GO! You will have no regrets whatsoever! Margarita is the hostess of this most wonderful property, the hostess with the mostest! I have had the wonderful opportunity to travel to Europe four times in the last five years. I always base my stay there in Baden-Baden, and have had many travels to surrounding locations, but always, Baden-Baden is my home-away-from-home, and it is to Landhaus Paradies that I always look forward to coming to. Face it, I have, and you probably too, booked properties for short-term rent, wherever you travel in Europe, through online booking services or some such. Sure, you will find a property you want, at the location you want, for the price you can live with. And you will surely get a landlord who wants to a) give you the key b) get their money c) see you leave so they can get their keys back, so they can get the next renter in. I will always remember Paris, France, we rented a unit from a gal who was actually living in the apartment we rented for a week — we arrived, she moved out, temporarily — she left behind all her cosmetics in the bathroom, all her clothes in the closet, and the refrigerator was full when we got there — of all her food. We never felt comfortable there, and never once in a week did the gal ever show up — we never even met her, she left the key waiting for us hidden under a potted plant next to her door! Same deal with an apartment we rented in Cannes the year before. Only once did we meet the owners of the place we rented.
