This hotel in a central location of Berlin I can highly recommend! In the meantime, it is my regular hotel for business trips to Berlin.

Super nice and helpful staff (without exception). Their natural friendliness is a pleasant exception in today's tense times. I wish all employees that they will stay healthy and that we will soon be able to see each other again under better conditions. I miss the beautiful evenings on the hotel terrace at the moment, as the end of a hard working day.

Beautifull hotel within a 10 minut walk from the potzdamer platz and kreuzberg. The rooms and service were great. Good Wi-Fi. Only inconvenience, that till 11am (checkout time) the room service came twice to check if it's already free.

Fantastic stay. The room and lobby were spacious and impeccably clean. Loved the shower in our room and the Grimm's fairy tale decor. The on tap wheat beer in the lobby was delicious, would recommend you try. Location was great, 2min walk to the U bahn and the BRLO bar. Would definitely recommend you stay here.

As a last minute booking we took a chance on Grimm's and I'm glad that we did. Based on the brothers Grimm fairy tales, each room tells it's own story with wonderful decor and story telling. Even the carpet, lift and the room numbers add to the story. Very friendly and helpful staff with amazing rooms and decor. Also decent views if you're lucky to get a room that overlooks the park. Pros: 1 — Friendly staff 2 — Bar and Restaurant 3 — Breakfast, dinner and room service options 4 — Fantastic decor 5 — Really modern and tidy rooms 6 — The whole hotel was fresh, vibrant and new 7 — Fantastic facilities in your room 8 — Tablet in your room with various services and information on 9 — Modern smart TV in your room 10 — Temperature controls that YOU control in your room 11 — Rain head shower and normal shower head, walk in show 12 — Underfloor heating in the bathroom, again that you control 13 — Really comfortable bed and pillows 14 — Nice set of storage space, desk and even a sowing kit Cons — Really had to think hard about this one: 1 — No drinks facilities in your room like a kettle etc 2 — the revolving door on entry to the hotel is a bit of a nightmare We felt so spoilt staying here it's going to be really difficult for any other hotel to top this experience. Will happily and most likely stay here again on our next visit to Berlin.

Incoming service with a young open-minded team that has the guest fully in view. Modern, beautiful rooms with free Wi-Fi, conveniently located and close to Mendelssohn Bartholdy Ubahnhof. You can also travel quickly with the U2 towards the zoo, but also towards Prenzlauer Berg. Breakfast is multifaceted and impresses with fresh fruit salad and good coffee. Overall, a very nice place for business travellers and those interested in Berlin!

Very nice hotel with normal facilities. Unfortunately, I was missing the kettle or coffee machine in the room. This is offered by almost every 4 star hotel.

Brilliant hotel with a twist. Not sure if it's a chain or independent hotel but it's very conventiently located and I loved the Grimm's theme. Good food, very good service. Rooms average to small sized but very well furnished and with fantastic bathrooms. Highly recommended!

Fabulous service, English friendly, fantastic bathroom, comfortable beds. Would prefer if the room had a mini fridge in so we could have bought some drinks and kept them cold for our return.

Great breakfast and charming rooms. Wi-Fi not always very stable. Good location for a city visit if you like to be in a green area. Gleisdreieck is literally around the corner.

Very nice little hotel, themes in hallways and rooms. Beautiful sauna over the rooftops overlooking the track Triangle and Sony Center (farther away) walking quickly in the city. Good food, nice staff. I'd like to see you again.

I was here for a business meeting in the restaurant. The restaurant offers a very nice atmosphere and is priced very moderate. Happy again. I have not given 5 stars since I have not seen the rooms:)

Really nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. There had been a bit of a mix-up with our booking, but they pulled out all the stops to sort something out for us. Great views, easy to get to, and very comfortable modern rooms.

Enjoyed my stay here over four days in Berlin and wouldn't hesitate to come back next time! The staff were friendly from arrival until we left, the room was spacious and they noted our request for a room with a view which was nice! The bed was very comfortable and free Wifi made planning out the day far easier. The only downsides were the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room, and there was just the two English speaking channels on the television — CNBC News & BBC World News — so maybe worth bringing a laptop! However not really a complaint as to be expected. The hotel is within 5 minutes walk of the local shopping centres, restaurants and coffee shops and also directly next to the park and over the road from the train station. It really is an ideal location, and certainly made it easier to travel around the city.

Rooms perfectly equipped, with a very careful design, very good materials and great functionality. Impeccable hygiene. The hairdryer is real, and not a toy as it usually is. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The Windows insulate perfectly from the outside noise and there are opaque curtains. The Internet connection is good and fast enough.
As negative points, the drain of the fantastic shower is a little slow swallowing, which attached to the small slope so that it does not escape the water makes if you get a little distended, the water gets out on the ground. I have missed toothpaste and fill the shower soap more often (when it is very difficult to remove). It would also be nice to have a Spanish channel on TV.
As for the location, although about 7 minutes from Postdamer Platz, there are no supermarkets bars or restaurants in the nearby area. It is located next to a park and the underground station of line U2 is less than 5 minutes away.
As for the service, there was a mistake with the number of people we were going to occupy the room that was immediately rectified. We have not had much more contact or any other problem.
Recommended.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was probably not centrally enabled (daily temperature over 30 degrees) and air hardly possible due to heat and noise of the city.

Good hotel and well located. Story decoration is not sappy but rather sympathetic. The breakfast not is included in the price, are 14€ to part. It has two lines of metro very close. It is a very quiet area.

Clean, new and chic Hotel in a good location (the Sony center is on foot easy to reach). Much to recommend the view from the roof terrace … We had a very spacious, Prince Suite and there is also with child enough space. The extra bed on the Sofa was better than any cot! Very nice staff, also extra wishes friendly. The Breakfast buffet was rich and tasty. At the next visit to Berlin we will make a stop here again!

Friendly and attentive service combined with excellent food. We had a salad buffet, as well as Thuringian Bratwurst and chicken Saltimbocca. The homemade sodas are great too.

The Grimm's is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited! At this price, there is no better hotel. The rooms are stylish and modern furnishings. The Chair in the room is a brand Vitra — absolute top class, with regard to furniture. The beds are very comfortable and you can adjust the heating or air conditioning to his liking yourself.
The restaurant is very cozy. Here again you realize that a professional has worked out the concept. Pure well-being! The restaurant in the evening also perfectly suited for a date. The service is very nice and attentive. The food is very reasonably priced for a hotel: a burger for around 10 EUR and a salad with chicken strips for EUR 9. For this price you can of course not haute cuisine expect (although this would fit very well to the atmosphere), but the value for money entirely.
The breakfast buffet for €14 is simply super! There is everything in large quantities. It is served even organic tea in all variations.
I can recommend so's the Grimm! At this price, I was completely surprised!

Efficiently run, yet utterly charming hotel. Small quirky touches everywhere make this hotel stand out from the usual business-class establishment.

I'm here for Berlinale and the location of this hotel is fantastic. Short walk from the festival offices, EFM, and lots of screenings. Beautifully appointed and new, I am greatly enjoying my stay.
