I particularly appreciated the iced flannels in reception: this was refreshing on such a hot day. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and yours was near the top. I did think that I might go into the old town for dinner but opted instead for your restaurant. The meal was first class and I am glad that I chose the restaurant. Thank you.

There is a lot of attention to detail in the hotel. The décor in the lobby is very tasteful and exceptional. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout — other hotels could really cut a slice here. The breakfast offers everything you need, from very hearty to fresh/healthy everything is there.
We were there on a very hot summer day. Wet wipes for refreshment and various drinks were available free of charge in the lobby, which was really great! It was all the more regrettable that the air conditioning in both rooms produced a lot of noise, but almost no cold. We also found the opening hours of the gym somewhat unfavourable. But these are just small things that we would like to see otherwise. Overall, however, we felt very comfortable and would like to come back on occasion.

Very cute little hotel! Well attended, good rates, nice restaurant and bar. The AC in the room was not working properly though. But for the rest, I was amazed!

Hotel room ok — ventilation does not bring really cold air. Breakfast ample — addendum: was also now on the days with 38° outside temperature. The EC room (117) to the inner courtyard can not be ventilated in the evening because there are still guests sitting in front of it. Before the week (215) I found more pleasant — even if you could hear the climate units of Penny quite clearly from there. The hotel itself but very professional with very nice staff at a good price/performance ratio!

Stayed here with my brother during the Hockenheim GP and both of us are very happy with the stay. Perfect distance to the track, early breakfast and open late enough in the restaurant to be able to eat after races even after 3 hours of traffic jams. The room was a bit to warm, otherwise it was perfect.

A great hotel. Had quartered us in the Junior Suite. Zimmer was fully satisfactory. Coffee and tea as well as a bottle of water and in the evening a fruit basket were added from the house. The sauna is also beautifully furnished. Breakfast was varied. Negative review: There were not enough large towels in the sauna and the rolls at breakfast unfortunately did not have the same quality as the rest of the buffet.

A pleasant hotel, ideally located near Heidelberg. Our room was very spacious (free upgrade to a suite), although view to speak of. We didnt take breakfast as we met family elsewhere but would be reluctant to pay the asking price anyway given the reasonable number of places in Ladenburg and with a bakery at the end of the road. For a large hotel there is a reasonable amount of free parking in the grounds or an underground garage for €3.50 per day. Not given 5 stars for a couple of reasons; we arrived around midnight due to a flight delay and the receptionist asked us to wait while he dealt with a kettle issue for another guest (he was pleasant about it, but when you are 2 hours behind schedule and check in takes barely minutes we could have done without the delay), the shower over the bath is oddly positioned at the side directly opposite the shower screen so it doesn't leave much room for movement and if you move the shower it misses the shower screen and floods the floor. All in all though, a pleasant stay and the main draw is the location.

A very cozy place, nice, neat, with a terrace to have a beer among friends. Very friendly staff. Next door is a supermarket to buy whatever you need. I really liked the concept of Leonardo Da Vinci.

Service was great. The location was also really nice. The only thing we didn't appreciate was the beamer situation but I guess that depends on the room you're in.

Nice staff, welcome prosecco. Good breakfast, restaurant good. Room sufficient size, bed comfortable, mattress good. Pillow too small. Bath small — toilet ran flushing continuously. Only small but worn (holey! ) Towels, no shower towel. No minibar, bottle of mineral water free of charge.

Friendly staff, room large and clean. Bathroom with tub comparable small. No minibar, free 1x water and tea/coffee. Too little towels and old and holes. Bed comfortable, mattress good, pillow too small.

It was all just class I have nothing to complain about. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable I have not been able to sleep as well since the hotel is also a little outside it is a nice quiet area unfortunately we have not had time to look at the old town the 10minutes is away by car T. By and large, it is a great, modern and reasonably priced hotel. We would love to come back.

The staff is great but Rita is lovely and I like the way she's always ready to help us. The lady on the reception desk (I don't remember her name) was also very efficient and lovely. Please, I would like to suggest you to improve the system of internet, to leave shampoo+conditioner (not only that bath soap) available in our rooms and to change the bedding more frequently.

I was allowed to live in the Leonardo Hotel Mannheim for a week. I was very impressed and would book again at any time! Compliment!
The breakfast was very plentiful and varied. Only recommended! I felt very comfortable.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet. There is plenty of parking. We were very pleased.

A clear recommendation. The staff is attentive, the area quiet and housekeeping always friendly. Parking spaces were mostly available as well. In short: you feel comfortable. Only small minus point: the rooms are not quite so modern furnished.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I don't know much german, but the staff was very accommodating and helped to call me taxis and get around.

Beautiful place, romantic, with beautiful rooms, spacious, airy, with large windows that can be opened and enjoy the view, beautifully decorated, with ample spaces and very pleasant. The staff with unparalleled attention and very attentive of their guests. The surroundings without the same. A few steps chain store to buy necessities. A few minutes walk to the amazing central square which is well worth a visit.

As mentioned above, the cleanliness in the bathroom should be significantly improved.
Also the water pressure (even in the afternoon) leaves much to be desired, at least if I want to have warm water, where I had to turn the faucet quite hot so that it gets warm at all!
Also, the staff in the lounge in the foyer should be urgently attentive!

Appears good upon entry with well presented reception and foyer area. That's the good point… slow service at bar and restaurant. Basic and small rooms and for second stay, had 2 small single beds. Photos online look better than reality. On a positive, they are well located for convenience if just staying there for work.

Great service, parking right outside the door and the place is quite great schnucklig. Our rooms looked good and we slept quietly.

The room is in accordance with what is expected for this price the staff is very nice and available breakfast OK, but slightly poor for the price overall, hotel and rooms very quiet, good atmosphere, it feels good!

Breakfast buffet with good selection. There are no large quantities to be kept in the expenses. But I thought it was a pity that some things were only passed on demand.

Good location and easy access to the highways to visit the region-it's just outside of Landerburg but that doesn't bother us.

We (couple) always stay at the Leonardo Hotel when we are traveling over the weekend. We know exactly how easy and hassle the stay is.
Quick check-in, a nice reception, it makes you feel at ease.

So we were in a room as a family. One night as we were invited to a wedding. We loved it. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. You can also prepare your own tea in the room. Breakfast was delicious, selection was enough there. And we've even been allowed to have breakfast longer. This hotel is recommended.

Spacious rooms, good breakfast and tasty dinner, some antiquated sauna area, very easy to reach by car, by public transport just 10 min to the bus stop/20 min to the S Bahn.

It has a spacious and comfortable lobby in which you can enjoy good music, comfortable rooms and well presentable, in my opinion the only problem as far as the rooms is the bathroom door, as it is sliding and glass, so you do not count with voice privacy When using this facility.
The attitude and attention of the staff is nice.
It has a supermarket on one side; This supermarket has affordable prices.

The only reason I said "good" instead of "excellent" on rooms is the shower/bathroom. Very clean, but small and a bit cramped. The shower "door" (the glass partition) was a bit loose and would move about causing either one to knock and elbow on it, or to have to move it while showering. A bit of a non helpful comment, I know, as the bathrooms are what they are, but just as an explanation of my rating. All in all, though, a pleasant stay and I would return. I found the price high, but perhaps that is just the area…

Very nice, clean hotel. We ended up booking the junior suite because we needed a baby bed and a seperate bed for my oldest daughter. The room was very (I really mean very) spacy. The restaurant was ok. Some dishes were not available and the childrens spaghetti is not somethikg you want to order. Very bad spaghetti. Inhad the steak, that was very good. Breakfast is complete. Very good, everything you need. Would I go again? Yes!

Nice place to stay. Very natural for the surrounding town. Stayed there overnight. Calm and comfortable.

Although a predominantly business hotel we were made to feel very welcome as a family of 3. We had a suite which was massive and gave our teenage son a large private area of his own. The hotel is located just on the outskirts of the very pretty old town of Ladenburg which is easily acessible by 20 min walk or short taxi ride and has a few lovely restaurants & coffee shops.

Recently renovated, bar and restaurant areas are contemporary and comfortable. Stayed on the 3rd floor which also had a refurnished room, comfortable and enough space. Lots of choice of international TV stations. Staff friendly and helpful.

Hotelzimmer immer sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück auch immer sehr gut und viel aus Wahl. Der wellness Bereich ist seht schön. Aber der Fitness Bereich ist ein Witz.

Hotel was ok, had luck when on the Court is no place to what meisetens had to be the case because of parking, should you have to pay for parking fees.

I have here participated in many seminars in the House. The room and the breakfast buffet was very good.

Location of the hotel:
Very badly to reach with public transport. By car it is located vekehrsgünstig.
Facilities: The outdoor area and the lobby are maintained. The hotel rooms have come strongly in the year. Heavily used furniture. The bathroom has only a bath with shower. The bathroom is also heavily used and it reeks of drain.
Breakfast: Mediocre — unworthy of the prize.
Staff: Friendly.
Service: Bad service — is not entered on wishes (room) etc.
Price: not uncommon price of €100 per Nachtsind. Price / performance is absolutely inappropriate.
Recommendation: Hotel can advise prior to this only.

Rooms large, clean but in the years come. Staff friendly. Prosecco on arrival. Fruits and drinks are free at the reception. Free parking is available.

Walking distance to the Roman ruins in the city center and within driving distance to Heidelberg and other sites.

Weihnachtsbuffet 2011: Buffetauswahl war ganz ok. Qualität hinnehmbar. Servicepersonal sehr freundlich. Geschirr war schmutzig!
