Hotel

The hotel is great, the rooms very modern, the breakfast good.
There were two shortcomings during my stay:
1.
I arrived at 11:25 p. M. The reception is open until 23:00. The employee just wanted to leave and "admonished" me repeatedly that THERE was a need to arrive by 11 p. M. Or to register a later arrival. How happy I am that I would be let in now. This may be true, I did not notice any hint when booking through our company portal. If you point out to the guest, who is still a customer, that's enough.

2. The room, as in so many German hotels, lacked air conditioning. Sleeping on a hot summer night was tolerable only with an open window and no ceiling.

It's a nice hotel. Pleasant staff. Located in a village of 6 thousand. People. Breakfast was normal.

Hello. What can I say on four stars definitely does not pull. The layout of the hotel is full of. Breakfast, respectively. There is no air conditioning. Of the pluses of the large parking near the hotel.

Love thanks to the very attentive staff. They escaped nothing. Despite huge arrival hubbub, even the little things were like "What was their dinner like? " Even understandable. You have a great team we hope you appreciate them. All dear greet.

I just expect more from such a hotel. The staff were very nice to me and have always been able to help me, but the cleanliness was highly expandable.

Everything fits here. From room to Nice staff. Allergies are also addressed without any problems.
I'd love to come back.

My style isnot necessarily that. But the room is clean and tidy
For breakfast ws gives everything you need. However, the pan on which you can prepare eggs irritated me a bit. I can understand if you don't want to prepare scrambled eggs with a few guests. But as a guest I don't go to the hotel to stand at the stove.
Very much I like the lady at the reception. She was eager to explain to me the escape route. The fire detectors are now also hanging in the right spot.

The room was OK, everything was clean and tidy and the bathroom facilities really exemplary. Unfortunately the mattress was rather inconvenient. The service, especially Mrs. Franke, was insanely good. I have never felt so comfortable and happy as I have been there. Really great praise for this.

Hotel in Perifica area great to spend your holiday in relax.
Very modern and equipped, good cleanliness.

A very nice hotel. The food was very good and the staff all friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered me are the small rooms as well as the poor Wi-Fi reception.

Humane prices, nicely refurbished, good breakfast and very attentive and courteous receptionist. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

We conduct regular meetings at the hotel Schempp. Also our last meeting was professionally organized and carried out again. All participants felt at ease, the course was undisturbed and our wishes were implemented in a friendly and fast manner. The training rooms are optimal, facilities very good and luckily free parking in the surrounding area. So absolute thumbs up!

Very well modernized hotel. The restaurant area and the Lobba are excellent. The rooms are small, but very nicely decorated. A hotel for a short stay.

The place is clean, location is not perfect. There is not much around, however just outside of the building there is a market and an Italian restaurant. Staff wasn't very nice initially, however by the end of my stay they would let me take breakfast 20 minutes before opening. Checkout process was simply perfect. It's a good place, however not much to do around.

Nice as hotel, cared for and clean. Going up to room 117 we found work in progress, in the middle of the night, they looked like a comedy film. Apart from that nice hotel anecdote.

We love this beautiful place, very clean the manager and staff are very friendly, very good service, Will recommend to all my frrinds.

In comparision with other hotels, I my self liked the new architecture style of the building. In addition the point which was remarkable at first look was the fabulous out look of the area which the hotel located in. the freindly behavior of employees was another remarkable point that was very obvious during my stay time.

In this Hotel you never a bit of privacy! I was there about two years over night and someone called there and asked for me. You don't want it to be possible that the night porter but actually my room number, and even the telephone extension has been given. By Law, he would not even disclose to may if I am in this Hotel with them. It is a breach of the data protection act and a tiefschürfender invasion of my privacy. Still, I was with a business Partner there, to which the room was booked. This has also been the caller unlawfully communicated. There have been to my detriment as some laws, this Hotel is broken. It was a business Meeting. The data were sent to the competition are given out. I had enormous financial disadvantages as a result. By the verbal incontinence of the night porters and the subsequent Terror of the competitor instructor, I lost a job in the five-digit amount. Well then, good night! I can be such a "Load" impossible to recommend.

Very good position for the Augsburg's fair, good comfort, SPA included. The breakfast can be improved. Good vietnamese restaurant. Very clean.

Basically not a bad Hotel, but for 4 stars I expect, actually, an air conditioner, the 1-person room (Classic) has about the size of an inside cabin on a cruise ship, the cleaning staff works at best half-hearted and the Spa is not currently available wg. Renovation (it should, I think, also be informed in advance).
