Brilliant staff. Great location in the town.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Everything you need.

For an overnight stay okay. Rather unsuitable for longer. It is clean and serves its purpose. Otherwise very old condition. Breakfast buffet is standard. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is all well and good, only the standard problem of hotels is the big audibility both through the window and out of the hallway. Wonderful breakfast and good staff.

Small Rooms, even smaller Bathrooms. Cleanliness appropriate. Staff friendly, Breakfast good. Unfortunately, it is not advisable to sleep when the Window is open. The Swabian Youth like to meet at night in front of the Hotel entrance to discuss important Issues in a changing line-up. Since the negotiated Topics are of great Relevance, the accompanying Emotionality leads to greater Volume.

The room décor is from the 60s. The bathroom was quite dingy and probably not cleaned for longer. Complaint to the hotel chain came no reaction let alone an apology. The man at the front desk has apologised for this. Staff friendly. Breakfast well. Price performance for this condition is not okay. Next time I book another hotel.

The hotel is very good, especially the great breakfast, the rooms are clean, staff very polite, the service is also very good and, you Lann also times to take his little pet with. Nice ruuhige location, just a few meters to the city centre. What more could you want?

Once there sleep okay. Very outdated room. Very small rooms. The breakfast was OK. But for the price you get better hotels. Well, it's centrally. No more.

Good and solid hotel in the centre of S. Gmünd. Older facilities but absolutely clean and good.

To sleep after work times there it is OK. Unfortunately, the bathroom is rarely cleaned properly. Under the faucet were lime residues, the dividing wall was yellowish in the corners and the rubber underneath as well. Breakfast was OK.

Nice clean hotel in the middle of town. Underground parking and parking spaces available for a fee.

Quiet location, kind and attentive staff. There was even ample parking. (It was a little hard to find though) Breakfast was typical German breakfast cuisine. Loved it! Would definately come again.

First night out catastrophic noisy until 4:00 in the morning. Room not nice and windows was broken and could not close man! Staff very professional and nice, good grace have got new room. The room was much better, almost up to date. Breakfast OK.

Love family style hotel with character in the town center.

No swimming place … close to bus stop… and shopping market. Wifi doesnt work sometime… rooms are a bit small.

Centrally located hotel rooms right in the heart of Gmünd. Come now in the rooms, but renovations are the run. The advantage is definitely close to the town centre and market square.

I always stay at the Pelican when I'm in Schwäbisch Gmünd, and it's a nice feeling to be there. It's also close to the Prediger Weinstube, where Karin and Fritz make one at home. I was first there in 1955 (ninth medics), and the town really hasn't changed all that much. It's a truly charming place, but many of my old friends there have passed on. Still, nice to get back now and then.
