Attention: As a vegetarian, one is "punished" with utopian surcharges.
A side dish vegetable plate (as a "plate" on the bill), which was kindly offered to me orally by the waiter, since there was not a single vegetarian dish on the menu far and wide, cost around 25 €! Since I chose the portion of asparagus, I was finally the MOST EXPENSIVE with about 45 € among all the meat-eating at the table! Decadent.
Service otherwise super friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is quite good, restaurant not bad — but overpriced prices! (One has adapted to the Swiss guests! ), one does not necessarily have to! Elsewhere the food is better, more versatile and rich at a angemessenerem price — the price-/performance ratio is not right!

3 excellent days with an unusual welcome on the Christmas period, spacious rooms, a warm village with a very good value for money. So we go back this winter.

We are always thrilled. The food top quality for years. The service friendly and all speak German. Everyone knows exactly what will be on the plate. The boss is present and has time for a little chat.

Very happy to have stayed at this hotel. In addition the boss is very welcoming and he speaks French which is not very common in Germany.

We went there for a meal so this review relates to the restaurant. Excellent service, very attentive and friendly staff. Food is outstanding. We had steaks and fish. Steaks were cooked exactly to the individual's desired level. Portion sizes were very generous. Would definitely recommend a visit.

The worst possible service I have gotten in my life. We first got seated and waited 15min for the menus. When we were placing our order, we told our server we wanted fish and it would've been nice if she told us the dish was raw before taking our order. When the dish arrived and we told her that's not what we were expecting as it was raw and if something can be done, she yelled at us and told us not to order if you don't know what it is. Isn't it kind of your job to help us with that? Anyway, she then took out dishes back without telling us what she would do with them. We waited another 15min before asking another server what is going on since our server ignored us. Another dish of cooked fished arrived 10min later, something we did NOT ordered. When we asked her what it was, she LIED to our faces and said we ordered it. We can't even read the menu (which by the way was all in German, so much for being a tourist town) nevermind being able to order the dish she gave us! And just so you know, the dish she forced us to have was 4 euro per dish greater than what we originally ordered, how convenient. The customer service at this restaurant is appalling and I would not recommend anyone to have a meal there. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

Hotel: quite friendly staff. In the main building by the Restaurant partly noisy. The Dependance is unreservedly recommended. Restaurant: The dishes are tasty and nicely done. In the case of the controls, you can have good luck or bad luck…

We have several Restaurants in Bad Bellingen and the surrounding area attended. This was by far the Best. The Magdeburg operation is extremely nice, and a lot of effort with the guests. Also, if the evening was a lot going on, you had not very long to wait and the food was outstanding and very much (Männerportion). Highly recommended. Price are okay.

The food at the Markushof was great. The operation was so, as we here in Switzerland would imagine.
