Review of Hotel City Green Berlin 3*

I have far too many good things to say about this hotel so I'll just start at the beginning! First of all the photos do not do it justice, the rooms are spacious, furnished in a classy and nice way. Everything is super clean, the kitchenette comes with cutlery, perfect for a little midnight snack. Secondly their customer service at this hotel is above and beyond, I had a problem that I thought would be a big deal but they quickly, efficiently solved it and my problem was gone like that. Especially Frau Werner has been extremely helpful and just such an overall nice person. The rest of the staff are all lovely and the atmosphere of the hotel is very family-oriented and all around lovely. The area the hotel is in is green and quiet, perfect for a little night time walk. In addition to this there are restaurants, a bakery, 3 grocery stores and the train station all within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. So if you need to stay at a place in Berlin I would highly highly recommend this lovely hotel. I have absolutely zero complaints about anything. Ich habe viel zu viele gute Dinge über dieses Hotel zu sagen, also fange ich einfach am Anfang an! Die Zimmer sind geräumig, stilvoll und nett eingerichtet. Alles ist super sauber, die Küchenzeile ist sogar mit Besteck ausgestattet, perfekt wenn man Abends etwas naschen mag. Zweitens, der Kundenservice in diesem Hotel ist einfach top! Sie tun wirklich alles um dir einen guten Aufenthalt zu sichern. Ich hatte ein kleines Problem beim einchecken aber Frau Werner hat es alles schnell und effizient gelöst. Der Rest der Angestellten sind alle sehr nett und die Atmosphäre des Hotels ist sehr familienorientiert und rundherum sehr schön. Die Gegend, in der sich das Hotel befindet, ist grün und ruhig, ideal für eine kleine Nachtwanderung. Darüber hinaus gibt es Restaurants, eine Bäckerei, 3 Lebensmittelgeschäfte und den S-Bahnhof, die alle nur 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt sind. Also, wenn Sie in einem Hotel in Berlin übernachten müssen, kann ich dieses schöne Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Ich habe absolut keine Beschwerden über irgendetwas.
