Einfache nicht zu große Zimmer. Ist aber vollkommen in Ordnung und sauber. Frühstücks Buffet ist mehr als okay. Preis / Leistung passt hier würde ich sagen.

Clean, nice. A good breakfast and a good cofee machine. The metro is very close and there's a mall right around the corner. On weekends there was some kind of a rock festival nereby with some local bands playing.

Very Nice hotel, with very helpful personal. The gave a great service. The rooms where very clean and sillence.

Stayed many times. It's all good. Breakfast is delicious, the bed is clean. It is very convenient to get to the city center — the regional train is only 15 minutes with rare stops. Next to the hotel there is a large shopping mall and a grocery store in it.

A star is still too much. The first room was very noisy due to the ventilation system. The second room not sufficiently cleaned. The breakfast looked good visually but did not taste good. The staff did on friendly. I didn't feel welcome.

Nice clean functional hotel near shopping, ubahn and sbahn. A couple of stops from Waldbuhne so very handy for music gigs.

Beautiful city hotel — we stayed for 2 ü/F in this house, because we had booked a visit to the Waldbühne for Schlagernacht 2018. The location from the hotel to the Waldbühne is great. The hotel is simple but functional, you have everything you need. Breakfast is very good for the star category. Very uncomplicated check-in and check-out with the card principle can be easily moved throughout the house. The audience in front of the house is bad, recommendation: to pay attention to it from the house — makes a bad impression.

Small bar in basement with Sky TV. But nothing remarkable. Small rooms with one-piece plastic bathroom. Not really comfortable but also not bad. No socket next to the bed. Desk for work available.

This ibis hotel doesn't match what you're used to from ibis otherwise.
The room is quite run-down, creaking ceilings, bad windows (street noise is clearly audible at night).
The biggest minus point: Hair in the bathroom/shower as well as in bed — a no-go!
Plus points: Very good location and friendly staff!

Small rooms, even smaller bathrooms, this is all at the high cost of the hotel. There is a parking lot to go to. Good breakfast. The location is excellent. To the center to go 30-40 minutes on any transport.

Outlets at the bed are missing, toilet paper = sandpaper, hair from the previous guest in the shower and many other trifles. For the price paid, I know too many other hotels which are better.

Very nice room, the bed is comfortable. There are sockets, as well as WLAN, whereby I advise from the WLAN. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly.
Three negative points: 1. Bring toilet paper yourself, there are only 2 layers.
2. The Wi-Fi is bad!
3. I have set the air conditioning to 18 degrees, it will still not be colder than 22 degrees. And that, although outside — 1 degree is cold.

Big! Practical! Lot of stores in one place, everything you think! Even fresh flowers.

Das Hotel an sich ist modern und zu Fuß in 5min von der S-Bahn erreichbar. Leider war die Chefin am Empfang sehr unfreundlich. Ein freundlicher Empfang geht anders. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber, modern, schlicht eingerichtet. Steckdosen am Bett sind wie so oft Mangelware im Hotel. WLAN war auch nur bedingt nutzbar. Das Frühstück war soweit in Ordnung. Zum shoppen sind die Arcaden Spandau direkt um die Ecke.

Nice and neatly run house. Very conveniently located in Spandau near to the train station. Individual rooms are designed according to individual motto. And for breakfast there are fresh waffles.

The hotel is very affordable with affordable prices. The rooms were all very clean the breakfast buffet is plentiful for questions and problems help you the reception very much like to continue. Again at any time.

Hotel with department store — Spandau arcades. Train nearby. Pub opposite. Postruin also opposite.

Hotel used for a couple of nights following a business trip. Without too many pretensions, minimal, appreciable and abundant the breakfast proposals. Located in the complex of a shopping mall just a short distance from the metro and the historic district of Spandau. Would go back in case of another stay in Berlin.

Clean hotel. Large rooms! Extensive breakfast buffet. There is a star deduction from me because of the missing hotel parking space. I had a more drunktranporter with me and had to park it further away and take the taxi to the hotel…

From Stuttgart to Berlin for business, Partner was in the Ibis.
Since we would arrive late and not to look for a better hotel, we decided to book a room there, for security with breakfast, although 11 € per person is not to eat (2 rolls, butter, sausage, cheese, scrambled eggs and coffee).
That was a mistake that we will not repeat if we are embarrassed again.
The room was fine, let's not smash everything.
But the breakfast: shortly after 8 no butter (! ), supposedly delivery difficulties (), boiled eggs almost cold ("otherwise they will turn blue") and such trifles.
We got the breakfast as a gift, but we don't replace the anger!
Tip for Ibis-Spandau visitors: across the street opposite the Spandauer Bierbrunnen: open 24 hours and breakfast in the morning from €3.50! For lunch to dinner warm food around 5-6 € and also more, but super tasty! When we wanted to eat at 22:30, it was not a problem, only for the ice leg it was a bit late and so late you should not eat such quantities. In the Ländle we would have starved!
There is almost everywhere at 10 p. M. Kitchen closing!

Fantastic that we could bring the dog with us to breakfast! Very kind staff that brought water while we had breakfast. A bit small rooms.

The hotel was lovely and clean the staff were polite the rooms we're ideal for a couple clean the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was great room was cleaned and bed changed each day faultless highly recommend.

Situated close to the arcades and the station Spandau and neat hotel with more appropriate, somewhat spartan facilities. The staff is friendly, not in the price included breakfast is rich. Alright.

It was a very nice bed, a clean bathroom properly, sufficiently spacious, very clean,
with a great shower and a rich buffet breakfast.
To fit the price of € 79, —.
I was totally happy and will book there again during my next visit.

Very friendly and nice staff at the reception. Hotel otherwise IBIS: Good Standard, clean room, Wi-Fi is not optimal — but you want to apply. Well, the Spandau train station next door was.

Standard IBIS Hotel. The only interesting because of the perfect location to Spandau train station as well as shopping arcades and the fair.

The rooms are large and clean, small modern bathroom with toilet & shower. Location: very good Bus, S-Bahn & U-rail connections — > Top-Hotel!
