My stay here was short but very cozy, people from all over the world stays here and all of them gentle. Breakfast is small but you can survive. Also s-bahn Ostbahnhof is a few blocks away (so you won't suffer with transport) ; as well many places to have food or drinks and for all tastes. East side gallery if also a few blocks away so you can check it out when you have a couple of minutes. If you like to walk and have spare time this hotel can provide many near places to visit.

This is a rather basic type of hotel great for a short stay alone or together. Not a place for children if you ask me, mostly business people. After 23:00 you can only enter with your room key which I think is very good. Also the public toilet in the hall can only be entered when using this key, which prevents just anyone using the toilets. Rooms are big enough for storing your stuff and actually do some work. The rooms are clean and being cleaned (bedsheets not every day) every day also with fresh towels. One downside is the free Wi-Fi it does not cover the whole hotel area, in my last room at the first level I hardly had any reception and I used 4g often.

Hotel in a very good location — if you are looking for example A concert is attended in the arena.
The room was quite small; 1 chair for 2 people is short of. But everything was clean, late in the evening there was still something to drink at the bar and in the morning the breakfast was sumptuous. After all, you usually just want to sleep in a city hotel after all.

It's fine. It's an Ibis, they're all the same, it's exactly what you expect. You can get a quiet room if you ask for it, you won't hear the street at all (the back of the hotel has view on an abandoned factory). They do have a few special thematic rooms; I've booked one of them for next year; check their website.

Very good budget hotel. Clean room with aircon. Plentiful breakfast. Train/S-bahn station nearby. Good view. I recommend.

Expensive for your money, but the service and breakfast are great!

Hotel very well located and in accordance with what one can expect from a 2 star hotel. Wheelchair accessible room and several PMR rooms in the hotel.

Perfect place to stay over, if you are planning to party.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms, unfortunately some close shower, … But I'm not just big;-). Breakfast good and always fresh with delicious waffles which you can make yourself.

The hotel has fully met my expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean and the large breakfast buffet did not leave any wishes open. Despite the location of the hotel there was no noise nuisance. Gladly again.

According to the price. Small room but reasonable bed and reasonable bathroom. Breakfast or similar was not tried.
Staff was always friendly and the checkin was prompt and accommodating. The room we could even refer to earlier.

I was looking for a hotel within walking distance to the train station and the Mercedes Benz Arena and found the ibis. The staff from reception to the bar were consistently friendly and attentive. I had that, Bali Room '. It was clean and tidy, so you can't say anything. For a longer stay I would find it very small, but for 1-2 nights it was okay, since I was in principle really just for sleeping there.

Value for money not very convincing.

(March, 2 nights) Pros: Perfect location. 5 minutes from the train station. 3 minutes from the bus station. 15 minutes from alexanderplatz. Friendly staff. Big bathrooms. Comfortable beds. You feel safe. Cons: they didn't change our towels and we found an old banana behind the curtain. * (photos of our view)

Bright friendly room (524) very clean. Very good plentiful breakfast. Connection to the Center optimally. Underground car park 16€ per Tg. Too expensive. Otherwise highly recommended.

Great hotel. Cheap Minibar 2, 90euro for a beer and free travel card included for your stay in Berlin.

Hotel is very clean, W-lan is free and a bar is also available. Prices are OK and the Ostbahnhof is directly opposite. Walking approx. 3 min.

Great hotel close to the station, very varied buffet breakfast, spacious rooms and very helpful staff.

Breakfast is very good. The bathroom in the room, however, is extremely getting used to. Beautiful is different.
The heating in the room ran all the time on 5 but there were no 18 degrees in it. There is no heating in the bathroom. Felt 15 degrees in the bathroom. Once and not again. Sorry! The good breakfast can not make up for the rest…

Stand with my girlfriend for 5 min Long at the cold outside the door, because the does not rise by itself and that at 5 o'clock at night and the guy at the reception was simply away incredibly genuine Niewieder ibis!

The staff was friendly and routinely. Unfortunately, the location is right at a very noisy intersection/Main Street Nothing for people who need some rest to be able to sleep. The air conditioning can be booked safely under Ulk. The rooms as well as the bathroom are clean and furnished in the youth hostel style. I can only sleep with the window open and fresh air, so I have no eye due to the immense noise level. Sensible earplugs could help, unfortunately I didn't have it.

A really great hotel in a very central location right next to the Ostbahnhof. The rooms are small but functional. Worth mentioning are the really good beds which offer excellent sleeping comfort. I seldom slept so well in a hotel. Despite the location on a busy main road thanks to the well insulated windows it is very quiet. The breakfast is very rich with lots of fresh ingredients. The staff is well trained, friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The Mercedes Benz Arena is within 15 minutes walking distance. A good tip for visitors to events in the arena.

Friendly, fast and reliable. It's good, right near the station. This is convenient both for arrival and for all other destinations. The rooms are clean and solidly equipped. Recommended for short business trips or private getaways.

The hotel personal was terrible, not friendly at all, they messed up my reservation and even they fixed it (next day) all the shifts workers were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I dont recommend thus place. The location and strutucture is good but the people you will deal with Ufff.

Good location, excellent transport links nearby and a standard IBIS guest experience, staff are helpful with specific requests if they can accommodate.

Good location Close to a train station without noise and close to shops.

We were highly disappointed in the quality of service for this hotel. Frankly the staff was insulting when asked for help, they gave the reply, "Can't you see I can't do two things at once". Across the street is a large outdoor area where people gather all hours to the night to drink and party and if your room faces this way you will hear noise all night long. With our AC not working we had to open the window thus creating many a sleepless night. Only one star.

The hotel had a good location for our keep. The staff is nice, the room functional, the beds good, cleanliness in order to check — in and — out quickly. When you next visit we come back happy.

This is a hotel we Always stop at when in Berlin. Location is great for public transit, although the immediate surroundings have little to offer. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is good, although not lavish, and there is a 24h bar. You may be disappointed by the size of the rooms though. They're small, so if you're staying for more than a few days, you may start feeling cramped. The bathrooms are big enough though. One more thing: sound insulation of the rooms is amazing. We had high school aged kids in all surrounding rooms, but never heard a thing, unless they were passing outside the door. And even then not very loudly. If you're a light sleeper, this is the hotel for you.

Good value for money. Is conveniently located, which has advantages because it comes quickly and easily on both on foot, by train, by car. However, one hears the noise of crossing very much in the hotel room at night. Wi-Fi is included, parking costs €10.

Man does not need anymore, if he travels alone. Compact, clean, new. It looks a bit like a spaceship cabin what I mean but as praise of the functionality. The window can be opened, what I prefer, even if it's out loud. Favourable prices correspond with the system pragmatism of this place. What that Ibis Berlin Ostbahnhof want to be achieved it is pretty good.

We have stayed several times at the ibis on the Eastern railway station.
As an event agency and service provider we come often later in the hotel.
The service was always great. Now, you can rent a DeLorean with us for corporate events, parties, photo shoots, film shoots and exits.
The TG is super, unfortunately you can reserve any space.
The inability of the TG pitch to reserve and the volume of open window are 2 small negative points. The very central location, the service and the price are particularly noteworthy.

Small and poorly equipped, the rooms, no fridge or coffee maker.

Great hotel. Second stay this year. Clean room and bathroom with good air con (32 degrees outside). Friendly staff. Well located for station. City centre 20 min walk or 5 min by train.

Hotel is very conveniently located only a few minutes ' walk from the East train station. Our room was a bit small but okay, the beds were super comfortable. As our window to the courtyard showed that it was completely silent. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and always available in sufficient quantities. In my next Berlin visit, I'll probably be again for this Hotel decide.

Friendly staff but unfortunately very loud in the rooms. Instead of the advertised peace, there was only noise from the adjacent (busy) street.

Was training in Berlin. The Hotel is OK, Service also. What particularly liked that it for Breakfast so small delicious steak. :-) I should be there again, I am happy to go back again.
