GREAT view, excellent food (especially the Flammkuchen), super helpful staff.

Were there last spring. The hotel absolutely does not keep what it promises.
Totally overpriced for what you get offered.

Room was totally dirty. Towels were not exchanged, beds were not made, no room service took place.

We had to take care of towels ourselves in the evening.

The terrace and the surroundings of the hotel made a very neglected impression.

Breakfast buffet was built totally unfavorably and you wait forever or partly in vain that something was refilled.

A shoulder twitching response was made to the complaint on departure and no reply was received.

Surroundings isn't really the bang either.

At a hotel in this price range, I expect something completely different! Too bad for the money!

Reception very unfriendly, not very helpful. Dealing with guests very much from above. Probably no competition. This is the only way to explain that you think of yourself as a supplicant.
Not to be recommended if you want to feel comfortable.

Nice to sit outside. But the prices are quite peppered. The service could be a little more attentive. Unfortunately, the iced coffee tasted like stale coffee.

I was supposed to be late but my planed had some delay. The receptionist kindly called me to check if I was not lost or I need some assistance. Amazing view when I woke up Breakfast is very good.

Rooms were clean but nothing special but my God the kitchen?! Rarely had such eating in a hotel. And all this at fair prices. Many people should/could take a look at this.

Never again. Had to look at 3 rooms before we took one. Everyone was dirty. The whole facility is unkempt. Too bad, this hotel has a great location. Breakfast is far too expensive for quality. If you have questions about Berlin, you only have: "No idea, we don't know". Even locals we met don't leave a good word about the hotel. Staff is trying but not really motivated.

Hotel was visited at the meeting. Staff unfortunately very unkind, furniture on terrace and armchair in the room very worn out. Fugue slips of paper still hang in the bathroom, so it's not improved, see reviews from over 1 year ago!
Unfortunately, value for money is not right at all.

Room with 80s charm. Old bath. Loud climate device in the room. Unfriendly doorman. The hotel lives on its lakeside location. Breakfast was good, but not to get it until 8am. No indication of wedding party when booking. Bad if you want to get out early the next day.

Nice operation, delicious coffee latte and of course an excellent location on the beautiful Twilight Lake.

Nice hotel with well furnished rooms in super nice location. In the single room only the beds are quite narrow. Good Wi-Fi. Internet at high speed costs 1, 00 EUR for the entire stay. Those who can do without high-speed pay nothing. Good food, friendly staff.

Beautiful Hotel, beautiful terrace, great kitchen, super Service. A trip worth it! The chef surprised us again and again! Very tasty and lovingly done.

The Hotel is very nice located at the lake. The Restaurant is amazing decorated and the food is super tasty. The staff is motivated and friendly. The rooms are ok. Although small and not new. But very clean and tidy. I visit gladly again.

Rooms: simply, the piece of paper with the grout discoloration were already at the last visit (1 year) in the bathroom
Environment: very nice, loads a lot to the outdoors, the forest and the lake
Sauna: small but fine, nice view (unfortunately, for some walkers, as well insight)
Breakfast: good.

The Dämeritz Hotel is a nice location for celebrations. The view from the lake is excellent. You can watch the water from the restaurant. It is also possible to make boat rides from the jetty for a fee. Free Wi-Fi is available for guests with a room.

The hotel is very good. First class food, service very friendly. Manageable map with regular seasonal offers. For water sports enthusiasts can also be reached by boat.

New Year's Eve party was outstanding. Operation, music it was just all right. Unfortunately, the buffet was kept a little imaginative and fairly inexpensive.

Restaurant for the special occasion. Rather gourmet — than home cooking. Regular cultural activities. Terrace, directly on the water. Not only a highlight in summer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also a lot of delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes to choose from! It tasted so tasty! Thank you! I also come back to enjoy the view of the lake.

I have moderated a wedding there for a friend of mine known to me and must say a beautiful location a very attentive staff which at no time was intrusive but was always present one rarely finds and it was a nice celebration and there were great People not only the guests also the house was very highly recommended.

The Hotel is a lovely and has a beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast buffet was really good. The beds could have been a little more comfortable. I'd like to visit again.

We were guests for the murder mystery dinner event. That is certainly not for the last time. The hotel: the service is absolute class! Friendly and always to the point when what is needed. Also, the settlement has worked more than perfectly this evening with very many people and tables. Dinner (4 course menu) has me personally not quite convinced. Otherwise always happy. The next time possibly. Overnight.

We were expecting more…

We have this Hotel on the recommendation of former employees of the house for our wedding party picked out. Unfortunately, the Hotel has in recent years lost a lot of quality. Our arrangements were partially not complied with (booking of a boat, timely deployment of the hall) and others were not Carried out on time (the structure of the Ceremony was from our brothers and sisters settled). We have in connection to the Celebration of a detailed Feedback sent to the Hotel, we have not received a response, instead, several weeks later, a reminder. We then have a partial amount to be paid and a further explanation to our experiences sent to the Hotel. Several months later, we have a threatening note with a final period, and after that would be the case to a lawyer to be passed.

We were at Christmas in larger society in Dämeritz Seehotel. The 3 and 4 course menus which we previously had ordered were unique. Rarely we have such a good kitchen experience. The taste and also the decorative distribution on the plates is a pleasure for the palate and the eye. Many Thanks B. P.

Wonderful days we had. A few days ago we were at a 5-day stay in this Hotel. Let's start with the location. You can hardly beat — beautifully situated directly on the lake, you can hear in the morning, much louder, the birds are chirping, cars, or other. Where a point of the situation is not to conceal: it is located in the Landeanfluggebiet of the airport (Schoenefeld). I personally have the regular "high-Flyer" will not be disturbed, but I sleep well in 100 m distance to the Kirchturmglocke loose and through ;). We had a Motorboats (license required) and rental bikes will be available, we have a wonderful Wellness oasis — 3 different saunas, massage chairs, massage chairs for dreinverlieben, div. Fitness equipment (unfortunately right next to the massage chairs, the Seating, you should think again @staff) in the basement like used. In the first floor gave us a sun terrace with Kuscheloasen Rattan is really a Lounge atmosphere had about our quite small, but very nicely arranged room boundaries. During our stay, the Hotel was a little busy, So for us, it was comprehensible way, that after 22 am neither a kitchen nor Bar were occupied.
