One of the worst hotels I ever visited because the AC doesn't work! No ice bucket and ice machine and not mini fridge to keep drinks cold! The shower and toilet work fine and the staff did a great job. Great location near the train station. I hope best western fixes these problems ASAP!.

Check in und out liefen reibungslos ab. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und erläuterte mir kurz die wichtigsten Dinge, Wi-Fi und das Frühstück. :) Das Zimmer hat mir außerordentlich gut gefallen, denn die Einrichtung unterstreicht ganz gut, was das the K sein will: ein Hotel mit urbanem look and feel! Das Frühstück war jetzt nicht herausragend. Grundsätzlich war eine ansprechende Auswahl der üblichen Frühstück Lebensmittel dabei, frisch wirkte, was frisch wirken konnte und kann sagen, dass ich unterm Strich sehr zufrieden mit der Erfahrung the K bin, gerne wieder! :)

Asked for extra blanket since we are 3 people with only 1 blanket. I was met by an angry woman that told me that it wasn't her problem. Not very nice service.

Very good conditions but a bit far from town. Otherwise a quiet place and a very good terrace on top of the hotel.

I attended the summer opening party of the Bier Garden situated on the rooftop. From the rooftop terrace, the post industrial view makes everyone born in the twentieth century feel as old as the gigantic power plant in the background. The Kraftwerk is presented as the historical landmark of the 360degrees view. The party was good. Hany is a great Cocktail mixer!

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. There is a kettle with tea and powder coffee provided — very attentive! The breakfast is very extensive and there is something for everyone! (fruit, vegetables, various rolls, breads, sausages and ham, …) Everything was top! Parking is possible next to the hotel for free! I can only recommend it to anyone! The k is a modern and new hotel of the Best Western Group. It has opened 2016 new. The rooms have a pleasant size, are clean and have wonderful tiled barrier-free showers. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The staff are motivated and friendly. It has no runaways in quality, neither upward but under no circumstances down. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

The hotel has a good location if you work at one of the nearby companies. There is a restaurant, who wants a variety here, must run around 10-15 ' or use the car.
The breakfast offers a good standard selection with coffee self service.
The rooms are clean and stylishly furnished. However, the walls are not very thick.
The service in the lobby if you want to drink is moderate. One sits for a while and is also noticed, but not served for the first time. On request it is "natural" that you get what.
All in all a reasonable hotel.

Modern ambiance with a nice team. Parking spaces are available in front of the hotel.
The rooms are spacious and the windows on the upper floors can also be opened. The bathroom is modern with a walk-in shower.
On beautiful Days the roof terrace is open and you can end the day with a drink and enjoy an almost 360 * view over the Under-föhring.

The rooms are new and well furnished. I particularly appreciated the HDMI cable for the TV and a volume of new testament on the shelf.

It's quite a new hotel built in 2016. The room is quite spacious and there's even a phone inside each room. Most other new hotels stop providing phones as everyone has smartphones. The breakfast room offers a great choice. The tables and chairs are bright and cheerful to boost positivity at the start of the day. Staff is friendly. It's quite a walk from the Unterföhring train station as the hotel is isolated on its own. The drawback to this hotel is actually its 20-min distance by train from the city centre. Otherwise, it's really quiet to sleep there. It is close to the airport though. An Edeka supermarket is located next to it. There's a Schröder Restaurant next door.

All in all, a very good value for money. Service very friendly and courteous. Breakfast very extensive. Rooms 100% clean and the location is optimal for motorists.

I guess that can't be! It is possible to book a room in the hotel for 2 nights and then it has to be 8, — €! Pay for the hotel car park. We had parked the car for 3 hours, impudence and never again!

Nice rooms, beautiful place, friendly reception, tasty breakfast. The barkeeper was somewhat grumpy however so only four stars.

Good hotel, modern and clean. Quite minimalist as style, lacks the fridge in the room, there are laundry services, gym and in-room safe. To reach Monaco there is the station of unterföhring about 15 minutes walk, but it is convenient the location because close to many companies such as Allianz and Sky. It is newly built and the staff is very courteous.

Lovely hotel, great rooms and service. Staff were friendly. Hotel is just outside of Munich, and hence a bit difficult to reach using public transport.

Super clean, great hotel, 8 mins from train (subway). Breakfast was very good (compared to the US best westerns).

Very friendly hotel. The breakfast in the morning is amazing. The staff is courteous and kind. The rooms are small but quiet. The hotel is within walking distance of the subway and close to the airport. I would stay here again.

The hotel is new to 2015, but' and' too far from the centre of Munich, even if the front of the"entrance there is a bus that takes you to a trading station where you can then take the metro that takes you to the centre of Munich, we have chosen you because we know munich, but for those visiting it for the first time, I do not recommend it). Near the hotel there is a large supermarket which is open until 20.00. The breakfast" was disappointing:a little food, and for me, that are intolerant, and there was even soy milk. The staff only speaks German and English, and nn is very cute. A hotel in the media.

Brand new building in Unterföhring, near the Allianz office, a few minutes by feet from Medienallee. Bus stops near the hotel. Minimal industrial mood, extremely tidy and clean. Nice rooms with wonderful bathroom. Wonderful breakfast. There is also a restaurant just right of the main entrance, a bar and a rooftop bar.

Very clean hotel, friendly & helpful staff. Very close to train station and easy to get into the city centre. Also has a Schroeder Bistro attached excellent food and good varied choice. The staff are very friendly and helpful highly recommended.

For the performance overpriced: very light hearing Zinmer, no WLAN in the room…

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Air conditioning unfortunately not completely switchable and therefore somewhat noisy at night.

Hotel near Munich and the nearby S Bahn can be reached quickly. There is a bar on the roof.

Elegant but a little out of the way, the bus stop is still very close.

The only "deficiency" is the WLAN with 1MBit (slightly slow). Can be upgraded for a fee.

Rooms clean and nice. TV all in German except news channels. Restaurant closed on weekend.

Very nice hotel well worth it, there are clean and modern rooms (for football fans there is also Sky) Nice bar on the rooftop. Very clean and modern bathrooms and hallways. Really recommended!

Room very clean, breakfast sufficient from the selection, everything was refilled in seconds when what was empty. Super design! Friendly staff. Top! Happy again!

The hotel is very quiet, very modern. I've been a guest at the K a couple of times. I feel comfortable, but I think I have to mention a few negative points that I have noticed.
The cleaning staff I find very superficial it is also cleaned accordingly! I on hygiene is not particularly respected! Pity for where many people are this should be a requirement! Products are not controlled and replenished. Also, it bothers me that in a double room there is only one shelf next to the bed to store something.
The management should also pay attention to its staff for what did someone do though the room was cleaned in the afternoon? This won't do!
I stay here the hotel is great however at the criticisms must be worked in my opinion!

Nice and convinient hotel. Connection to the city center is very good. About 20 minutes by S-Bahn. Cost€ 2.80 per single ticket.

Very close to the office. Restaurant with very good food and better beer.

I stayed there 2 nights and everything was ok. It is very nice furnished and give you a high quality impression, especially the bathroom with a big walk-in-shower. Sadly the room was a little bit small, because we ordered a 3 bed zimmer and got a normal 2 bed zimmer with one folding bet. However the breakfast was very varied and good.

Stayed there for business trip during Oktoberfest. Really nice and new hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast is good with a good variety. The rooms are very clean with all that is needed for a business trip. The subway station is 5 mins walk from the hotel and it's approx 20 mins to Marienplatz, which is basically main square in Munich.

It's a new hotel, so something is still in progress but the service is good and the size of the rooms is adeguate.

Ruined my working day. I went out during the daytime, and suddenly realised I didn't have any ironed shirts left. Called the hotel at 4:24 pm: yes, they have irons and ironing boards, you don't need to do anything special, just ask at reception when you get back. Returned to the hotel at 10:20 pm: no, we only have 1 iron, and someone's already borrowed it. Try again tomorrow during the day (! ), oh and by the way our room cleaners only get there at 8:30 or 9:00. I can make some allowance for the fact this is a brand new hotel, whose first customers (including me) arrived on 11 April 2016. But you don't open a new six-floor hotel in a business area without making sure you have more than one iron. Back to basics. Some men do their own laundry.
