Unexpectedly beautiful hotel. A chance hit, because I had actually only prescribed myself a forced break to sleep and came across this beautiful house.

Small and beautiful hotel. The two ladies that check you in and out are very kind and servicial.

Nice staff and good location in Walldorf. Rooms are good and modern. Unfortunately, the very close and busy road is disturbing.

Nice little hotel with clean rooms, good food and very friendly staff. The check-in also ran easily Bach 10pm. Beil Checkout was also very accommodating and friendly. Located in a 30s zone, the rooms facing the street are habitable even with open windows without any problems. Those who generally can't stand out any noises in the room will be happy about the air conditioning system and the air conditioning, my room was almost a little too cold tempered on arrival at 21 degrees, but that could be fixed quickly.

I visited the hotel as part of an SAP training session over the weekend. Very nice rooms and a wonderful sauna. Good breakfast buffet.

Good business hotel. Quick check in, quick checkout, reasonable price, first filling of the fridge is for free. Quality and design of the rooms depends a bit on your luck, there are rooms that still look like from the 90ies but also newer and nicer looking rooms as well. But this does not matter much as you probably are here only to sleep and all of the rooms are clean and the beds comfy.

Clean, staff is very kind! Fitness centre and spa! A place to work and relax. A bit out dated but I like that feeling of being in a home. Especially after a long day.

I have been a couple of times in the hotel while on a business trip. The hotel itself is quite good, neatly maintained rooms, spa, gymnasium. It is a bit far from SAP campus, but still within walkable limits. If you do not wish to walk, you can use free shuttle service. Staff members are friendly. Breakfast is standard. You get first filling of Minibar free. I was overall satisfied during my stay there.

Great breakfast… super nice staff… everything worked out fine… Fruit basket in the room… Lady at the front desk very anxious in late service. Everything was very clean… again and again like, hopefully, next time… with people on the floor… who know how to behave…

The staff was excellent. Lilly in particular was awesome. Rooms were comfortable, but a little dated.

Rooms are big enough. A little bit old but furniture but very well maintained. Mini bar is free for first refill. A little bit noisy and too hot in the summer days. It offers the value for the given price. Cosmetics are very good too.

Typical Business Hotel with standard rooms. Design from the 90ies, floor has seen better days, but the contents of the minibar are included in the rate. Breakfast ist good.

Always clean and comfortable. Close to SAP (5min drive, hotel shuttles are also available), but not directly next to the highway like the Holiday Inn (which is a good thing imho). The hotel design and interior is still closer to the 90s than to the current century and the rooms are very small. But the Wi-Fi is free and so is the first charge of the minibar. Staff seems friendly. I'd recommend it for 1-2 night business stays.

Friendly staff. My bathroom was not very clean at my arrival. After I spoke with the personnel about it, it was taken care of immediately at the next day. This hotel has one of the richest breakfast buffets I have ever seen. There is a shuttle servise to and from the sap buildings.

Very quiet location with free parking and free Wi-Fi. Staff friendly and obliging. The room and bathroom were very clean.
But:
Booked a superior double room was a single room with sofa. The 80cm sofa was pushed on to the bed of 1 m. The crossbar was clearly felt uncomfortable and the light switch directly at head height. Unfortunately no other room was available on demand.
The sauna was probably defective and not in the steam room. Is not profitable enough in a weekend!
At breakfast, huge selection and quite tasty, but unfortunately a shell expired wrapped sausage while been.
Arrived at home and complaining via email. Then get an email with apologies and offering one night free is another reservation of 2 nights or That we'd get a discount at a night. We should call dates. After we had communicated this radio silence is now. It is more responsive on any mail or answered.
Customer service is different!
That was the last time in this hotel, since you would probably rather have business customers during the week.

We were very disappointed! A single room as a double room was sold us without warning and thus had to sleep my husband on a hard sofa bed! Unfortunately, it was not clear before going to bed because the alleged double bed was very well camouflaged by the bedding. The problem was unfortunately in the short term cannot be resolved, so we had to check out, because one more night was unreasonable! Very bad!

I stayed at this hotel for only one night but that was sufficient for me to form a very nice opinion of the place. The room was not large like hotel rooms in the U. S. But was quite functional and allowed me to unwind very comfortably. The breakfast served in the hotel is excellent and covers all major food groups required for a decent breakfast. The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is excellent, which is a major plus point compared to other places. About the only thing I might want to change here is the actual bathroom bathing area — this is a small square in which one stands, surrounded by drapes. Even a slightly larger space here can do wonders. Also, just one english-language channel (CNN) on the TV ensures those amongst us unable to resist a TV (and unable to speak Deutsche), don't stay awake into the wee hours surfing and watching inane programming.

Als SAP Kursteilnehmer war ich hier gut aufgehoben. Hotel ist sauber und ruhig. Gratis WLAN.

I live and every time since. Very nice professional staff. The room is according to the year (91). With large beds with good mattresses, televisions (all with large flat screen TV), Minibar, Wi-Fi, air conditioning. Breakfast is good and abundant. Well-organized SAP-Shuttle-Service. The driver also offers evening very competent historical guided tours in Heidelberg and Speyer — — > absolutely join in! A Lot Of Fun!
