— Rooms are very clean — equipment is top for price performance! Even there Are irons and Tablets with free WI-FI in the Rooms — Breakfast was fresh and delicious — staff very friendly — to stay overnight again!

Nettes gemütliches Hotel. Leider ist der parkplatz etwas sehr klein wenn man nicht reserviert hat. Aber sonst ist das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kissen sind nur sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sie sind sehr dünn und man hat das Gefühl man hat gar keins. Ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Aber sonst schön. Tankstelle und ein Subway sind gleich gegenüber.

Good hotel with first class furnishings! For the price in the immediate vicinity to the university unbeatable! A little older, but style. The breakfast can be seen. Scrambled eggs, Nuremberg sausages and boiled egg are regularly included in the program. You can also find fresh fruit at breakfast. With timely announcement you also get small extras (e. G. Lactose-free milk). Refrigerators are available in the rooms. As well as TVs and tablets. The bus stop directly on the doorstep with direct connection to the university or the S-Bahn station Bilk completes the good offer. (835; 836, at rush hour every 10 minutes)

Everything was fine. Small cozy room with a good breakfast. Room was clean and had everything needed. Would book another time again.

Neat rooms, very friendly receptionist in the evening of 27th April 2017, thanks. Hot water on request, tram or bus to city, or you can take a brisk walk.

One of the cheapest 3 star hotel in Düsseldorf, but the rooms are better than what you would expect. Very comfortable memory foam mattresses comfortable duvet cover and pillowcase. The breakfast is not the best, but compared to the 8 euro price it is acceptable. Parking is also available for 8 euro per day.

Nice place to stay over night during dokomi.

I wasn't sure what to expect from a hotel with such a low price, but I was honestly pretty impressed. The rooms were small but comfortable and the staff behind the desk were knowledgeable and fluent English speakers. I've recommended a few friends stay there since then and I will continue to do so.

Wechselduschen sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig… Ansonsten okay zur Übernachtung. Tipp: Neue Duschvorhänge oder aktuelle 30cm über dem Boden (brauner Rand) abschneiden.

Not fancy, but clean and we'll-maintained. The staff are professional and competent. The window in our room had good sound insulation. Free Wi-Fi and it seems breakfast is included. Great value for money.

The residence hotel has a good standard. The rooms are clean and well equipped. TV, minibar, ironing facilities, shower or bathtub. The breakfast buffet is very good.
Deduction is a point for the parking. There are some available but clearly too little while.

Wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel für Preisbewusste.

I do not know how the good reviews came about, does not correspond to my experience. The room and especially the bathroom, smell of nicotine. Suppose that it is by the Abzugsschacht in the bathroom. The white shower curtain is yellow and the bottom is quite brown — disgusting! If I have the window open would like, I have the whole window in the Hand. The shower falls shower down, because the bracket is broken. The Internet is bad and sometimes works gan not. The staff is very friendly, up on the muffelige lady in the morning shift.

The bed was for a double room a little getting used to. (like 1.40 m) Otherwise, it has met the expectations.

The Hotel in which everything is there, what are you on travel desires, large bed, safe, portable TV, Internet, telephone, Bar, iron and Ironing Board, hair dryer, large full-length mirror, Desk, even a shower gel, facial tissues, Shoe are available and a Laundry service. The beds were made daily and towels refreshed daily. Everything is clean, consistent and functionally practical. Beautiful Waiting Room. The staff is helpful and cheerful. Missing, I have only time a Kleiderhacken in the bathroom or the possibility of hot water for a coffee in between. Unfortunately the Hotel is very off, loud traffic, and from the outside is not very impressive. The Offer of a NV Tickets would be a nice thing to have. From the long journey struck, I found the rooms cramped and stuffy. As I the Hotel also because of the vegetarian Breakfast had selected, I was the small selection of cheeses disappointed, though I had an early Breakfast. Neither the cheese, yogurt, even the fruit salad tasted fresh, which is why I on the other days waived. The coffee was thin and tepid, my demand, instead of the Kännchens thin coffee, a Cup of strong to get, you could not meet. Me is a good Breakfast is more important than an Ironing Board or TV in the room. However, there were three varieties of juices. For a business with a minimum of baggage (since everything is available), which has no claims to the Breakfast and with a private vehicle will be arriving this Hotel for a small price perfectly safe.

Everything was good, really. Just forgot to tell you, that in room 404 chair is broken a little. You should just glue it because sometimes it collapses, back part of it.

Simple Hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, Breakfast good. Price/performance: Very good. If you are non-Smoking, non-Smoking rooms.

A group of 28 people, 4 days by Bus in the area and 3 nights in Dusseldorf. Very good experience with the Hotel, despite the Size of the group in such a small Hotel: friendly staff, special requests (food, fruits, possibility of sitting together) quickly and smoothly done, very good prices and pretty modern rooms, close to tram and so to the old town.

Very cheap and good Hotel for the price, one must not expect luxury. The rooms are however clean and the beds OK. Free Wi-Fi is available and Breakfast is also something for everyone here.

The March is the peak tourist season in the Eifel. We had the place and still full sun everywhere. From the balcony, the swans in the pond are seeing and behind the rise of the trail 6. Positive: — friendly professional hotel management, — breakfast with soft egg, cereal, juice, etc, — on-site pastry shop and a sunny terrace at the pond neutral — lack of Wi-Fi (somewhat limited by several walls and long ping times).
