This is a great hotel, with clean, big rooms, friendly staff and great food for all meals. It is near KaWeDe shopping center (this is like a Macy's in USA) and all other interesting places in Berlin. All recommendations for this hotel!

A very clean hotel with friendly staff point the star I pull off because it was very noisy in our room at night. The room was above the supplier entrance. The breakfast buffet is very good, you have plenty of choice and it's very long! We like to come back, but then in a quieter room.

Great staff. Room was not cleaned when I entered. Staff apologized and had it done quickly. Meanwhile I waited in the cozy lobby with a free drink and even borrowed a phone charger from the nice guy at reception. Room are nice and well sized. Great bed and mattress. Used the quite large gym before enjoying a very fresh and nice breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Family room of 4. Clean modern fresh. Bunk bed for kids is of proper build. Hotel breakfast has many offerings hot/cold & good quality. Clean and hot sauna. Friendly staff. Informal branding with many pleasant details like breakfast and coffee to go. Parking is limited but options outside are plentyfull.

The location is great, and there’s a parking garage directly across the street for about 17€/day. It’s a fifteen minute walk to the Berlin Zoo, and about a 40-50 minute walk from the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, Brandenburg Gate, and the Berlin Wall Memorial. The receptionists speak English and are friendly. Very good breakfast in the hotel restaurant with a great variety of foods to choose from. If you have a small child, consider bringing your own portable crib or playpen for him/her to sleep— even though we requested one in our reservation, there wasn’t one available when we checked in. The rooms are relatively small, particularly the bathroom, but it’s not a big deal if you’re planning on exploring Berlin for the majority of your time anyway. The room was also generally clean, though the carpets seemed a bit dingy.

With us in the room the lamps work with the children is not our arrival (which is already 4 days ago) and they were still not repaired… we had to change rooms at the beginning because the fridge was defective… A great hotel with a nice staff. In case of incompatibilities you just have to ask… actually very good.

A really excellent hotel with a really great breakfast buffet. There's really nothing missing here. You get everything your heart desires. So you start really happy and in a good mood in the day. Especially the Times of breakfast (from 6:30 to noon) are really awesome. And also the staff are swhr polite. Anytime again!

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. Nice rooms, great breakfast with great choice and the most important: the best service! I have never experienced such a nice, attentive and courteous staff. No matter whether at the reception, in the restaurant, in the kitchen or the cleaning staff. I'm really overwhelmed. Will always try to come to a scandic hotel from now on:-)

Great hotel. We felt very much and also requested a larger room. The staff is very friendly and sympathetic. Breakfast is also highly recommended. You can also take a packed lunch for your journey home. The location is great.

The room was the easiest, with no breakfast. There is a refrigerator, we also asked for a kettle, slippers and robes) All gave quickly and without problems.
Out of cons, at 8 a. M. Very noisy garbage was removed from the windows (1 floor)
And (apparently we were unlucky) the worst thing is that at 9am in the next room began repairs! It's hell. They beat me with a hammer, drilled. All days except the Sparks. ( ( () we were on vacation, sleep did not work ( ( ( ( ( ( ( (

Very good training hotel in the heart of the west of Berlin. The focus is on resource-saving handling and energy efficiency. Scandinavian Flair in furniture and public areas. The furnishing of the rooms is very modern and with emphasis on appealing design. The roof terrace can be described as a small highlight. I'd love to come back. Thank you!

Insanely great hotel. Great location, park possibility unfortunately bad. Car park which belongs to the hotel does not have many seats.

A top hotel as you always want! The staff were all very friendly and responded to every request (if possible).
Breakfast was TOP. There was something for everyone and it tasted very good.
The Scandic can really come up with something to achieve the "WOW" effect on a guest.
We thank the Scandic team for their great stay and will definitely come back.

Great place to stay in Berlin. Just 1 street over from Ka De We and the best shopping st in Berlin. Easy access to the Under ground. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly.

A super hotel. We traveled with a 2 year old for a 3 night visit. We would definitely come back. The staff on front, dining, and housekeeping are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The dining/ breakfast ares are child friendly. The breakfast choices are exceptional. A very quiet location but ultra convenient for Berlin Zoo, the underground, great shopping and restaurants, although the Skandic restaurant is superb. Thank you for a great stay.

I spent 4 nights at Scandic. Their lobby is cozy but they play music too loud in it. Our room was small but didn’t feel crowded, and surprisingly — we even had a small balcony. The fitness center is very nice but they don’t have a water station. The room itself was cleaned once daily by different cleaners who were all friendly but the room never felt ‘clean clean’, the carpet in our room needs to be shampooed it was gross I wouldn’t walk without shoes on it. The shower set up is retarded, the glass has a big gap at the bottom so the water went ALL over the bathroom floor. Every night was too cold (the heater wouldn’t work properly) && I HATED the trash cans they provided in the room and bathroom. This hotel isn’t bad and is decently priced for what it’s worth but if the management could make small changes to the rooms it could make the experience of their guests much better.

Supernice hotel with Swedish standards and high quality. Sauna is a great plus in the cold months and Wi-Fi is included in the price. Restaurant is great and the breakfast is in Swedish tradition with lots to choose from.

Ok as a business hotel stop: Room — albeit a bit tiny and cramped in the bathroom — was clean, the bed and mattress good, the TV screen unusually large. The reception service was friendly and quick. Hotel bar cozy, free welcome drink. Snack "Berliner Currywurst" was tasty and acceptably priced. Conference room services and technology were good. The suboptimal thing: Lunch room for the conference members and conference rooms at maximum vertical and horizontal separation possible within the hotel complex combined with insufficient elevator capacity made it difficult to transfer quickly and get the people back afterwards.

Very impressed with my stay here. 4 nights at a reasonable price. Hotel and room were spotless. Quiet, good night's sleep every night. Room was cleaned everyday made it nice to come back to after a long day out in Berlin. Very modern hotel with great facilities. 5 minute walk to wittenbergplatz ubahn and close to stores and shopping centers. Only thing I found a little awkward was how hot the room was even with windows wide open and AC on, however it was the middle of summer so will probably only be an issue around that time. Would recommend staying here nonetheless.

The rooms were nice. I liked the breakfast. The air-condition didn't work but they helped us with a fan. They are working to fix it.

Nice hotel with good bar and breakfast. Great whisky selection! Really bad and uncomfortable bed mattress in 339 (superior room! ), I raised this issue and asked to change it on the next day to the receptionist, but sadly nothing happened.

A very nice hotel with fantastic breakfast.
The location is top. Augsburger Straße is located directly on the subway. KaDeWe reaches down just around the corner from there is also more Metro — stops with those anywhere in Berlin.
To the hotel: from the outside, this hotel makes a very good impression. Reception very friendly and welcoming.
The room: for two people enough. You can populate minibar itself, which I think is very good. There's the stuff at the reception. NET is also around the corner.
The beds were very comfortable. A flat was hanging in front of it. The bathroom was small but also perfectly adequate for two people.
Only drawback, but what doesn't change the well-being, was the somewhat dirty carpet. Here one could perform vllt times a deep cleaning of the carpet.
For breakfast: Yes what should I sagen… hammer! Fresh fruits, several kinds of cereals, sausage, cheese, something for everyone. Even sparkling wine included. Of note, the coffee cups are to go. Before they broke up in the city to be drawn up quickly a coffee or cappuccino! Very horny.
All in all fits the price-performance ratio.
During the next visit to Berlin anyway again!

Found this last minute as it had room for three adults, close to KaDeWe and Kurfürstendamm St. The room had two double beds (about the size of a king) and a comfortable pull-out couch. The room was large and very clean with a nice view of surrounding areas. The bathroom was also large and clean, staff was very helpful and friendly so no real complaints. Free Wi-Fi is included and there is a very good breakfast buffet near the lobby that costs about 12 euros. The KaDeWe is a 5 minute walk and Kurfürstendamm is 10 minutes. Berlin Tegel Airport is about a 20 minute taxi ride and will cost you about 25 euros.

Unfortunately quite lived down location, parking, very expensive 20€ / per day. Food is really good, in the morning, it was pretty full. It had was not refilled according to that or could. Very bad on otherwise great.

Good Day Can unfortunately nothing positive about the room we booked at the Hotel had to say. Dirty curtains, dirty carpeting and even mold in the bathroom. A sad experience we have in the beautiful Berlin had to offer. About the staff I can nothing negative to Say. You are with my complaint objectively handled. I could have this room for health reasons, not related but it was without problems canceled. The Alternative the us, the Hotel offered was not sufficient. Too bad it is a 4 star Hotel. This room does not match the requirements of a 4 star rating. Other things I could not assess as we leave the Hotel. I am scared to have had this experience. Matthias Wessel, Recklinghausen.

The room was small but with enough space and very nicely divided. In the box-spring, you can excellent sleep. The showers offer plenty of space in the well designed bathroom. The Buffet Breakfast is served in the Restaurant or read any wishes open. Always happy!

Very nice hotel! I booked a Superior room which was spacy and offered a free, yes, free minibar! Never had that before, a pleasant surprise. Bathroom had a nice shower. A minus in our case were the beds, for us they were to soft. We both would have preferred a harder bed and lower pillows. But, being next to the metro makes this a good hotel for when you want to visit Berlin. 4 stars because the beds were to soft.

The Hotel is modern and has a good atmosphere. The rooms are clean and pleasantly bright. The Breakfast is good and the staff was very nice. ID like to come again.

This hotel offers all you need. Near the Kurfürstendamm and the subway station just around the corner. The breakfast is very fair and offers a wide range of bread, juices, fruits, and all kinds of cereals. The restaurant is OK but does not always offer a large carte but Buffet instead. I had a great time there.

The Hotel was renovated 2 years ago, unfortunately, are already part of the carpets and walls dirty. Rooms are ok, however they do NOT meet the photographs on the Scandic website, we had a Superior booked. The Receptionsteam is very nice and accommodating, however, the Nachtablösung is more with the phone than with Work.

Already at the check-in was the reception staff not very friendly. Rooms next to the lift with a significant Aufzugslärm in the room. On the request for a different room told the staff that the lift hardly used would be, "no guest would dorthinten go long". This turned out to be wrong, the lift was day and in operation day and night, not to think about sleep. The bathroom is so small that you can hardly turn around. Shower moldy and calcified. The location of Hotels in the vicinity of the Wittenbergplatzes is in order. Friendliness and Service bottom drawer. The Nachrezeptionisten greet not even, and do not consider it necessary to look away from the phone to lift when a guest enter the Hotel. Once, never again.

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and it was a great experience. The breakfast was very satisfying and the room was clean and equipped well. The location of the hotel is very good for young couples like me and my girlfriend. So in conclusion it was very good experience.

Large room, very quiet, friendly and competent staff. The only drawback: there is no right Bar. Who in the evening like in the hotel bar, a Cocktail drink, must look for an Alternative look around…

Liked to relax in this hotel! Nice environment, good breakfast buffet are all tasty and fresh! Relax 4 nights, hotel room filled with pastel, pribiraûtsâ, restoring order! Near MRT in 50 metres and Paul miles from hotels go bus routes 100 and 200 they carry on routes that each will be interesting! Close shop or department store KDW department store type tomorrow to visit it!
