All employees, especially in the spa and doctor's office very friendly and competent! In service, it still has potential in competence! Management staff excluded in service! I felt very comfortable and have great success with the cure!

Criticism is met with justification, but there is no serious apology for one's own behaviour, a pity! Too bad, because all the staff are very friendly!
