Beautiful hotel right in the center.
Pedestrian passage, lake, train station, everything on your doorstep.
Good breakfast, nice staff.
Dogs are allowed in for free!
Ideal to explore the Lake Constance region.
The only shortcoming,
there is no parking, therefore you have to park in the opposite public car park, which requires 20€ a night.

We thought the staff and the boss were great. All super nice with the guests and also with each other, which offers an atmosphere to feel good. The room is clean and perfectly sufficient. The central location is perfect for people who want to explore Lake Constance. It is located directly in the city and at the port/bhf. In case you have dogs, however, you have the possibility to reach a green area quickly. The breakfast was good, for vegetarians a few more information about the labels are missing, but you can ask.
All in all, we would come back.

4 stars because the location is great (close to the train station, old town, and the harbor) and because the hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a nice daily breakfast included. It is definitely a 3-star place in terms of amenities. There aren't really any amenities other than the free breakfast. There is no room service or laundry service, but they do have a washer/dryer in the basement you could use on your own if you wanted. Rooms do not have air conditioning. Rooms are bright, and the curtains don't shade the sun, but if you look closely at the windows you'll find an electronic shade controller that lowers an external sun shade for darkness at night. It took us 3 nights to discover that.

Pleasant stay in inexpensive clean rooms. Very good location to drive with openis — still not too noisy. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff.

The worst is the breakfast… Horrible… I would like you not to book it and to go down just to the side of the hotel ya 1 bakery cafeteria and for 8 EUR you lunch as 1 King.

We arrived at a tastefully furnished room, which was very clean and offered direct view of Lake Constance. The breakfast offer was very extensive. We will be happy to come back or Recommend this hotel.

Great location. One of the main streets of the city. We had Windows facing lake Constance. Lovely room, was in February, the room warm. Excellent Breakfast. Close to almost all historical sites. Walk the promenade, go to the Museum, all close by.

As far as OK rooms are very tidy. Very central location which is very convenient for a trip to the city centre. Unfortunately the central location is also a very noisy location which makes sleeping with an open window impossible. But the hotel and its friendly staff can do nothing. Furthermore, the reversal in the short term at this hotel is very expensive which one could certainly improve. All in all it is very suitable for young party people but for holidaymakers who want to relax rather nothing.

Well, what do you say we spent our wedding day here? Already on entering, the fishy smell and the location of the hotel did not like us directly over a McDonald's. Opening a window is not the only reason to think twice. The location is very lively and the windows not the best. Further you should find out yourself I do not want to preconceive the further surprises;)

The hotel has a good location. The lake and main station is just in front of the hotel. Nearby the hotel is a shopping area. It is very convenient. Breakfast is also good. Price is reasonable. But, Wi-Fi is very hard to get connected.

Transparent cancellation fees / total Unkulanz and self-righteous
One night we had booked 3 days prior to arrival in June 2015 via a portal. It was prominently noted "cancel free of charge. Later pay. " In the steps of the booking, no exact protections were shown visible any credit card data had to be stored. Since our
Arrival was uncertain, this was a major cause of the booking for us. We had to then cancel 1 day prior to arrival and the shock: 80% cancellation costs. Cancel free of charge can be up to 5 days before date of arrival. De facto was the note "cancel free of charge, pay later" misleading, since he no longer to the bear came, and you can now also do not necessarily look in the small print. The amount was charged with a even Court. We naively went on the thing without a lawyer, we had lost the case in a written procedure. From my point of view was also not properly argued.
I can therefore evaluate not the accommodation of the hotel but the dealing with customers, grace or also failure to see. Because of misleading note has been corrected now by the booking portal.
So problem areas or topics of grace, this hotel will be not customer friendly!

Very clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, lovely food services and convenient location :)

We were there four nights with baby — and it was perfect!
Shortly beforehand: Have want to be relatively spontaneous on new year's Eve in Konstanz and encountered on the Centro. The booking was wonderful: called, that we want to be towards the Lake above if possible. The nice lady has confirmed this during the booking, I referred to our call — and it happened exactly as desired.
Now a little sorted :-)
ROOMS:
Had a double room comfort. The room was the floor huge, newly (laminate, no carpet), ceiling rooms have a large fan via toggle switches, toggle, and can be switched off. The beds are sliding and can be placed together if necessary.
The bathroom is a little small, but not bigger. It has everything you need. The look is perfect, you can see over the station about it directly on Lake Constance.
After three nights (which were actually planned and booked), we gave it another night and this time were in a double room standard. Facility is absolutely right (floor, fan, bath…). The room was still large and comfortable enough for us with baby bed!
STAFF:
The staff is super nice and helpful. We knew that the room from 15: 00 is ready, we were slightly early and were allowed with the little ones in the dining room and there were offered us drinks. The staff always has a smile on his face and seems very loose.

Were already last summer here. Location could not be better not even 2 minutes to the Lake! The old town is directly behind the hotel. Good tasty sufficient breakfast! Are again very happy Monday!

Price/performance for consistency good. Room clean, tidy and standard for the price. The breakfast is plentiful and well sorted, the location is diversified very well connected, at night but surprisingly quiet.
