Breakfast is for me the best meal in this hotel. Since I unfortunately have lactose — and histamine intolerance, I have no possibility to eat anything in the hotel in the afternoon, as I cannot eat a cake and other meals are not currently offered despite the indication in the catalogue. The dinner is quite hearty, we are used to other things, but I get lighter cuisine because of the intolerances. But it's all a matter of taste. Operators are all super friendly! Rest of the hotel is so far in order, but not completely satisfactory for our needs. The wellness area is quite small, the gym very sparsely furnished, the bed in the room creaks every time you turn around. All in all, we would not be coming any more.

Can recommend everything from the room indoor pool, mega delicious food and nice waiter service have even 1 Night spontaneously extended.

Indoor swimming pool, sauna, good food, rooms large with nice views, small ski lift behind the house, summer toboggan run next door, nice place within walking distance! Many excursion possibilities e. G. Chiemsee quickly reachable! All-round recommended!

A truly amazing hotel. We spent 2 weeks here IN August. Hotel is very clean and staff friendly. We will be back.

Beautiful setting. Very clean. Very good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Great facilities. Traditional Bavarian. Ruhpolding is a lovely little village. Feels very safe. I would definitely recommend. 5 stars.

Yes, where should I start? Family-comfortable atmosphere, Breakfast and dinner very varied and with products from the Region! Also on the diet with gluten — and lactose-free food consideration would be taken! Great location, starting point of many beautiful Cycling, walking or car tours. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Well, I'll definitely be back!

I was here with a larger group for dinner. It was a perfect evening! We all had a 3 course menu with salad buffet. We were all very positively surprised. The food was perfect. We were served by a very attentive superior! I highly recommend the Steinbach-Hotel for dining. Unfortunately, I can't give any information because it was an invitation.

Good location in the town of Ruhpolding. Big, but not impersonal. Full of character. Good food and friendly staff. Terrific views from the balcony. Would recommend.

Great hotel which we can recommend 100%! When someone writes something else, I honestly don't know if they were in the same hotel. It was even possible to book a double room at short notice and to arrive one day earlier. ALL WITHOUT PROBLEME! What pleased us was that the dog was very welcome. Breakfast was TOP there was a huge selection and it was safe for everyone. There was just soooo a lot. And let's not forget, of course, the super wellness area. We would like to thank you for the great stay and will be back next year.

Very nice here. The service is very good. Even with half board, you can still vary on the courts. All very friendly.

Beautiful little village, clean hotel room, great food in the hotel. Nice people, trying very hard for the guests, even in the village.

Short break with the family — booked the half-board hotel with SE for 2 adults and infants.
When checking in, the boss somewhat unkindly and claimed that the child was not indicated with and the SE often messes up something!
Then assigned us a room without an extra bed or extra bed. The room was ok but small, musty, very old furniture, the bathroom from the 70-er with partly broken tiles and animal hair Indian shower!
The young woman at the reception had then talked about children's dishes in the evening and that it would be cheaper for us.
After I made it clear to her that I booked half board and would certainly not pay extra again, you also deleted it from my invoice at the check-out.
I also had a drink voucher, which was not calculated either.
For this, however, bathrobes were not calculated. Costs close to €5/Person/stay! In every other hotel there are free!
Breakfast ok, but no 4 star Nivea, dinner just as much!
Little fruit and vegetable selection, salad buffet to 50% from the tin!
Salmon for breakfast were only available on Sunday.
Spa area only until 8pm.
Water in the pool on the first day has been freezing cold! The next day was already much warmer. I suspect who complained to you!

The hotel is not new, but it has everything You need. And the staff is just clever!

I was here for the third time. Like the two times before, there was nothing wrong with anything. Everything is very clean and tidy throughout the hotel! The staff, whether in the room area, the reception or in the restaurant, is always helpful and cares for the well-being of the guest!
I felt very comfortable again and will come back!

I was there a week on holiday. The hotel has beautiful rooms. The furniture is a bit old bake. But one feels at home. A wonderful small swimming pool with Jacuzzi was a highlight for me. The breakfast is rich old — and the staff goes directly on wish of the guest a. Got this with among others.
Best heart I can recommend it and I come back.
