Great hotel, very friendly and dedicated staff ☺

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were perfect. The Breakfast buffet was super, it really lacked nothing. Even Prosecco was available. We had two children here and would book this Hotel anytime again and also recommend to others.

We have had with our two children a great stay. The rooms are sufficiently large, clean and comfortably furnished. The Breakfast buffet was fantastic! In the case of a re-visit to Munich, we will come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Victors Hotel. Thanks to Birgit and the rest of the bar team for looking after me and my colleagues during our stay. Look forwards to staying there again soon.

Even if the hotel includes the name Munich, it is rather far outside. By taxi from the main train station costs about 40 euros. The hotel is a residence and this can also be seen in the rooms. The staff is very polite and attentive. Even though I sometimes had the feeling that there is a lot of training here and the staff is very busy with that. The hotel was as expected and therefore satisfying. I personally would not choose it for a visit to Munich. For the most part, you can find corporate clients here.

At the reception, unfortunately, a lady was not as friendly as all the other staff really exemplary. Even when it is a simple question, she referred us very directly and strictly to her colleagues. The room is large and clean. The beds unfortunately far too soft. The free water in the room was already open and one third emptied. Lunch was okay, but no more. Dinner was fine and at breakfast there was nothing to complain about.

Always great service, food and beer. Helpful staff. Rooms always clean and fresh. Only place I will stay if I’m the area.

Staff very helpful, polite and attentive. Breakfast is great Afternoon and evening menu is very limited No air conditioning, great for cool weather but not warmer days and nights. Parking is a little high per night / day Internet ok Bring your own pillows as the ones in the hotel are worn out.

Personal super freundlich, Zimmer vorbildlich. Frühstück war auch ohne Beanstandung. Eine Sache gibt es jedoch, auf dem 1. Und 2. Stock gibt es Getränkeautomaten. Die defekt sind… So konnte man sich abends nur an der Bar ein Wasser holen. 0, 25 l für 2, 80€

Cozy hotel, great breakfasts. But far from Munich. But the airport is easy to reach.

It is a very nice hotel in Unterschleißheim in Munich country. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, competent and previously coming. You can't fault anything at breakfast either. There was something for every taste, from bread, rolls to sausage, cheese, jam to scrambled eggs, bacon to cereal, waffles, fruit and yogurt. Unfortunately, there are only 4 stars, due to the lack of temperature rule switch, which is why the room was very warm and you also had no room (balcony) in the room. In a friendly way, however, we got a fan to "cool" the room on request.

Last stay wasn't sparkling. Every day a different group of tourists. The groups from China generally leave the rooms up and do the laundry. Don't feel like seeing old people in pajamas.
Buffet in the morning looked like a battlefield after 5min. You might want to explain the food to the guests. That could help.
Or, after all, separates the normal hotel guests from the groups.

Great, professional and very friendly staff. The rooms are not entirely new, but very well maintained. Breakfast is incredibly varied, even if the space seems a little too small. Price/Performance Absolutely TOP.

Sympathetic, not so remote, Staff!
It struck me very positively that the Room Walls are so massive that I didn't need to listen to other Guests ' stories from the Neighbors or the Hallway. Just as positive: generous Underground parking! Everything else: Normal positive or Just as you expect when you're in a 4-Star Hotel.
I didn'T like the Process when you arrive after 6pm. Despite a 24-hour Occupation of the Reception, I should decide at what time We will arrive. Even after an Explanation of why it was not possible for me to determine the exact Time Of Arrival, the Employee continued to try to elicit a Time for me … For that a Star Deduction …

Hotel is nice but my room 155 Bathroom has a foul smell and 2 or more bulbs are not working ; ( Restaurant in the ground is good, beers and foods are nice. But sadly on my last day April 21, 2018 6:30am I want to eat my breakfast because the whole time I was there I always eat at 6:30am. One lady shouting at me she said I cannot eat because breakfast is at 7am so I feel so stupid the way she said me I cannot eat thats all. Mark Villafania.

This hotel we can absolutely recommend. The very friendly and helpful team of staff in all matters is particularly important to highlight. A special mention has also earned the Great breakfast buffet. All in all NOTE 1!

We loved the rooms were clean and cozy, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. However, we cannot give any information about the meetings as we were on site for a short break. We are happy to book again.

Good and big hotel not far from Unterschleißheim station. Very tasty brekfast, cozy room design, comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff! On thing to mention — ventilation in bathroom makes it cool quickly — when getting out of shower be careful to not get cold.

Very good hotel, great staff, good beer (of course) and good sized rooms. Kind of in the middle of nowhere, but almost everyone is here working nearby. Quite a few restaurants nearby, but not much else.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good.

We were there as a family with 2 children for 2 nights. Everything was great the rooms were very clean and large. Breakfast was very good and adequate for everyone. The only thing that can be improved is a new painting from the outside. Would love to come back. Continue so.

Stayed as an overnight guest due to a flight cancellation. Staff was friendly and accomodating; clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom accessories were provided — everything you really need in given circumstances. Thanks!

Rooms are basically OK. Beds are good. Ceilings could be larger. The shower is only limited. Too small. If you don't pay attention, you burn yourself at the water mixer. Burger in the restaurant is delicious — but Majo for fries after ordering takes hours.

I was here with my partner over the weekend. From the outside, a new painting would be announced. The location is outside of Munich. A car is recommended. From the inside though clean and very well maintained. Nice rooms with nice bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and above all clean. The breakfast was also great. The choice huge and the quality good! Would like to come back if we are in Munich again. This hotel can be recommended with a good conscience.

Collusion could not be held, which was extremely annoying and unprofessional. The food below average (fries very greasy), breakfast average. Wi-Fi is very very slow for free, for normal Wi-Fi you have to pay 12 euros per day in addition. Not acceptable at the room rate. The staff is friendly. There are much better addresses in Unterschleißheim.

The staff are welcoming and wonderful at this hotel. They are cordial and extremely accommodating. The breakfast was well presented and good value for money. I would say though if you are looking for a well rested stay, then Victor's may not be your place to reside. The walls are fairly thin and your neighbours are easily heard going about their business in their rooms.

Friendly staff, BUT since January 2018 you habe to pay first before getting a room or drink or dinner etc. So the management in general doesn‘t trust the customer and is afraid that he will leave without paying. Before 2018 there was also one bottle of water in the room when entering the room. This has also changed. Sorry but this was the last time I booked at your hotels when being treated like this.

Very nice hotel. Great choice for breakfast. Just the location that is not exceptional.

The breakfast is very good. From homemade waffles to self-pressed O-juice, everything is there. The rooms are very tidy and modern furnished. Although it is 30min away from the city centre. However, you can walk to the S-Bahn station in 15min, where the train goes directly to the city centre. The staff is very friendly and will be happy to answer any questions.

We were in this hotel in the end of December 2017. We put a car to the free underground parking. The room was clean, all necessary things were there. Beds for 2 adults and 2 children were prepared. Breakfast was various. Fast and friendly service.

I had a great time. Very good value for money Only drawback was to park in front of the hotel to check in and find the fine on the windshield (this thing I have not been able to explain why not speak Italian). Neither in the lobby and in the room he took the Wi-Fi.

Awesome staff — from reception to restaurant, every one was fabulous. Decent breakfast and dinner options for vegetarians. Location is the only downside. Normally, it'd be ok but if you arrive late at night to the nearest S bahn, it is possible that you won't find a cab. One of the the reception staff helped us pick up our friend from the nearest station, during the snow storm and no taxi was operating. Appreciate his efforts.

Great hotel in Unterschleißheim! I had booked directly on the homepage and thus received a free upgrade to a higher room class. The bed was very comfortable the bathroom clean. Schampool and toiletries as well as a hair dryer are available in the bathroom and bathrobes were provided. Too bad I could stay only one night because of a customer appointment. There is a vending machine in the hallway if the restaurant or bar 22:00 am and 1:00 pm) have already closed. I travel a lot in hotels and this is one of the best for me so far. Happy to be back!

Lovely hotel, rooms are great value, staff are very helpful and friendly, food and drink in the bar restaurant is very good didn't have a bad meal there during my stay, only small thing for me, was that there wasn't any tea/coffee making facilities in my room, would have been 5 star if it had that.

I find the staff helpful, the room is a nice size even though I would have preferred a proper shower. Breakfast is great, and the hotel is neat and tidy.

This is a 3 stars hotel with a good value. The only complaint I have is that the staff didn't tell me how to open the garage door from outside and inside and no sign either. It took me some time to figure it out and you have to get out the car to do it.

The structure deserves every kind of praise in every point of view.
The professionalism of the staff and the availability to every need stand out. To underline the bistro in the lobby very cozy and original.
All in all to be revived quietly and advise.

Good hotel. The room was great and the staff friendly. Had dinner brought up from the restaurant one night which was decent. The breakfast buffet was great — lots of selection. Giving 4 stars as they didn't have an ATM and sent me to the wrong location in trying to find one. Also, the halls and landing areas seemed to be poorly maintained. I also couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature for the room.

Super service and very nice rooms. The hotel is far from Munich, but the price benefit ours worth it.

Victor´s Unterschleißheim is my first choice at every Munich stay. I appreciate especially the large sized rooms and the full desk to prepare for next days business. Clean rooms, friendly stuff, great. Most rooms have been modernized during the past 2 years.

Nice Hotel in a very nice area of Munich. It pretty satisfied by the service. The restaurant is nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Modern hotel in the common areas, a little dated but functional the furnishings and accessories of the room. Good reception and efficient service at the front desk though with some inaccuracy. Welcome Drink and Complimentary mineral water in the room. Good breakfast Uncomfortable location if you do not have the car, the S-Bahn stop and a good 20-minute walk. Monaco is then reached in almost 1 hour all inclusive. One flaws the unavailability on the day of the request of room service although offered and advertised, as well as the absence of the minibar and the machine for snacks and drinks that only works to coin.

Well what can I say, i'm visiting that facility from 4 years, everthing always is perfectly good, exellent rooms, very clean, great breakfast and very helpfull stuff. For shore will return there when in area.

Staff was very friendly. The rooms are a bit old. Mattress was a little soft.

In the lower area renovated. The upper could postpone a renovation. At the open of the room door, cold was smoky smell in a non Smoking room. The room was perfectly against the other, the ok exchanged, but also the latest condition. Rather 3 Stars.

Spacious rooms, fairly priced, good location and nice hotel staff.

The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast (1Stern), which we download had to loop on day 1, because the occupation of reception the previous evening reported that breakfast would be until 10:30! At 10:00, the buffet was removed with sudden 4fachem staff! Not just comforting to hear an excuse, that this has happened often. Internet worked only on the 1st evening : — (
Despite booking late check out on the 3rd day it was torn almost by the noise from the bed — all hotel locks were exchanged and we had more or less the room as soon as possible wouldn't normally no problem, but the front desk this can announce at least on the day before!
The 2 star goes to the friendliness of the staff who were polite despite poor preparation / organization and excused themselves for waiting times
The 3 star refers to the room (well slept, only drawback: only SOAP and shower gel/shampoo available)

Great experience! Near the BMW Training center so Hotel tends to be full during the weekdays but available on the weekend. Suitable for Business, but better with own transportation. Next to Aldi and a few other supermarkets. Free Laundry and Dryer on each floor. Underground parking. Excellent breakfast!

In general everything is alright.
A negative point is that for breakfast there are too few tables, but again, the hotel is good.

The food is good if you can deal with the kitchen randomly mixing the sides and mains at your table, delivering 3 supposedly different but indistinguishable sauces and the kitchen closing without offering desserts. The waitress seemed to care but just couldn't fix the problems.

Good place even if it is not near to the piblic trasportations…

I knew that the hotel was not much to expect when I booked. I was kinda forced since the others were full and this one not. The bed is for a 15 year old teenager, the TV is 15 years old and the most terrible thing is the Internet. If you get 10KB/s you are lucky. One page will load in 3-5 minutes. The only 2 things I like about it is the morning buffet and the room service. Also the room is spacey. For me the Internet was the most embarrassing point. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Avoid if you can! Alarun is the better choice!
