Unfortunately, the service is currently overwhelmed and this leads to constant annoyance among the guests. Not appropriate to such a house. Very very bad.

In one word … just "Grand"! we had the most lovely stay for birthday and anniversary in pre-Christmas time. Every little detail was just perfect. Thank you to the entire staff and management! We'll be back for sure.

We stayed there for 4 nights. Very convenient, great location for Berlin Marathon with friendly, wonderful, efficient service staff. We are both vegan and although limited breakfast option, we appreciate their effort to offer vegan muffins from the 2nd morning onwards without any request! Room was a little too warm for us, even at the lowest room temperature, otherwise everything else was good!

Spotless clean, beautiful room. Bathroom is sparkling! Check in the the counter is outstanding! Fast and friendly service! The front desk gentleman is absolutely nice and very professional. He represents Grand Hyatt very well! 5 plus stars!

Valet, restraunt & bar, comfortable beds and beautiful rooms. Comparable to other Grand Hyatt hotels as far as quality of room — which is to say they were excellent.

Loved my experience at the Grand Hyatt as a Globalist. I got upgraded to the Grand Suite which is absolutely beautiful. Late check out until 4pm. The breakfast at the grand club was great, too. My highlight was the Olympus Spa which has a pool and a jacuzzi which is perfect after a busy day in the city. Will come back when I’m in Berlin again!

5 out of 5! Super good location, friendly staff, rooms with good view, good food / lounge, cool facilities such as the rooftop swimming pool and gym. I forgot my laptop charger and they went the extra mile to send it back to me internationally. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It's a beautiful hotel. Constantly coming to Berlin for work or just traveling, I always stay in this hotel. The rooms are always clean, spacious and comfortable, the staff are very polite and they are real professionals in their business. The restaurants in the hotel are very good. In the restaurant VOX very tasty breakfasts, but for dinner they have a high kitchen, which is not clear to everyone. I don't think so. The location is good, almost the center, the zoo is not far away. But I do not advise to go on the subway, it is stuffy and not very convenient. It is better to use an UBER taxi, here it works to cheers.

Good hotel, beautiful interior, always cleaned in time in the rooms, delicious free water in glass bottles. Of the cons, not very spacious rooms, expensive food.

Location, service, equipment and atmosphere best. Restorations are good, of course, a matter of taste. Tip: View of the Philharmonie offers great sunsets.

I come to Berlin every year for ITB Berlin which is one of the biggest travel and tourism trade shows. I always stay in Grand Hyatt Berlin and am absolutely love it! The location is the best. The modern area of Potsdamer Platz has a lot of restaurants and attractions as well as walking distance to Brandenburg Gate and Tiergarten. The best U — and S-Bahn connection makes it super comfortable. And the hidden gem of the hotel is the rooftop swimming pool with one of the best views. The great spa as well. The restaurants and bars are perfect as well. I am always happy to stay and look forward to come back to Grand Hyatt Berlin.

So far everything has been great. The service is wonderful and I've had no issues whatsoever. My room is very nice.

2nd time I go there for a conference. Their catering services and people are phantastic.

Grand hyatt berlin may look like a humble hotel, however this is a high tech hotel, and the room is very comfortable and mostly automatically operated. Its located near a shopping mall, and some fancy restaurants. Very very recommended.

Hotel is neat, clean, tidy, luxurious and spacious. Staff are friendly and approachable. Western breakfast is good, not great. Heated swimming pool, spa and gym facilities a good way to unwind after a long day.

A very nice hotel with the perfect location. It is very centrally located so you can get to many sights quite quickly. The staff is very accommodating and super friendly. The rooms are very clean. The operation of the room lighting and the remote is very much behind the time and that it is situated so low do not correspond to that of a 5 star hotel. Only 4 stars. Otherwise an excellent bar and the breakfast buffet is excellent!

Perfect recreation! The beds are a dream. Breakfast lovers will like the buffet and the staff is very helpful. Location is of course for sightseeing — tours also perfectly located.

The whole hotel makes the appearance only because of its location to get the 5 stars, although the location is not really nice at all, let alone from the view, you can really find something else!

Room is nice, stylish and above all clean. The service is very good. The Freitzeitangebot is excellent. Spa is also very good. We'll be back!

I've stayed here a lot for business. The rooms are extremely practical and well thought through (e. G. Plugs by the bed — amazing how many hotels don't have the basics! ). I highly recommend this hotel. Only drawback is that there isn't a proper study desk in the rooms for working there if needed.

The room is fantastic. Heated floors in bathroom. Comfy beds. All the staff were more than friendly.

A lot of things went wrong during our stay. We were assigned a wrong room category, after our notice we moved. The organization of the breakfast was surprisingly unprofessional and a 5-star house completely unworthy. We had to queue up and wait quite a long time. The ordered gluten-free bun was never delivered and delivered to the wrong table by the kitchen, which we brought back. The O-juice was off and the cold cuts seemed to come out of the pack. Some utensils in the room were missing. Not recommended. The spa pond was great though. Nice swimming pool, good fitness equipment and really first class massage. This justifies the two stars.

We stayed at the Hyatt early Saturday afternoon and were, as always, very friendly and accommodating.
The cake and tea was exquisite, the apple pie warmed up and tasty and in this case a big compliment and a big kudos to the kitchen and all that made it possible for us to dine so exquisitely. Thank you very much.
We have been coming for years to the Hyatt for a deceleration of shopping and have always been very satisfied.

We are regular guests of the house, also throughout Germany. The service was always excellent, as was the quality of the food and staff at VOX. We were from 09.12. — 10.12.17 at Hyatt Berlin. The house is nice and super located. Otherwise, unfortunately, things are getting more and more disappointing there. Poor room service (had to remind us of our order several times and wait forever. The champagne bottle was simply locked…) and the quality of the VOX is unfortunately becoming more and more disappointing (staff and food). We don't eat there in the evening anymore, a pity! Unfortunately, breakfast is no longer recommended there either. Half an hour before the end, it is no longer replenished, point 12 is hectically cleared, even if you are still standing in front of the Buffett! You are regularly forgotten by the service and your own staff doesn't even know where the wardrobe is! People, we are really disappointed, not for these prices! Just ask your colleagues in Hamburg, they can still do that ;o)

I cannot day enough about the amazing level and care of service during our stay. The concierges greeted us and our children with advent calendars, allowed us to use their stroller free of charge, and helped us organize our tours and tickets needed in Berlin with ease. The cleaning staff were extremely generous with their apples and chocolates for the kids! Plus the chocolate Santa’s waiting for them when they woke one morning. I found the Grand Hyatt Berlin to be extremely accommodating to our young family and couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more!

Very good location. The reception staff was unfortunately annoyed just because my wife had to look for the credit card. The ordered and confirmed king bed was unfortunately only a queen and from the predecessor were still the glass edges and the dust to see — for a 5-star house, this is certainly better. But the staff at the bar and at breakfast has earned 6 stars: committed, polite, fast and very friendly.

Central location on Potsdamer Platz, but still quiet. Very clean, spacious rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Here you feel at ease from the very first minute. Again at any time.

Wonderful hotel. PRobably one of the best Category 4 hotel in the world. They have great selection in the lounge, and their breakfast restaurant is absolutely stunning. Their sauna and swimming pool is mindblowing. I miss here so much. They truly embraced our positive experience in Berlin.

Very nicely designed and kept hotel. Every floor has nice artwork right by the elevator. The rooms are spacious and fresh. Definitely coming back next time in Berlin (and there is "playbank" right next door! )

I just returned from Berlin 2 days ago after a short trip. I have traveled there 5 times in the past 3 years and I normally stay at the Ritz Carlton, but decided to give the Hyatt a try. I was very impressed with the Hotel the moment I walked into the lobby and was greeted by a great staff. I had learned some German years ago when I lived in Germany for a short time and I have picked up a little more of the language during my travels, so I was eager to practice. The young gentleman at the desk for check-in and check-out was great. He recognized my eagerness to speak German and he helped my test my language skills during the check-in process, along with some additional brief conversation, all while speaking very slowly to help me with the translation. I really appreciated his help and patience. The rooms are very good, clean, modern and spacious, especially for a European hotel. This is not your normal Hyatt chain Hotel. This place is unique and top notch down to nearly every detail. A nice outdoor bar and lounge area, along with good restaurants and a very good gym. This hotel is perfect for anyone traveling for business or just visiting Berlin for vacation. In summary, great staff, great hotel and a good location. I will definitely stay there again when I return.

One of the best hotels in Berlin. The Vox bar is very nice. The staff is very friendly. Excellent breakfast, with 36 euros however overpriced.

This is our go to hotel in Berlin, we've stayed here on multiple journeys and loved it. The rooms are modern and spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice shower. The pillows are minimalist, so call the front desk and ask for three or four extras for a good night's sleep!

I loved my stay this hotel. Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. Specially the bellboy Ahmet. Nice huge rooms with fantastic amenities. The decor is amazing.

We stayed overnight due to a plane malfunction. Our booking was very last minute. We checked in at midnight and, after asking, we were offered a late check-out at 2pm. We enjoyed the pool and sauna they had on site and the breakfast was one of the better buffets we had. The room is a great size and the TV in the bathroom is a great touch.

Exactly as the name says "Grand"! ” Was here for a three day seminar and really liked the hotel. Great location. Good reception and Bar. Rooms are modern with new interiors and are very spacious. Service was one of the best. The hotel is in walkable distance to plenty of good food restaurants, in case if you are lazy or tired then food at own restaurant is also very good.

Everything is perfect.
The location is optimal for visiting the city and its museums. The services and the decoration are of high quality. The staff are very qualified but do not speak a word of French (damage in an establishment of this class…)
