Great hotel, great staff, close to all transport.

Very nice, comfortable and very nice shower.

It’s not in the city center which wasn’t a problem because we rented a car. They also have onsite parking. What I really like is that they had our room ready at 10 in the morning even with it being so close to the New Year. We traveled to Dresden for an overnight stay and decided to keep our room there for our luggage. None of our belongings were tampered with.
We also opted to do the breakfast 2/4 days we were there. The staff are courteous and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Very nice staff. Good and Clean rooms with everything you. The Breakfast is very recommended and in the dining room a cosy and relaxed ambience. Always gladly again.

Great location with an amazing staff. The Breakfast buffet was also very good. I also enjoy eating at the restaurant around dinner time. This is one hotel that I cant find any complaints about. This is a rarity.

The staff where extremely helpful and friendly and nothing too much, their ease with our language also was amazing as I can't speak a word of German.
The bar was intimate but friendly and the food hall was beautiful and the selection of food was perfect for all cultures.

Hotel made from a former factory, which is made especially noticed by placing it here and the corridors of old machinery on display.
Nice and well-stocked rooms. Between the room and the bathroom there is a wall with matted glass blocks that give a lot to the stylistic line of the room, but that something take out in terms of privacy.
The sauna area is nice though a bit small, but the gym is disappointing (as in most hotels).
The two free internet stations are very comfortable.
Great location less than a 10-minute walk from Postdamer Platz and as many for Checkpoint Charlie. There's still a subway within walking distance.

I had a lovely stay and staff were really helpful and nice. Great location too. Only downside is the bathroom which has glass bricks and is therefore not very private. It didn't lock either. The shower tray is a bit shallow so the bathroom had a tendency to flood a bit. But otherwise fantastic.

Rooms were modern, clean, quiet, spacious compared to other European hotels we've experienced. Great breakfast buffet. We were able to walk to many tourist locations from the Movenpick. Individuals working the desk were courteous and helpful. Concierge was knowledgeable. My only recommendation might be to have 2 working this desk.

Pro: very good location near the city center, excellent design, friendly staff, good food, the possibility to choose a blanket and pillow. All these stuff could rate 5* but.
Contra: extremely noisily air conditioning system in my room in the first floor. There were about 40C when I have visited Berlin so it was a difficult choice between sleep in a silence with heat or sleep with noise without heat.

Great location and great staff. The bedroom is comfortable with all the facilities one could want. Glass walls are a bit odd and there is a lack of privacy. The bathroom door was tough to slide on the runners. Lovely towels. Breakfast was excellent. But best of all-the staff, friendly and smiling.

We loved our stay at your hotel! I e-mailed you about our special anniversary and you took it into consideration perfectly. We were super happy to find a couple of ice cold beers and some small snack waiting for us in our room. Also we got the early check-in which was amazing since we were very early in the morning at the hotel. The room was very clean and nice. The only negative was the glass wall in the bathroom, which meant you could see and hear what the other one was doing in the bathroom :D Also sunlight lighted up the room in the morning, but we're not very light sensitive when sleeping so not a huge problem. We will definietly come back to Mövenpick Berlin the next time we are in town. Loved it!

This spacious old building is located conveniently to public transport and is within walking distance from many attractions. The location is relatively quiet and although the rooms are not large, they are perfectly serviceable. The common areas are spacious and relaxing. The concierge was very helpful and the reception staff are welcoming and service minded. They provided some tape to fix a torn suitcase and looked after a coat that we left in the lobby. We were very satisfied with our stay.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel and we were very pleased.
This hotel leaves no stone unturned. From the comfortable, well-appointed, maticulously-cleaned rooms, to the outstanding buffet breakfast, which I might add, is one of the best I’ve ever had, this hotel ticks all the boxes. The staff were courteous, pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely be staying at other Movenpick Hotels in my future travels, and will highly recommend this hotel to others. Thanks Movenpick for making our Berlin stay a memorable one!

Almost the center. Nearby attractions are related to the Ussr. Repaired, high ceilings. Gorgeous breakfasts, assortment will envy any hotel. Very tasty. Of the cons… There is no Russian-speaking reception and underground parking 100 metres away. The hotel fee is 24 euros per day. Breakfasts 21 euros for two per day. Once called a taxi to the hotel… 7 euros for the service, although the taxi parking is 100 meters away.

I was a guest at the Hotel Mövenpick from 23 March 2018 to 26 March 2018.
The staff hadn't escaped the fact that I was there over my birthday and surprised me with a little attention to my room. I was very happy about it.
I particularly liked the contrast of the historic building (Siemens) with the modern rooms.
The bathroom is very large and a mecca for those who like to take a bath.
The hotel is centrally located and a stone's throw from the old Anhalter train station.

Very nice hotel in a good location. S-Bahn station just around the corner, Potsdamer Platz is within a minute walk.
The rooms are beautiful and have always been well cleaned. Only the sliding door to the bathroom I found a bit impractical. But this is whining at a high level.
The breakfast was great. The atmosphere in the covered courtyard very pleasant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was very clean and the water pressure was excellent. The restaurant and bar area were great with a huge space and an open roof. Altogether, it was good value for money. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area. It would be more convenient if there were more bars, restaurants and shops around. The bed was fairly small and had two tiny duvets, which wasn't the most comfortable for a couple. The aircon was very slow and the room was mostly too warm.

Air conditioning didn’t work very well in our room so sleeping was a little uncomfortable. Other wise I have only good things to say. Beautiful hotel, great customer service, and the chocolate hour was a great touch. Keep up the good work.

We had an issue with the AC in our room. We were given a new room the morning after, but felt underwhelmed by the process of that and also by reparations. (We were given a free beer ticket for the bar, which hardly accounts for sweating and being uncomfortable all night long. ) The new room was much cooler though and we enjoyed our stay overall. The sauna was excellent (not our first room, but the actual sauna downstairs) and we ordered room service for breakfast one morning that was really delicious! We stayed in the suite with a tub under a skylight and it was quite romantic. The hotel is also in a great location. Easy to get to and from.

A very nice place to stay in Berlin, there is no swimming pool to relax after a day full of sightseeing but you can find sauna instead. Beds are very comfortable, as you can see in a photo where I caught their remote control with which you can set how soft the mattress is. The breakfast was very tasty with lot of things to choose.

General quality of the room was mediocre, despite being classified as a 4 star hotel. The amenities are more like a good 3 star hotel. No iron or ironing board in the room. No bedroom slippers or bathrobes in the room as would be expected in a 4 star accommodation. Bathroom was for 'accessible' use, so no shower curtain — water sprayed around a lot when showering Room ventilation was inadequate with no air-conditioning. Fans were however provided. European King sized bed is actually an American Queen size — this should be differentiated on the website and customers should be informed in advance of booking. I booked the "king sized" bed anticipating American dimensions for King bed. So it was much smaller than expected. Good breakfast buffet overall. Came for a workshop, and the food provided at the workshop was of very good quality.

The location was perfect for us — slightly off the main road, but within short walking distance of groceries, restaurants, and the subway station. The rooms were very comfortable, including the beds! We did not utilize the hotel's breakfast or meal service, as we shopped daily for simpler foods. The one thing I would have changed, if I could, would have been to add a small refrigerator, since we had an extended stay. Regardless, I would recommend this hotel location to anyone.

The service and facilities of the hotel are great.
Only drawback to this stay was the breakfast. The quality and variety used to be better. This morning in particular the staff was seldom to be seen at all.

In the run-up to my stay I received from you a questionnaire on desired services. There I indicated that I would like to have a quiet room. In fact, I got a room directly to the main street, by the air conditioning was defective and also a slatted grate in the double bed was missing, another immediately cracked out after I put myself (with normal body weight) on it. In addition, the automatic door system did not work. The staff then made it possible for me to change rooms, which was very positive. But also in the new room the air conditioning does not work. I will book my Future business trips again in my previous regular hotels.

Nice hotel but the surroundings are less so :) in any case, well connected and at a short distance (even walking) from Postdam Platz, the Brandenburg Gate etc.

Such a beautiful hotel, professional staff who are friendly and look after to you so well. Gorgeous rooms that are very comfortable. The best buffet breakfast ever. Last but not least Movenpick chocolate. This hotel is first class.

Very comfortable hotel in the middle of Berlin. Great breakfast and delicious dishes in the restaurant. Staff very friendly and unobtrusive. The upgrade to the large rooms is definitely worth it.

It was a splendid stay with wonderful and nice staff. Excellent food. While I had a very nice stay at the hotel, the "sleep"-room was less than ideal. The magnetic strip to cover the lightsource was only found when leaving and while the coffee-machine is a nice touch. It is disgusting to have that as hot water source for tea.

Area around the hotel is dirty with lots of papers, beer cans, someone should clean the area out side the hotel particularity the corner area down the road to uplift the area. I would expect Berlin to be a clean city, but its not. The bottom of the elevators below the floor of the actual elevator, so when he elevator comes down you see the uncleaned base. The hallway to the elevator is too dark and needs more light in the corridor. Bar service very slow not very friendly, maybe a bit more light as well. Play good piped music, Try not to be so stiff, Reception staff excellent. No vibe in the restaurant bar area, with the high ceilings you need to do something to brighten up the dining breakfast area, you have a problem there. Service not good, some staff friendly other sour. Food good. Breakfast chefs need to brighten up and be more friendly. Otherwise rooms are good, like to decor. The reception staff excellent but area a bit dull needs more flowers or something, too big and sparse. Waste of space, make it more homely and welcoming. Entrance dull apart from lights above. The most appealing area are the corridors.

We were offered breakfast for 18 Euros each or 24 each on the day. As my wife only has a light breakfast we felt this was too expensive. We got breakfast across the street for 12 Euros for the both of us. Other than that the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The Hotel was lovely and in a central position for our stay. I would recommend this Hotel.

Hotel convenient to services and also walking you reach downtown comfortably, breakfast maybe a little pricey but there is everything really, one of the concierge then is Italian so it solves so many problems if you have difficulty with the language!

If I could put 6 stars at this hotel I would. So many memories in this hotel, first of all an absolutely nice and smiling and very helpful staff. The room was so nice that you could feel so at home. Amenities, bathroom and W. C, were clean. I particularly recommend the hotel breakfast which is plentiful with a very extensive choice with local specialties. I hope to return to this hotel one day.

A very nice hotel with a great atmosphere in the middle of the big city. The rooms with the "free-standing" bathtub have so far liked me best. Also the breakfast buffet is very good. I like to book the hotel again!

A very clean, good hotel with appealing, large rooms and very friendly staff who always try to satisfy the wishes of the guest. The breakfast offer is very varied and tasty. The location is excellent. I have been a regular guest for 2 years and have been planning my next stay because I feel really comfortable here.

Friendly and helpful service from staff, room clean, Bed comfortable, breakfast good, centrally placed with walking distance to all attractions. Room and hotel a bit warm for me, had to turn room radiator off, but I have this problem everywhere. Will be returning in 2019.

Overall he very nice and pleasant stay. Great hotel, nice staff and excellent location for all the activities in Berlin. Room spacious with excellent facilities. Bed and accessories with a comfortable atmosphere. Bathroom was even equipped with tub. Very clean and well maintained. My reference to other guests also be careful with everything and behaved even if it is hard to find. Outstanding is the breakfast and the architecture with the establishment of the entire hotel. Not crammed but very modern and selected. I can definitely recommend it to anyone with a good conscience. My next stay in Berlin? Hotel in Berlin!

Very well connected and centrally located. Close to important sites. It was an old Siemens factory, hence there are old pieces exhibited on each floor.

The hotel is really nice the staff are all very helpful and very anxious, complaints were immediately settled! I think it's really nice that you can have breakfast in a nice area which is very bright and the breakfast buffet was also very delicious, I will definitely come back for a long time but the most curious things are the glass block turn, in the room are the washrooms of BZ W WC separate from the rest of the room!

This is a particularly well-situated 4-star hotel, which is within walking distance of the Potsdamer Platz. It is directly connected to the public transport network, including the halter of the S-Bahn in front of the hotel, a bus stop just next door but also the subway a little further. A taxi station is also in the area.
The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. Lunch, served in the form of a buffet in the dining room with a glazed roof, is trimmed and varied. The hotel also has a gym and a sauna.

A great hotel in terms of architecture and interior design. Exactly my taste. But: On arrival 3 pm, the booked room was not ready yet. Then the hotel fixed the booked room for 2 persons 1 child, no cot included. Moving to a room of unbooked class at last with cot. Breakfast Buffet Booked. At the bottom of the bar, you knew nothing about it. The coffee-maker did not find the way to us either. Hotel and food absolutely top — service for 4 stars, well yes. Almost underground.

Hotel is great. Reception is friendly. However, the first room was slightly different from the normal one. The TV hangs sideways from the bed why always and the sink, was somewhat disgusting yellowed.
The fitness area is very sparsely furnished, no radio, music or even a TV. The treadmill is unfortunately also defective.
Breakfast is very large, but apparently there were not enough staff on site, so there was no free or cleared table. Breakfast at untidy tables is a little bit of a whim. And there are almost only large group tables, hardly small.
Definitely not recommended and not a 4 star standard.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel as we toured Berlin. The weather was beautiful and we found the hotel to be great for us. It was close to the metro, buses, the wall, Typography of Terror Museum & some adequate restaurants. We had some travel issues non-related to the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again.

We got a large room (503), which was very spacious and modern, including the bathroom. Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Nice breakfast. Good location, a short walking distance from Potsdam square. S-Bahn station right in front of the hotel. The gym is a bit minimalistic though in terms of weights equipment, only dumbbells up to 20kg and a bench.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Was very impressed with the hotel. The location of the hotel was great, and the hotel itself was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was very nice.

Everything is perfect except the structure of the room: The bathroom is placed in the middle of the room and is made with transparent glass tiles that are not the maximum for privacy.

A very nice hotel and perfect location near metro station and the city. The breakfast is absolutely lovely. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The staff is very friendly. There was no door in our bathroom which was a little bit strange but we could live with it.

You don't get what you pay for here. We booked and paid for a king size bed (5'11'' wide) but received a queen (5'3'' wide). The pictures on the website show a much nicer room than you receive, and it's much smaller as well. When I spoke with reception they argued with me and insisted 2+2=5, that their queen bed was actually a king, and refused to refund the difference in price between king and queen. Rip off.

Nice big and rooms. The Staff is really helpful and nice. Good location for an weekend Trip to Berlin. The location is near to some of the biggest attractions in Berlin like the Brandenburger Gate and the Reichstag.

Good high ceiling room. Supplies a 'pillow menu' if you want a firmer/softer one. Comfy bed too. Lights/switches in room needed some exploration/better labelling/guide in the welcome pack. Free Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent, but good enough for casual browsing. Bathroom was nice, but shower didn't seem too great. All in all, quite good, but some improvement needed to be excellent.

I attend the meeting live Mu Fen peak Hotel Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. Hotel is very good! Room very good! Food is good. Room was quiet and clean. There is free Wi-Fi (1MB/s). I parked outside the hotel (parking 22 euros a night, it was too expensive for me). I recommend this hotel.

An extremely nice atmosphere. The Mövenpick hotel offers fabulous food at extremely high standards. We enjoyed our evening greatly. The cooking was amazing and the people serving us very kind. The place itself is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. After dinner, we had cocktails, which were decent, though not as great as the food. Side note for Ingress players: the hotel has 2 Portals in range, which are usually L8. They were fitted with hackmods when I was there ;)

Nice hotel with helpful staff — we needed non-allergenic bedding and this was changed within 15 mins of asking. Location is great for visiting central Berlin. Everything is in walking distance (around 15 mins to the Brandenburg gate) and there's easy access to public transport. The room was spacious and comfortable, although the glass wall on the bathroom was a bit odd, even when sharing with my partner. We didn't eat in the restaurant or use the gym and the sauna was closed so can't comment on those. The tea/coffee provided had to be asked for and only came with powered creamer, not milk along with a bit of a leaky kettle, still it was fine. The free internet was also good and was able stream Netflix without an issue. Overall, would definitely stay again!

Is probably the best choice for lovers of «The sky above Berlin», film Wenders-Handke, many of whose sequences were filmed in places next.

Very cozy and in a very quiet area. The hotel is located in a renovated former factory. It is close to a bus stop and an input of S-bahn.

Spacious, bright, quiet and clean rooms. A little small closet. The hotel is very well connected, you can go walk to the Brandenburg Gate 25 mtos. To the square of gendarmerie, the 30 mtos Museum Island. Just go to the West Berlin needed to take public transportation. Super deal friendly but do not speak Spanish. We had half board, exceptional desserts, the first substantial soups and very well presented but just something seconds ration. Breakfast of scandal. The dining room located in the old courtyard manufactures Siemens with its glass roof allows you to see the sky while you eat breakfast with natural light, appreciating the time q makes on the street.

Good hotel well serviced by metro only negative thing carpet on the floor in the room and the staff does not speak Italian but in Berlin you will not find hardly anyone who speaks it.

We went to MOVENPICK last weekend following a gift from Smart box The reservation was made by INTERNET but a priori no box for the smart box so we had to settle a deluxe room, no porter not one person to try to make u N commercial gesture given the circumstances. We felt that the employees did not know the procedure and yet it is not a RELAIS CHATEAUX.
