Good hotel, decent breakfast, staff responsive, in spring cool rooms.

Good hotel, the location is great, almost the center, the zoo is very close, the park, the hares brazen run straight during the day without hesitation, breakfasts are excellent, the room is great, the bed is basic good, the sofa folding to the trash should be taken a long time ago, there is a minibar/fridge, but chocolates that are there should be changed, they have for a few years for sure, well, plus bad cold, underground parking looks like there, but we have a car with a box and there in any way, put right in the parking lot of a taxi near the entrance to the hotel, a little to the left, allowed, otherwise everything That's all right. Taking into account all the listed, as if with the price it was possible to behave more modestly.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous for families who stay for a day or more as the room, food at the hotel restaurant is good (breakfast, lunch and dinner) there is a kids game area, spa, gym and more. And most importantly the location is perfect for tourists. Totally the service should be rated as five stars. .

Thumbs up to this hotel. The family room was enough for the group. Although the room is small, the staff and the services contribute to be 5-star rating. Breakfast is also great with a variety of options… from muesli to fresh fruits. On our last day, our departure was not before 21. The hotel staff was kind enough to offer their wellness amenities to freshen up. The hotel is also very accessible which is two stops to Hbf. Tiergarten is just a few steps away.

The hotel is good but front desk service is less than average. When I arrived I asked them where to park. “Go around the block and go inside the parking, it is 19 euro. ” Ok I did. Next morning I notice every way around the hotel there is free parking. Wow with 3 more words the lady should have tell me. Bad way to make 19 euro more.

Hotel is normal Novotel standard. The rooms to the Courtyard are more quiet. Unfortunately, the Customer has to cut Corners at Breakfast. The "Frying Station" for the Egg Dishes is no longer occupied, at least not until 07am 30am. However, It can be ordered at the Table. The Quality of the Goods varies, the Individual Portions of Salmon always seem dried. Selection is good overall.

We had booked a seminar, which took place in this hotel. The journey was very easy by public transport. The organization, the premises were perfect. The food is excellent, very versatile and sufficient. Recommended as a seminar hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the hotel rooms, the equipment and the service.

Have been there for a few drinks with friends. It was a nice place and the drinks were good. However a little bit overpriced (If you just take in account the taste of the drink itself). But since the place is a high profile hotel in one of the best areas in Berlin it's probably ok (at least normal).

Totally recommended. The beds were very servibar. It has a sauna and mixed steam, plus gym.

I recommend this hotel. Space, quality and money worth, are the key words.

Hop and a skip from green lungs of Berlin. Wonderful in winter with skating on lake. Cool and gentle breeze in summer.

Very nice 4 star hotel, right on the S-Bahn Tiergarten. The rooms are spacious and modern in style. Even gives a bathtub. Sauna, steam bath, fitness room are on the 6 floor. Breakfast is plentiful, but could be partly more tasteful (scrambled eggs)

Great hotel, class room with plenty of space and space for children. Staff very friendly. The hotel is clean and looks quite modern. Also the food leaves nothing to be desired. The location next to the S-Bahn station Tiergarten is also perfect for public transport users. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a very convenient place. It's a 1 minute walk to stop. The hotel is clean, beautiful. Excellent soundproofing. Breakfast is delicious, there is a lot to choose from. I don't put five stars for the water in the sink. There's nothing else to complain about.

Pleasant and appealing was the overnight stay at the Novotel am Tiergarten. The welcome was very friendly, the check-in was fast.
The room was clean — even at the "usual problem areas" in the bathroom there was nothing to complain about. Only a little bigger could have been the bathroom. The bed was a bit soft, but all in all okay.
Breakfast is neat and not only 0815 — this is also a small plus.
The staff is friendly and attentive.
All in all, you can really recommend the hotel.

Very close to underground parking. Staff partly of the German language not so powerful. I ordered 2 Red Bull that never arrived in my room. All in all, not so special. Rooms are OK. Mobile phone reception can be very bad in some cases.

The hotel is centrally located and you can reach the sights very quickly. Our room was very clean and large enough. The breakfast buffet was very varied and tasty.

Great hotel with conference rooms and spa service. Good rooms with bathroom, shower and bathtub. Satellite TV. Bright rooms and great friendliness. The only flaw is the lack of cobblers. Good and hearty breakfast, lunches and dinners a bit (for a person used to Italy). I missed the German adapter but in reception they have it in iosa.

Fantastic hotel located near the public transport. The room was very clean and it was very spacious with all the amenities. Excellent staff, especially the restaurant that were super attentive and professional. I'll come back without hesitation.

Nach einem kurzen Urlaub im tropical Island noch einen Tag in Berlin genießen. Tolle Lage direkt an der S-Bahn und Straße des 17 Juni. Gute Zimmer. Nette Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon unser 2 Urlaub in diesem Hotel. Gerne wieder.

Amazing service. They do everything you ask. Couldn't recommend enough. Sauna and gym and spa on top floor.

The free Wi-Fi is with poor quality and limited. The normal Wi-Fi is 6 euro per day…

Great hotel with mostly clean rooms. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful… The fruit salad fresh and sometimes without any canned fruit. What was a bit annoying were the key cards which didn't work often… and you have to find each other at the reception… The staff is fast and reliable. The spa is a small welcome gadget with a sauna and a steam room. Cosmetics are also available and a fitness room with various equipment is available for sports enthusiasts.

For the price you can expect a lot. But this is also offered here. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired (a buffet where there is everything from warm to hearty to sweet and healthy). Cocktails can also be enjoyed in the evenings. Also the rooms in the main street or S-Bahn are quiet with a closed window.

The house is located on the road of 17th June and at the Tiergarten, near the Charlottenburg gate and the Victory column. You can reach it well by car, underground garage available. But also from the distance and regional stations you come here well, you drive to s — train station Tiergarten. If you leave the platform at the end where the lift is, it may be used, you will find yourself opposite the hotel, which is located in the so-called Tiergarten Tower.
The reception was polite and accommodating, despite some crowds at the reception. Here it is convenient to check in online in advance. The hotel belongs to the Accor group (as well as Ibis, motel One, Pullman, Sofitel U. S. ), with the free club membership is linked to said convenience.
The grounds of the house are quite generous. Narrow hallways or vestibules in front of the elevators will not be found here. The Executivzimmer was quite spacious, the pictures do not deceive, they are recorded with normal focal length. A/C available. Coffee maker available. Safe as well.
With closed windows It is absolutely quiet in the room, with open correspondingly not, but one is in Berlin. If you want to be quiet, you can book a room in the courtyard.
The bathroom is more than adequately large. Sufficient storage space in the bathroom. Toilet separately, which is also good.

Location: perfect located, tram station 50 meter, just 3 stations to the centre, quit and close to Tiergarten Rooms: big and comfortable.

Great place to reach by bus and tube, near to boat sightseeing tour port. Breakfast standard. Tickets for public transport available at the reception. Sauna On top of the hotel. Terrace on the roof but bar was not operated at our stay.

Pros: restaurant is good. Good service in general. Good location. Cons: rooms not very clean. Wifi sometimes slow.

Okay hotel. Friendly staff and nice breakfast, but rooms are just very typical, basic Novotel. For some reason heaters the room is really high and hard to turn off. Nice gym and wellness area, but only cardio equipment.

The biggest annoyance with this place is there Internet service. The free service is designed to suck. Every 5 seconds the stream of packets are halted and the experience is horrible. At the same time they encourage you to buy the paid service for 6 euro. Another thing is the bathroom in the rooms. The toilet is in a different part of the room without a sink to wash your hands in. Really strange arrangement.

Excellent hotel, service was impeccable & the location was perfect! The staff go out of their way to help. From my arrival at the hotel upto my exit I could only praise this hotel and could not find a fault. Highly recommended.

Great location and a very good service. This hotel is located at outskirts of a park just im front of S-Bahn stop. You can be anywhere in downtown in 20 minutes or take a relaxing walk to the park. In the evening you can meet crouds of rabbits nearby!

Fantastic stay here. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel's restaurant served incredible food as well.

Large clean rooms. Toilet separate to en suite which is good. Memory foam mattress. Security safe and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast can be a busy affair and you might have to ask for a table to be prepared for you…

Good Hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. Spacious rooms with modern furnishings. The Breakfast had a great selection.

Convenient for S Bahn (local train services) to city centre. Not far away from Brandenburg Gate. Lots of parks around. Very clean and tidy rooms, serviced every day. Delicious breakfast with huge choice. Kids play area could be developed as it contains only TV games. Apart from that a great stay.

Modern, clean, delicious Breakfast, Central location (S-Bahn) and great views of the Straße des 17. June (where in the morning regularly the state carriages driving past). We (family = 2 E / 2 K) were fully satisfied.

We were absolutely thrilled by the Novotel Tiergarten in Berlin! From the 18.07. — 20.07. We stayed there and enjoyed our stay complete! The reception was very friendly, the rooms are clean and attractively designed. Television, air conditioning, toilet separate from the bathroom, one with shower AND bathtub. Really everything you need! Also the Breakfast buffet, I can only say Good things! Large selection, nevertheless, clear. It doesn't lose itself. Many varieties of bread and rolls. Many Varieties Of Fruit Juice, Fruit, Sausage. And even for hearty eaters was something, like scrambled eggs, Sausage, sausages, etc We are, the Hotel is happy to visit again. Thank You Very Much.

The hotel was the best we have ever booked. Location — TOP. Facilities — TOP. Clean — TOP staff and Breakfast — TOP.

I stayed for 3 nights and the room was not bad. However, I only realized the breakfast was not included in my reservation when I checked out. I was very angry with the staff when I checked out because I had to pay extra for one breakfast that I would never have had if I knew I had to pay 19 € for it. The staff never referred at any moment that I had to pay for the breakfast. Moreover, some members of the staff were also quite cold and had lots of difficulties expressing themselves in English. For these reasons, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend.

Definitively the best hotel in Berlin steps away from the tiergarden s bahn stop, good location, parking (surcharge) new/modern facilities.
