Excellent (and I don’t say that often) hotel. Spotlessly clean, modern, thought out layout and your every whim tended to by friendly multi lingual staff in a courteous and caring way. Great place to stay right beside Hirschgarten s-bahn station for easy access to wherever you need to get to. Trams are a short walk too. Highly recommended.

Everything's great had been. Room was adequate and Breakfast good.

We arrived early but were allowed to checkin with free breakfast. Size of room is nice and comfortable for 3 adults. Location is great withtrain station just 150 m away. Munich Central station is 4 mins or 3 stops. Great service and friendly staff.

The highlight were the great clean rooms, the comfortable beds and the extremely sumptuous breakfast, which is unparalleled for an express standard. Always happy.

It was a great stay in August! We were out for a JGA farewell with a group of girls for a night at the hotel. The staff are super friendly, very helpful and have an answer to all questions. We were allowed to use the lobby for a drink, which was great. The rooms are super modern, clean and great. The breakfast buffet is perfectly a start to the day, especially after a long party night … I can recommend the hotel ONLY :-)

Holiday inn express is a very nice hotel and has excellent services. Breakfast is good. It is very close to the train station. Room is quite big and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel if you are coming to Munich.

Rm 135, Wi-Fi coverage spotty in this room. Room was very clean, quiet and water pressure excellent. Bathroom shower door doesn't make a good seal. Good simple breakfast but be prepared to eat with a large crowd.

Ideally placed for an easy commute from the main train station and airport. Also ideally placed for seeing the sights. Good breakfast and nice rooms simply furnished. Quiet hotel with a few shops nearby and friendly hotel staff. Here is a few pictures of the type of rooms you can stay in.

Very modern and functional rooms. The provided breakfast in the morning was very large and delicious. One of the best experiences I've had at a Holiday Inn Express.

Clean hotel with modern and reasonably spaced rooms. Breakfast buffet but only limited dinner options. Some restaurants are in vicinity and Europe's biggest beer garden is fairly close by as well. Friendly staff, overall good experience.

Nice rooms, however small — well designed. Very close to a hotel is a railway, but windows insulate the noise very effectively. Practically I could not hear the trains during nights. Breakfast could have better choice, but can serve everyone's needs. There are usually queues for check-out, so I recommend to avoid the "main" times. I can recommend this hotel.

This new hotel is close to our office in Munich, it is next to the S Bahn and therefore easy to get there from the airport. The reception is modern, efficient and very friendly. The rooms are not big, but are very comfortable. I like a good shower and this shower had it all. The breakfast is rich and high quality, no extra price is charged. Which is great. I will come back next time again. This is my second time. I stay 3 to 5 nights each time.

Nice hotel. Stayed in a room with 3 beds and it worked out very well. High standard and seemed quite new. Toilet and shower also new, clean and fresh. Good breakfast and nice lobby and bar area. Can recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms, nice staff and good service at moderate price. The breakfast was fine — just a little crowded. The location of the hotel is convenient. In 2 min. You're on the S-Bahn. A car park is available for drivers.
We lacked a restaurant for dinner. We'll come back at the next Münchenbesuch.

Very nice hotel and good service, great service and breakfast but uncomfortable shower room.

Pretty new hotel. The price is low for Munich. It is close to the train station, airport and central station are easy to reach. The rooms are clean, the furniture is new and the bed is comfortable. The service is pretty nice. The breakfast is ok for the price. Don't expect too much, but everybody will find something. There is a pancake machine.

A Holiday Inn Express in a new vest. I find very relaxing and super room. As a gold member I have stayed in many other structures. This is top.

TV screen welcoming you with a personalised message. Functional and clean fittings — not the most luxurious, but will still leave one amazed. Proximity to the train station is a good plus. Has a serene park behind the hotel to free those running inhibitions and have a peaceful time. Has a couple of supermarkets close to the hotel. On the downside, there is no laundry service. It tends to be a bit crowded for the breakfast and the selection is moderate with limited cooked dishes. I've also felt a dearth of staff to handle this crowded times, both during the morning and the evening. The bar is ill facilitated to have a proper meal — most are ready-to-cook/eat food items.

Nice hotel. The staff were very nice. Everything is clean, the towels are also pleasantly large and smell good. The bar is also recommended.
The breakfast is really great, I can only agree with the previous speakers.
The only downside is the fact that the operator wants to save on the salary of the employees and hires staff who speak very good English but not so great German. Are there no more employees in Munich?

A very referring hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the hotel is located directly on the S-Bahn line which is very well connected. In 10min you can already be at Marienplatz. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms large enough so that you can have enough space for two. Happy to be back!

Rooms are tiny. Beds were not comfy to me at all. Pillows were the same as well. Service and everything else was great. Breakfast was fairly good. Biggest complaint… The beds.

New (i. E. All fresh clean) democratic, not very large and to the center (Marienplatz or airports) to go about 10 minutes. The Metro (station is very close across the bridge) line "S" Bahn airport direction. Next to the hotel bridge Fridenhajmer trousers, it is going to the crowd to celebrate the New Year, this year was also, as a chic review from both sides, visible and the city and all the fireworks.
Good breakfast. Sufficient, despite the fact that there are no hot dishes: different fruits, buns 5 varieties, bread varied, cheese ham, turkey, several types of sausages, a variety of muesli-yogurts, milk, warm boiled eggs, butter, sauces, juices, many options of tea and coffee.
You can take with you fruit, yogurt and sandwiches-there are even special paper bags to wrap with a sandwich or put fruit. The rooms are really not big, lockers-bedside just no that stressful.
TV channels in Russian only RTR, and RTR-chanson. There was a problem with housekeeping-to vacuum the floor had to remind two days in a row at the reception. There is a computer at the bottom-you can work and print documents. Near the park (5 mins walk), and if you walk through it on foot 20 minutes, you will come to the Palace ensemble Nymphenburg. The park is very beautiful and there is a large paddock with deer and lambs-they can be fed. The whole experience is very pleasant.

Great 'value' hotel. Better breakfast that UK ones with continental selection golf meats and cheese added. No bacon and beans! Up-to-date decor and clean. Next to S — Bahn rail network to anywhere around city and beyond including airport.

Super Hotel. Beautiful rooms, everything clean, great breakfast buffet. Very nice and helpful employees. Will take this hotel again at the next stays. The photos I should have taken before stay.

Bad Wifi, you can not do almost anything. I was sleeping and suddenly a gentleman enters the room, and wakes me up… Otherwise an average hotel with some noise from the trains.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. The beds and sheets are very comfortable. Breakfast is standard but for the price you can't complain. The location is very close to Marienplatz 3-5 minutes by train. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel for business travelers. Be aware that not many options for eating around especially night time. Close to metro station. There are two supermarkets in same compound open until 8:00pm. Free breakfast.

New, spotless, just a few steps from the S-Bahn 1 that comes from the airport. Also very comfortable to go in 3 stops in the center with all the lines that pass by the same station. The breakfast is very good.

Small rooms, no storage place, bellow average breakfast, awfull wi fi, eyeballing front desk staff… Prior our arrivall we sent an e-mail asking if the parking is free of charge wich they confirmed that it is. When we arrived at the hotel I asked the lady at the front desk again wether the parking is free of charge for the hotel guests and aggain I was told its free. Three days later we paid 54eur for "free guest parking ". Not cool at all.

Super slept, etc. Bar sadly at 24.00 h closed, which is a bit silly, when you come back from the city. So not, but really not, is the Breakfast situation : (too few seats and a coffee for 20 minutes or more waiting in line, is really modest. I recommend the "old school" thermoses ;)

Hotel is nice. Neat and clean. Reception area is very big. U can sit there and hv coffee there. Rooms are good, big and very comfortable but only one thing I don't like that the room service woman. She made faces to me wn I asked to come after 5min. Two times she did this. I must say other hotel staff is very nice and helpful.

Rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable. Location was very close to the trains which made getting around Munich very easy. Only complaint was that rooms below the reception and bar area were very noisy. You could hear all the movement going on upstairs in the bar area from the rooms below.

The rooms are very compressed but adequate. Parking is not included but the garage can be accessed through main hotel elevators. The bar is well stocked with good beers.

Great facilities, friendly service, good breakfast. 200m from S-bahn station, 15 minute journey to Marienplatz. Overall, highly recommended.

The location is near from the public transportation. The hotel is great. Best cost-effective hotel in Munch. The breakfast is wonderful!

A nice Hotel and nice staff. Modern Rooms. Unfortunately, but little attention with regard to the room. The coffee cups had not been washed. No new towels. Little space for suitcases and Clothes. Unfortunately, many construction sites are Currently not available. So the environment is not so great. Since the Hotel can but nothing for.

Modern equipped hotel with good value for money for Munich relations. The staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast is always included in the room rate and good, and the S-Bahn station Deer Garden is a 2 minute walk away.

Big, comfortable and clean rooms. Very crowded during the breakfast. There is nothing interesting around the hotel, but train station is close by, so the location of the hotel is quite convenient.

A very nice Hotel. It seems to be very new. Friendly, bright and large rooms. A really large bathroom. Everything was very clean. The transport connections to Munich City is super. The S-Bahn stop is only a few meters away from the Hotel. I would book it again at any time.

The hotel is located right next to one of the S-train stops which is very convenient for traveling within Munich. The bar serves good beer and the rooms are spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel.

Front Desk overwhelmed. Despite the cost of private credit card will be charged the taking. Rather another Hotel choose. Breakfast very limited selection.

Positive: — Short walk to S-Bahn. — Everything is still pretty new; nice and modern furnishings. — Rooms were already 10: 00. — Beautiful and spacious bathroom. — Meals from the Breakfast buffet you can take and even gets Breakfast bags. Negative: — No closet but only A 30 cm. Shelf and 5 hangers for 2 people. What to do with clothes and suitcases?! This is really very annoying. — No outlet in the bathroom. — Frits and hair bands from a previous guest on the floor. Breakfast room not sufficient for all the guests. Longer wait times for a table; thus annoyed guests. Partial products have been populated as early as 9.00 am. Breakfast was OK, but not more. Scrambled eggs would be nice. Drain in sink broken — not from the delivery. Service was promt, the next day he was again defective. — Toilet seat broken

Most of the staff at the reception Desk and in the Breakfast room (except for the very nice and helpful "restaurant Manager") does not speak German — only English. International is nice, but English should be expected in a German Hotel. Communication, therefore, been slow; they looked at questioning and uncomprehending. Summa summarum: in need of improvement!

Cheap Hotel with very good facilities and delicious Breakfast. Frühstüxcksraum something small. Super centrally located. Ideal for a weekend in Munich.

The hotel is good. The staff at the bar, however, is overwhelmed, long wait. Quite cheeky I found the Sicherheitsleistungforderung of the hotel for the business traveller, although there was a cost transfer. Most of the information is in English only (e. G. Tv). It is clear that international guests are also coming, but bilingual information is obligatory. We're in Germany!

It located very closed to the S bahn station and it takes only ten minutes to get to the city centre. The room was clean and spacious enough with tea and coffee provided. The breakfast has a wide range and there is a comfortable lobby and a bar area. In twenty minutes of walking from the hotel there is a park where the one of the biggest outside beer garden is.

The hotel was pleasantly surprised. The truth is, my expectation was very low. The decor in the room is beautiful. The bathroom is not huge but it is very well laid out and that creates enough space for you to feel comfortable. Is the room small? Yes, it really is but it does not feel because of the tranquility and serenity that convey the palette of colors, textures and the good bed that counts. It also has a very good entertainment info system. Very competitive breakfast and that is already included in the cost of your room. One thing to mention and I was going through, it's the excellent attention of the staff.

Very nice newly constructed hotel, breakfast quite good although a bit lacking in diversity. Not serving wurst was pretty odd for a German hotel. The staff polite but their systems need some polishing.

Budget Hotel with excellent price-performance ratio. The Breakfast was simple, but neat. You could even take something. The rooms are functional. The bathroom was very good. Staff was super-friendly. Only the Hotel Bar should be open longer than 22 hours. Overall, it really nothing wrong.

Do not notice that this in works, difficulty to enter with the car, the restaurant very basic and does not deliver service in the room.
