm really impressed. The hotel is very centrally located and has a good location right next to Kurfürstendamm and Zoo Train Station.

Nice place. I love heated bathroom floors. There staff is accommodating. The pool was under repair so I really missed out. The TV in the mirror was useless. There is a bit of a hassle with them trying to clean my room after it had already been cleaned… so multiple cleanings in a day I feel are unnecessary.

A beautiful art decor revival of the nineties of the last century intérieur inside. Nice material in glass and stone and modern shapes. The service is nice and friendly.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Brand new amenities, huge rooms and thought through until the very last details with the comfort of the guest in mind. E. G. A TV screen built into the mirror in the bathroom. Impeccable service by the men and women and great location. Absolute peace of mind although within the loud Berlin city centre. One of the best places to spend a night in Berlin!

I stayed at this hotel for the first time in January 2013. Then it only opened and very much different from many hotels. It feels like home. A wonderful café for both hotel guests and for any passerby. I went to this café for breakfast, although breakfast was included in the room rate.

This hotel is one of my two favorite hotels in Berlin.

Worth a trip again and again to escape the Altagstress. Starting from the very nice reception, including accompaniment to the room and explanation of the room. The breakfast buffet is a good place to relax. Different dishes, always freshly prepared and when something seems to be empty, it is replenished immediately. The rooms are clean and the service staff will quickly and easily restore the room after night and evening. The service is common throughout the hotel. The staff is always courteous and nice. We always like to come here again.

The location is great, the quality of the rooms and the facilities are also great and according to the hotel level. I liked the lobby but I think that many people would rate it as too simple for the category. About the service, it was cordial, but a little bit confusing and sometimes taking a little bit too much time… This is probably because the Brazilian football team was there after the match at the same moment, but still, they should be prepared for that.

One of the best Waldorf and Hilton group hotels globally. It starts with superior rooms and interior design and ends with a unique service through out your entire stay. The views from the upper floors are awesome and you will never forget Berlin :-) Go here, if you can afford.

Great hotel, which makes me feel at home. Specially the staff is doing a good job. It's family friendly, nice rooms to stay in together with the kids. Everyone in the family enjoys the stay here. Also a nice pool area, it's small but very nice…

I mean… its fancy… but compared to service in Kenya (especially in the premium resorts) it really wasn't all that. They're food is GREAT though! Loved that. But for The price… not sure what the big deal is.

One of the most luxurious hotels in Berlin. Many exclusive suites, accessible only with the appropriate elevator key card. Great views over the zoo and the higher you live, the more of Berlin can be seen. The service is excellent from reception to zommer service, but room rates are unfortunately only suitable for a short break.

I actually treated myself to visit the LANG — Bar in Walldorf-Astoria on my birthday. Not only was I impressed by the cocktail, but the staff also touched me. I had a magical birthday evening.

Great ambience. Service is a big name here. We have breakfast in the federal room overlooking the Brandenburg Gate. That was an absolute highlight. For us, it was an unforgettable stay.

It's super great staff super friendly great deals and restaurants great rooms it's all perfect, there are even animals allowed, but there are still not many animals there. I think it's super it's my favorite hotel it's just a bit expensive. But no matter what you want it (possibly. Expensive) but also the rooms are beautiful but also simply furnished.

Except for the price… Nothing to complain about… Luxury hotel, world class spa, gr8 breakfast… Everything is gr8… If you can afford… A must stay place!

Very nice hotel and elegant, very well located in the center of Berlin-zoo and about 200 meters. From the Kudamm (Kurf-rstendamm), where the best fashion shops are located, however free Wi-Fi is only found in public areas and not in the rooms, where if you want Wi-Fi you must pay 25 euros for 24 hours of internet. It's all very well.

A dream! Modern structure, personal, furnishings, attention to the customer, quality of sleep, breakfast: everything at the top. As best you could not imagine. We had a Deluxe Junior King room on the 15th floor with breathtaking views of Berlin. Spectacular interiors. Beautiful Smart TV equipped with Apple TV and wireless keyboard for Internet connection. Very big and bright bathroom thanks to the wise distribution of the lights. Inside the small mirror on the second TV screen. Breakfast served on the first floor, in the restaurant Les solises by Pierre Gagnaire awarded with a Michelin star but unfortunately closed for holidays during our stay (because the customer who is hosted in late July should not enjoy the same Services available all the rest of the year? ). The breakfast, I said, of great value for quality and quantity. Only flaw, in addition to the already mentioned restaurant closed, the air conditioning in the room that was not possible to turn off if not for a few hours since the system turned it on automatically, as well as the kind receptionist from Bergamo explained accompanying in Room. Result, for me that I do not like to sleep with the air conditioning on, a slight but annoying sore throat (small result to pay for a great enjoyment).

A real first class luxury hotel with staff that is always available when you need it and away when not. Also at the first visit you get the feeling of being at home. Really soundproof rooms. I couldn't hear anything from outside or inside. A good and relaxing sleep is assured when staying at this hotel. Nice bar. Pool is not the biggest one and gym could have some more equipment. But this is only to mention some minor negative points that are not really negatively influencing the stay. Internet is fast and reliable.

Can't stay at a better place in Berlin! I don't have enough good things to say about this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay here, it will make your trip so pleasurable! All of the facilities are brand new and state of the art. The rooms are oversized and the bathrooms feature heated flooring! The only small complaint is that you must pay to use the indoor pool. Other than that, this hotel is incredible. If I am ever back in Berlin, this is where you'll find me.

Great hotel that we got last minute as our flight was cancelled. This was my first time at a Waldorf Astoria and while it was a very comfortable experience, it did not live up to my expectations which is why this is a 4 star review. **I am judging it based on the standard of the 5 star hotel which it is, otherwise, compared to other accommodations I have experienced through the years, I would say this was definitely a 5 star stay. Pros: Very big room, especially for Europe. We stayed in the king deluxe, which was actually 2 full size beds next to each other. -Very clean -nice bathroom design with separate doors for toilet, 2 entrances, very convenient for 2 people to use at the same time -polite staff, we came in frazzled and wearing hiking clothing -enjoyed the power curtains with controls by the bed -enjoyed nespresso coffee in the morning Cons: small details that were missing but that I expected from a hotel of this quality -one outlet by the bed to charge electronics But no other available power outlets in the room (bathroom had 2). This is simply unacceptable in this day and age.

Very nice hotel, what you would expect from a big name hotel like this. Lovely views over the park and of Zoo station. Booked through a friend's Hilton rewards as a gift, and usually would not stay in a place so nice. My girlfriend and I came in and sweatpants and flip flops but were greeted and treated by the staff just the same as the businessman in a suit who was coming in right before us. Highly recommend to anyone who has the cash, or friends with points, to book the room.

Luxury hotel with bad service — The room was soaked in smoking smell, I could not breath. — Very noise Air condition that I could not turn off without technician help. — Reception failed to answer basic questions and they did not come back with answer later.

The hotel is located in the Berlin Charlottenburg district, in the city of West, which fortunately is experiencing a Renaissance after periods of inactivity for a few years. Here, between the railway station Zoo, Zoologischer Garten and the legendary, now chic Kurfuerstendamm was early 2013 in a spectacular-looking and architecturally sophisticated nested built new high-rise complex 5-star superior Hotel Waldorf Astoria opened. "Zoo window" is called the 119 meter high building in the 232 rooms and suites — including for the highest-altitude city — 32 floors of space. "Zoo window", because a glass façade that spans multiple floors at the top of the building looks like a giant window that looks down on the nearby Zoo.
My first impression: Pompous! But not overwhelming. Elegance in the Modern Art Déco style, with lots of black and white marble and clean lines, as well as on the other floors of the building also. Happens when walking through the lobby one right hand a several meters high, gilded bronze gate, which includes a mirrored wall and left hand of the "Peacock Alley", the heart of any Waldorf Astoria House: A centrally located in the lobby area seating and elegant chairs, sofas, tables, and a "grandfather's clock" called clock.

The hotel itself is flawless. Cleanliness, service and staff, satisfactory. However, we stayed at for 12:00 am Wi-Fi this žlobstvo nowadays. Plus almost 40 euro for breakfast is not tenable. So much so that in the café you can eat two times cheaper.

Very good-looking hotel. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great, a lot of choice. Location is good, near train station and Bikini / Kadewe within a short walking distance.

Great Hotel, very friendly Service, perfect location. Various Restaurants are available for Breakfast. A "Must have" for the Library from 15 clock in 15. Floor. We were surprised, however, that Wi-Fi per day EUR 25 costs and the Spa entrance fee not incl. (But again EUR 15 will be charged). Expensive, but the price is worth it.

NOT RECOMMENDED This Hotel is far from a true 5-star house! Stay normally in other comparable Hotels when I am in Berlin. But also wanted this house to know, unfortunately, there are many objections, even though the opening is now already back for more: 1. The air conditioning has on 1. Evening although completely off constantly cold Air blown 2. Have the reception around midnight the phone, I was offered a technician in the room to send. Have 1 hour in the cold waiting for without more Information. Technician came not 3. About 1 o'clock began the air then hot air to blow though is completely off! This went on the whole night, had to repeatedly get up and open the window in the room were Saunaverhältnisse! Sleep was not to think 4. The room service does not work as one it from other 5-star Hotels. After a half-day the room is still messy. And if you are regarding A quick Service call because you spontaneously visit gets, this takes well over 1 hour until someone finally the room clears up 5. The TV remote control/System worked very poorly or not at all! Something like a cumbersome menu navigation is connected with a not remote control, I have not experienced in my life 6. I was not a room the deluxe king view a category assigned to it. Even if the reviews on Tripadvisor or other portals checks, one finds: HERE IS cheating 7. A well-Known is the same thing about 2 months ago happens. This mesh has system 8.

Technically, on the state of the time, staff very friendly BUT: bath and shower water is only at the 38 degree heat — a hot bath, Etc. Therefore, it is not feasible. Duty Manager Hr. Hundehege cheeky and inappropriate. But then prefer to stay in another Hotel.

Nice hotel with great, friendly service. A bit out of the way from Central Berlin and a mixed suburb, but close to S and U Bahn station so easy commute.

Great hotel. Service oriented (not so common in EU), well designed, luxurious. Location is good, but not as central to major sights as others, but still close. Concierge could have been better.
