The bar is excellent, the attention is very good everywhere in the hotel.

Spent there for a long time 3 nights. Even if the setup does not correspond to 100% of the time, every time again. VERY knowledgeable staff, great service. Breakfast 6 stars 😜

Despite the current pandemic the hotel staff made our brief stay very enjoyable and safe. The beautiful interior of the lobby and spacious room were perfect. We hope to visit again when things have returned to normal.

A note for the management at the Regent Berlin You need to work on your breakfast offer. Your service this morning was miserable — the one guy who served us needs serious training in customer service. Your food is of very basic, rather not great quality — bread is not fresh, your cheese & meats offer low quality, eggs meh, croissants you can try and get from LeNotre instead of those cheap ones. €39 is not a very high price but I expect better quality and service in a 5 star hotel. Beautiful room and of course great interior made up a bit for this unfortunate experience.

I stayed here for a work conference and was impressed with everything but the business breakfast. The bread was hard as a rock and the coffee was blow average. I was so disappointed after days of amazing service from the rest of the hotel. The tea room is noteworthy. The room is beautiful. The outdoor eating area was perfect and the bartender went above and beyond every day I was there.

The staff is amazing and very friendly and helpful! The hotel looks amazing, no doubts about that and the location is the best — right in the centre of the city in Mitte! There's a grand piano located in the lobby which you can play and many other facilities such as the Spa which is very private and clean and the gym (on the same floor). The rooms are so comfortable and big, especially the beds! I even got a cake for my birthday! Coolest hotel in Berlin (my honest opinion)!

Discreet, attentive 5-star service make this hotel. I have seldom felt in a German hotel to have really been treated as a guest. Everyone has noticed that they like to work at this hotel. Ideal location on Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin.

Regent Berlin is exuding in elegance, style and impeccable service. I love how clean and orderly everything is. Staff are also very good and very professional. I’m very much impressed. I like how they make you feel well taken care and they don’t skimp on the details. They handle everything with care and though they cater on your individual needs, they also make sure everything they provide you with great services. I went for an Afternoon tea there and I had the best experience. Food was amazing, ambiance and decor is so stately and elegant and service is wonderful. My husband was also so impressed and kept raving about it. We always travel and always go to Afternoon Tea at different hotels here and abroad, but we have to say the one they have in Regent is one of the best. I also love that they have a pianist who play beautiful live music, it really helps you relax and enjoy your stay. Will come back again.

The rooms and the view is amazing. But the spa doesn't have the steamroom or swimming pool :-). It's possible to book spa treatments: 90min sports massage is €180. Will have it later today, and tell you how good it is :-)

Very nice hotel, with parts that are spacious, comfortable beds and a great bathroom. It is furthermore located in the Mitte district, near the street, Friedrichstraße, a avenida very commercial in Berlin, and in addition to the street Unter den Linden, which leads to the Brandenburg gate. The hotel is also very close to the christmas market in Gendarmenmarkt, which is one of the best known and most beautiful of Berlin. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn are also in the vicinity, with connections to all airports and main railway stations. The ambience of the hotel is very nice, very well decorated and the staff is very good.

One of the best hotels in the square, with one of the best restaurants and there are the stars really deserves! The ambiance is very tasteful, for my taste a little too baroque (I did not want to say "plushy"). For central location makes it once again attractive.

Not only is it in a GREAT location, the hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious, and the staff is amazing. Berlin is a fabulous city and this is THE best place to stay. Had afternoon tea with a friend at the regent. We were say next to the blazing fire and served delicious cakes and sandwiches. The scones weren't like the ones in the UK but overall a very scrumptious afternoon tea and beautiful interior. Would def go again.

Service and staff were excellent. Room was a good size and the products great. Loses two stars as the rooms I and a colleague were in desperately needed a refurb. Tired looking furniture on the rooms takes away from the initial feeling of grandure. Less like antiques and more like grandmother's hand-me-downs. Perhaps that's just the corporate rooms though?

Very warm reception and our room is well attended and maintained. Very organized and exceptional facilities would certainly recommend to others to come and stay.

Fantastic hotel. Large rooms with all amenities. Very helpful staff with many languages. It is a true 5 star hotel so extras will cost you a lot. Breakfast and dinner were around 40e per person so we ate elsewhere, but I wouldn't fault the hotel since it is 5star and there are plenty of other places to eat nearby. Wi-Fi was good, could run Netflix without buffering. Quiet at night time so no trouble sleeping Location is quite good as it's walking distance from many of the places worth visiting in Berlin.

Very nice Hotel just a few minutes walk from the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate.

The hotel was newly opened in November 2010. The rooms are modern and friendly. A Metro and a tram stop is located in front of the House. The hotel is located directly on the Prenzslauer mountain, and close to the Hackesche Höfe. The breakfast is rich and good.
