Easy class! Very friendly staff fans.
Wi-Fi access available at the reception, like everywhere! Also the excursion possibilities are there! You can talk very friendly with the staff, give Tips! By the way, are really great, even! Always willing to help and an open ear! The waiter class! You also have to consider time, not times new personnel, the white everything! And I think everyone has even started a kind of new and didn't know everything!

Not worth the money! The Hotel is claimed to be a 4 Star. It doesnt even have a mini bar. No Air condition. The interiors of the room needs renovation badly. The room was stinking cigarette. And one of the tinest room you can expect. What else you can demand if you pay 120 € per night. The breakfast was good. However as usual in Garmisch Patenkirchen, be prepared to face "racisim" or Bias. You shall be greeted with a smiling face only if you are white skin. Echt Schade (oder Schande? )

The service very bad no AC the rooms are small the bathrooms are old the people that work there are very rude so this way I give it a one star.

This place if I could withdraw my one star I would rude service old rooms with 0 AC it’s very hot in this old hotel.

Room temperature 29°C and the window can only be tilted. How to sleep in a 4 star hotel. Good night!
Room floor has a lot of stains! In addition, there is still rubbish from the predecessors on the ground — in our case a crown cork.
Room door has an extremely wide gap, so you get everything with what happens in the hallway.
More places will be allocated for the underground car park than are available. So you have to pay for a place and then you don't get a place anymore. Except you are back at the hotel at noon. Only one public paid parking space remains in the village.
And this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel?

Ok, the pictures on the internet look good, the lobby is modern, but the rest of the construction site (without working on it) and just bad or far too expensive for performance!

Room is very small and noisy. Breakfast was interrupted by collection of dishes and even unfinished coffee cup was taken away. So unprofessional.

All in all, a nice Hotel. Unfortunately, price performance doesn't fit at all.
Pro: — new Wellness and Fitness Area with good Equipment and beautiful Saunas including Ambilight — service staff is friendly and cooperative — location is central and pretty good — breakfast is quite varied Con: — spa only opens from 4Pm — in the Spa There is a lot missing the necessary Mounts to hang your Towel or similar — prices pretty salted for what you get — many Trainees or Interns who can neither check you in, nor can we tell if we sit down at 8 free Tables in the Restaurant — Rooms can be much more modern, as you would expect when you come to the Entrance area — during our Stay, 2 Cooks were sick, so you could only decide between 2 Menus, which was only said when you sat and were covered — is up-to-date Quite a construction Site behind the house, at least as far as the Façade is concerned.

Four-star hotel with great value for money. Very clean rooms with good views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast is very rich. There is a multi-storey car park. Garmisch's shopping street is a 10-minute walk away.

We we're very dissappoited with this hotel service totally zero and they charged us 150 euros as there was some water coming out of the bathroom instead doing the job the manager and the staff were very rude to us I will not recommend anyone to visit this hotel in garmish.

Convenient location near train station, good food, nice gym and sauna.

Rooms smaller than in the pictures — photos with a panoramic lens? Underground parking cramped and steep. One was afraid of driving in. Sauna is good. Steam bath is out of service. Location is very central. Mountain views are also available. No safe in the room. Feels more like an overpriced 3 star hotel.

We only stayed for one night at the Hotel Royal, but we felt comfortable. Nice room, good bed, friendly staff and good breakfast at a very reasonable price!

The 2 male restaurant waiters are rude in serving dinner while the manager Ms Bowalf is in lack of flexibility and is impolite. The food size is unreasonably small. The room is so small that it may not be able to put 2 big baggages. No luggage delivery service on holiday. Many of our group members felt unhappy of all those.

Not a bad hotel advise except that there is no pool and so everything is fine.

Rooms are OK, service quite good, the bar unfortunately not so great. Well equipped fitness room and sauna.

Good hotel with small weaknesses — nice entrance area, elevator old and choppy, double room very small and with lots of small broken places including mold stain, sauna area very small and rather cool equipped for that very clean, dinner wannabe-Gaschurn With ready made sauces but super nice chef waiter, very rich breakfast, fitness area very large and many different equipment, location of the hotel very good, great ski area, hygiene in the hotel very good.

For the price a wonderful accommodation with good food and very friendly staff. Hygienic is all in a very good condition. There is an underground parking garage, however, due to the cramped spaces and maneuvering possibilities in the parking garage, the use of its only experienced parking is recommended.
The connection to the ski resort is very well guaranteed by Naheliende bus and train connections.
However, you should not rely on being able to use the included WLAN. It is very unstable and almost impossible to receive in the room.
All in all 4, 3 out of 5 points.

Hotel was renovated, the superior room with balcony and mountain view was nice. The food is very good, the location top. We've been there three times.

Hotel Kiegt is located in the centre of the city. Our room No. 237 was modern furnished, clean and odentlich. Unfortunately, the TV programs ZDF and RTL did not work on one evening. The quality of the food (breakfast and dinner) in the hotel restaurant was excellent, varied and very tasty. The hotel's restaurant and gym are 4 stars. The very good fitness equipment lacks simple training/Bedienungshinweise. The sauna area is good and generous, unfortunately there are no clothes-/Handtuchhaken and Shampooablagen on the walls in the shower area. The steam sauna was unfortunately out of service. In the sauna the hourglasses and also the sauna thermometer should be illuminated or positioned in places so that these instruments can be read well. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our hotel room including the bathroom were cleaned and cleaned up very neatly every day. The construction work at the back of the hotel is still not complete. A large part of the floor coverings in the hotel hallways are still in no good condition. Four stars are highly rated for this hotel.

Rooms in order, breakfast and good food. Possibility of making tea in the room. Wi-Fi Discreet.

It's not a cheap three under the sign of 4 stars. Everything is old, shabby, one can of soap for everything, on the 3rd floor of the room without a balcony. Slippers should be asked separately at the front desk. The only plus: settled before 15:00 without any problems.

A really good spot for Motorrad Days wow good staff and a prime location, and a nutcase Yugoslav waiter… recommended.

I had a modernized room to the street. Windows have to stay closed at night, because the traffic noise of the busy road does not let you sleep otherwise. The rooms are very clean. There is no smoke detector in the room. The fitness area is large and well equipped. The saunas are very generous and modern. Many resting places are there. Very clean. Nice reception area with dedicated staff. Breakfast buffet is okay. Half board offers a 2-course dinner in the evening. It is very attractively prepared.

In itself a nice hotel, which is probably just in the renovation. Our room, especially the bathroom, also needed this.
Delicious food in the restaurant. But I have really not experienced such an arrogant and incompetent head waiter for a long time. This better-knowing and then nothing-able man has really managed to ruin the stay!
Reason enough not to come back.

So I (19) and my girlfriend (20) were looking for a cheap but well located hotel which had at best sauna and an indoor pool. Unfortunately we had to forgo the pool, but everything else was confirmed by far. From the outside (after renovation) it looks super top and really modern. The rooms are quite ok I say (therefore 4 stars) does not correspond to the exterior appearance but that was aware we have seen the room before in the Internet. The breakfast was quite ok, maybe you could write somewhere else that can be made for e. G. Scrambled eggs also extra, or perhaps other things (we don't have it only seen by others) but on the whole a top hotel.
Everything within 5 minutes from the bank to the train station or restaurants/shops. Give a good 4 star rating as the rooms are not top and at breakfast buffet Some things could come up (pretzel for example was there at 1 of 5 days, soft breakfast egg maybe) can also be because we were so late there:D.
However a very nice holiday ud when I read the review here I can grasp my head.

The Hotel Konigshof is centrally located, near the train station and downtown Garmish. Very relaxing with a great view, modern fitness equipment and sauna in the basement. The food was excellent, we took away one star due to an inconsiderate waiter we had on our first night. Our room was nice, clean and had a wonderfully large bathtub.

I came with group, but can't use this coffee machine in breakfast restaurant because staff said it's very expensive and people came with group so much. I ask her if you have many guest, why you don't prepare new one? but this case is bad joke because they turn on machine for who? may be walk-in guest only. How different? because we paid money same. p. S. They prepare coffee for group but the taste look like water for clean coffee machine.

Location close to the train station, room in good condition, with kettle, big TV. Pillow too flat and the hotel cannot provide extra pillow. In the morning meet an very impolite receptionist, the way she talk just like she is the dictator, she is not going to help. It’s a shame to have such a staff in a well equipped hotel.

The Hotel felt pretty average, clean Rooms but small, nice personel, good breakfast, really good position (right next the train station), would recommend for short skiing trips. Relatively cheap for off season.

My stay was very lovely. The room offered beautiful mountain views and the building was very well decorated. The staff was very friendly. The amenities included a sauna which was great. The hotel is centrally located and it is easy to get around the city from there.

Good reception, small rooms for the standing. One side of the bed being against the wall. No fridge with drinks in the room, not very big corner shower. No products in the bathroom. Only 2 soap dispensers.

If the hotel is even completed renovated, the booking is worth. Unfortunately not free parking. While not all hotel listings such as sauna, still no price discount at the time of booking.

We had a great holiday here, I can only recommend the hotel. Fantastic location, rooms with view of the Alps, directly across from the train station and therefore great to achieve. The chic new bar and wine bar offers selected wines and cool cocktails, the kitchen is here super, is that the overnight stay including breakfast is great. A special highlight is definitely the new spa, with three different saunas and a modern fitness centre. Garmisch-Partenkirchen must-see simply, a place full of tradition and history, which can be reached from the hotel on foot. Also in the mountains, one can quickly, directly from the train station, the mountain trains and especially the Zugspitze has impressed us.

A lovely Hotel, clean, great food and newly renovated. Fantastic facilities, a stylish new bar and fancy wellness area with three different saunas and modern gym. The location is incredible, we had a room with mountain views, you’re in the middle of the Alps. Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a traditional Bavarian town and exactly what you would expect, with so much history and culture. You can walk into the town and are opposite the train station so you can get to world famous sights like Neuschwanstein castle easily. The train station gets you to Germany’s highest mountain the Zugspitze in a pinch amongst other mountain, making it a paradise for hikers and skiers. Many winter sport events are held here such as ski jumping, biathlon and downhill racing, there is also the world famous Olympic Ski Jump slope which is truly worth a visit. I can only recommend Hotel Königshof and will aim to visit again!

The man on reception was very rude! Food was not tasty, there is no "normal" parking, wlan 0. And so on: ()

Was a total a week at the hotel. I felt the room was good size, only the bathtub was something small, but I'm also not just small :) The staff was always very friendly and took care of bar and restaurant to one. After 3 days knew even some direct what you wanted :) We had also a vegan in the luggage, which was inspired especially by the love of the kitchen. Where some uncharitable inserts serve, here was always a so said spirited, very tasty vegan menu. I also felt the Belgrade as very good. The breakfast buffet is also quite diverse.
I was not in the sauna and relaxation area, though, but the gym is extensively equipped, so I find that. The bikes for example had a built-in heart rate monitor and TV (which wasn't but unfortunately) and iPod connection.
However should be improved at the Wi-Fi. This was possible partly cooking no richtigee connection (timeout).
I can recommend the hotel of good heart all in all.
P. S. Unfortunately, the burger bar during my visit was not yet open. Too bad the I love Burger :)

Wifi very bed not even in Greece is faster I'm in Germany… Germany is in crisis… Worse than Italy.

Food ok, staff mostly friendly, but unfortunately the Hotel at the present time a single job site, i. E. Dust, noise and Dirt. Some parts of the hotel are not available. Free Wi-Fi, went to my room, not! Construction works were indeed informed, but only for the Spa area. For this period, you could have the Hotel completely close, but it's always about the money.

The hotel is perfect for a city trip. It looks unprepossessing from the outside, the room was nicely functional. All clean like it's a should. Friendly staff at the reception. Good we also found there was a contacts round the clock and we could leave the key there. Free Wi-Fi and coffee and tea and fruits;).

Short stay, tend to sleep, it was clean, perfectly adequate.

This hotel has a fabulous location right in the Centre of Dortmund and quiet. My room was somewhat small but very modernly furnished. Felt really well there. A Parkpllatz at the Centre was no problem. There are probably several possibilities at the hotel parking, I parked right in front.
