We were also able to hold our business meetings in a pleasant atmosphere with good service in Corona times. We were very satisfied.

Great atmosphere, very guest oriented, everything great. I'm looking forward to another time.

Unique setting and atmosphere for a pleasant and entertaining stay…

We were there this week from Monday to Tuesday and have been totally surprised. A fantastic Hotel. So cozy, the whole atmosphere, it simply has it all. The staff was very courteous and polite. We will definitely be back the menu in The Restaurant was delicious. Also here the staff was over courteous and accommodating.

Monastery-theme hotel, fit everything from the building with the rooms to the restaurant area with table service in monk robes. A very friendly staff and Top cuisine! The Hotel is absolutely recommended and worth every penny!

A really nice rustic but not shabby hotel. Somehow cool, like a lock, heavy wooden doors, forged handrails, door locks, etc. In the same house is also a pretty good Italian restaurant, which is very well attended every evening. In total, I would have liked to have given five stars if it were not for the overcrowded breakfast buffet on the day of departure. The staff was very busy, but there was hardly anything edible left. Bread rolls and some cold cuts had to suffice. But the other days the selection was fine.

Thick solid wood doors, no right angles, candles for the night lighting of the hallway and natural stones in the floors create a rustic monastery ambience.
Nevertheless, you have modern amenities such as electronic door locks, minibar and TV.
Unfortunately, the TV in the room booked for the children did not work. The lady at the reception was very sorry, the hotel management said with 5€ discount it is done.
There are only two stars for the hotel from me, as the rooms in summer are so hot even with the window open that you can't sleep.
In the mattresses you win like in foam, the pillows are lumpy and the covers heavy. In the group of 11 people, not one slept well.

Highly recommended. Great rooms and very friendly staff. More parking spaces will be good. Exceptional but very good gastronomy. Always happy!

Fantastic, unusual, quirky, a great find. Thoroughly recommend this hotel and our dinner was fabulous. Wish it was nearer, so we could go there regularly!

Very friendly staff. The hotel has its own style which can polarize but the owners have put a lot of effort into enforcing this style in every detail. My room didn't go dark. The mattresses are for hygienic reasons with overcoats that are not breathable. Is almost everywhere so but have already experienced better. Otherwise everything was perfect. Breakfast was excellent. Value for money/ performance was right.

Interesting concept: faux medieval building, looks really cool. Friendly staff, good food (for some reason Italian cuisine in Bavaria… Why not! ).

Spectacular! It seems a real monastery, you sleep in children's bedrooms that look like cells of the friars, unique atmosphere. Recommended. Good breakfast, next time I'll try the restaurant too.

Beautiful ambience, but very clairvoyant. Probably due to the construction method there is no coziness, a lot of "bare" walls. Pictures or the like. Are in short supply and dark it is also due to the small windows. Nice to have seen it once — but again doesn't have to be. Breakfast was okay, but 4 stars didn't deserve the hotel, in my opinion, sorry.

Super great hotel. Made all on old. Ingenious rooms good beds. And great restaurant to go with it. Breakfast was good, too.

Great Hotel… the architecture is top. The staff are friendly, but would still be boosted. The associated restaurant Il Convento is top of the class. Food, wines, service everything perfect. Finally a real Italian of the highest class!

Something very special! Definitely recommended if you are looking for something different from Bavarian country house style or cool modern! A unique atmosphere in the décor! Friendly staff and clean rooms! Also the food (breakfast and lunch) was delicious!

Exceptional look and feel. It's like a mediterranean monastery, but with a warm atmosphere. Amazing :) Clean and well located. Staff is kind and very helpful.

A night in a 4-stars monastery… wow, that's an experience to be taken! Excellent restaurant, even though a bit pricey.

Receptionist is very friendly. Find the hotel very nice as it still has its own character and not as cold as the modern hotels. If you want something other than 0815.

Room was way too cold. Heating didn't really work. An absolute no go for this time of year.

Lovely rustic hotel on the outskirts of Rosenhiem. The room is split in two levels with a lovely outside terrist and accomdates all your needs. Staff and restaurant are all delightful and very helpful.

Very nice hotel — very different and atmospheric… Wonderful ambiance and a great restaurant … No aircon in the rooms which meant I had to open the windows and then got nibbled by mosquitos … There was a fan in the room but I didn't sleep terribly well.
Other than this it is a super experience and I would definely go back — maybe just when the weather is a little cooler …

The entire hotel in the medieval, alpenvorländischen style kept succeeded in really.
My single room was small but stylish.
Wi-Fi reception throughout the House very well.
Sufficient parking.
Breakfast buffet with rich choice.
Only criticism, the service at breakfast could be more attentive.
The staff conversed better at in the kitchen, to throw a glance over the guest tables.
I've seen that several times better.

The hotel is unique. Regardless of service, friendliness, location… everything just super.

San Gabrielle is a very nice and romantic hotel in Rosenheim, Germany. It is about a 10 minute drive to the town's center. Although everything is hold in a monastery style the interior is very modern with fancy lights emitting a special atmosphere. The room size was okay. The bathroom was rather small, but still alright. The bed was pretty small for a couple, maybe ask for a king size bed if you are traveling together. In the restaurant they are serving delicious Italian food next to an open chimney fire or a fountain on the terrace. It is just awesome to hang out there. The servers are dressed up as monks. There is free WLAN and free parking in the backyard. In the morning we enjoyed an unbelievable good breakfast buffet which was extra, but still an extremely good value. We felt very welcome during our stay. The price was absolutely reasonable. I can absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again (as long as I can get a king size bed).

We were now already 2 times for the 2 nights there, very nice rooms, lots of wood, lots of charm, very nice staff. We would love to come back.

Awesome Hotel, absolute lovely Staff, great and unique rooms, some are even with Jacuzzi. Stayed there already about 50 nights and can absolutely recommend this. Great breakfast also.
