The staff there in the breakfast area (we were there just for breakfast) is so delightful! Everyone so nice, friendly and accommodating, I have never experienced that before. Dreamlike! And with the plentiful and delicious breakfast buffet, the absolute icing on the spot on the i. I give at least 12 out of a possible 10 points 😁

We had booked 6 single rooms and were pleasantly surprised how quiet the rooms were.

All the ladies were very satisfied:
Nice rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Rich breakfast. We only lacked the opportunity to finish the day in the evening, which was partly Corona (the bar was closed and the restaurant had events)
Nevertheless, we will be back.

Das Hotel macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und bieten genügend Komfort. Das im Hotel angebotene Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl und es ist für jeden was dabei (auch vegan). Das Personal war freundlich und zuvor kommend. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv weiter empfehlen und auch sehr gerne nochmal wieder kommen.

Very nice Hotel, well located, the old town is within walking distance. The rooms were tip top, with a modern bathroom. Particularly the Restaurant is a highlight, however. I rarely get such a good Breakfast and a magnificent view on the whole city and the surrounding area.

A really great Hotel with excellent Service, great comfortable beds, a rich Breakfast buffet and a good Bar (with, unfortunately, a very small selection of alcohol-free Cocktails). The view at the Breakfast table over the old town of Schwäbisch Gmünd and the surrounding forest is unique. A Top address in the Region.

A very nice and modern Hotel. Here, you will feel as a guest very well and on the Rooftop you can see the city from a unique perspective. The rooms are very stylish and the beds are a dream. For dinner, I can only say at the Highest level and, therefore, a pleasure for the palate. Thanks for the great experience. The events are held regularly, also worth a visit. Thank you and keep it up.

Very good and recommendable Hotel! Room large, bathroom and toilet separated! Beds are very good! Rich Breakfast with a large selection! Friendly Service! It has us very well fallen!

I true Thursday advent with buddies is a toles Tim and unfortunately for terase true the weather is bad, otherwise, great atmosphere and a fantastic view.

Modern rooms, excellent restaurant and a beautiful rooftop bar. The hotel is absolutely up to date and all factories are top notch. Highly recommended for stays in Schwäbisch Gmünd.

We were not due to an event for two days in the Hotel. The Check-in was super however, there was no Parking directly in front of the Hotel. The rooms were large clean and very well air-conditioned. On the TV, and the bathroom, there was nothing to it. Despite the street side of the room you could hear no noise inside the room. In the Hotel there was a very good Restaurant and Bar on the roof with panoramic views.

Gem of a hotel with cracking views from the top level restaurant. Good size well equipped rooms, plentiful buffet breakfast and great staff.

Great food and even better cocktails. Chris was a great waiter and bartender. His passion was really apparent in the drinks he made.

Everything in the hotel is excellent, only dinner is worth more than 300 Euro for one.

Today we wanted to Look at, like so many others, on the terrace to the very top. In the entrance area would be opened to us the same friendly the side door, because my mother with the Walker was there! Because the Elevator only up to 7. Floor is sufficient, has taken away the Manager extra time for us with the personnel lift in the 8. To accompany the terrace floor. A super-friendly and notable gesture! An absolute big THUMBS up! THANK you for this courteous treatment! We come to 100% again!

My dearest and I stayed from Saturday to Sunday guest in the hotel, have won this overnight with FÜ on the Italian night.
What shall I say… the hotel is really successful, since really fits everything. Rooms are very lovingly furnished and equipped with a nice bathroom. Flat screen, tablet, radio equipped with Bluetooth and USB connection, open Wi-Fi and safe. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom and besides towels there is shower gel/shampoo and hand washing soap. You also get razors and dental care products. So everything you need. The bed is super comfortable and big enough.
Breakfast … offers something for everyone and everything is very nicely built up … the cappuccino is super tasty … the smoothie of the burners, also the jams and scrambled eggs with bacon are mega-delicious.
Breakfast can also be enjoyed as a non-guest according to reception for 19€ per person which is really recommended.
From the Sky Bar on the 8th floor you have a view over the whole GD which is really spectacular. We had a room on the 4 floor also there you already have a mega view but the Skybar is real hammer.
The employees, from the reception to the waiters in the restaurant and the Sky Bar to the CHEF who is also present and also wipes away spilled drink, are all super-friendly and accommodating.
We felt very comfortable and felt as if we were on holiday and regular guests the house.
