Great hotel just outside Karlsruhe, but with good access to the city. The room was clean, of pleasant size and with amazingly comfortable beds. It's been very quiet in the house, neither street noise nor the neighbor's snoring penetrated into the room. In terms of price, it is very cheap and you still get the full scope. Sauna and gym are free. The reception is open 24 hours a day, so that a very late arrival is also possible and you always have a contact person. Breakfast is until 11am on weekends, which greatly benefits long sleepers. Highly recommended is the perfectly roasted bacon for me and the 3, 5 minute breakfast.

This hotel is in a clean and fairly quiet commercial zone that borders on a residential area and its community garden. Our room was clean and plenty big for a family of four. Breakfast was more than adequate and we hit the road in the morning feelin' good. The drive into town is easy, and it looks as if public transportation is great in Karlsruhe. We were on a very quick overnight trip.

Totally No. Pictures at the site looks very nice, big, modern. Realistic are small, and totally different from images. With baby bed you can hardly move into the room. You hear everything that happens in front of the room at the hallway, and when you are in front of the room door you can know exactly what you are talking about — private meeting in the room — forget. Pets are allowed in the room — dogs walk in the hallway. One had gone in to our room. We were very dangerous with little baby.

Medium sized 3 star hotel with excellent value for money. Above all, there is a lack of sufficient space – and this at every corner: the shower cabin is far too cramped, the buffet (breakfast) is also far too cramped, the seating and the positioning in the breakfast room are also too cramped (a few tables less would make sure, the coffee of the seat neighbour is much safer) — and to finally, the parking facilities are too narrow (it must be parked in a row and the car key is delivered at the reception). However, the shortcomings that are perfectly in order and can be accepted at the price of the region.
The breakfast buffet is relatively small in the selection, but everything is available in sufficient quantity and is also delivered on a regular basis. The breakfast room, lobby and reception are located in a room. The bar is made up of a refrigerator and a cash desk at the reception — i. E. Bottle drinks… But that too is perfectly fine.
The rooms are small but quiet. The sky programs in the room and free Wi-Fi in a really useful speed for hotels are really positively noteworthy. The bathrooms are cramped but functional and as the carpet in the rooms has come a little over the years.
The staff is friendly and accommodating, no matter how late it is, or whether a lot is going on, etc. All in all, the hotel is recommended for a short stay.

Was once again in the Aviva after about 6 years. The hotel is still good, but has suffered a little during these 6 years. One should foresee a minor renovation in the near future. The service was very friendly. The breakfast is good and very plentiful. WLAN is accessible without a password and the speed and reliability is also good enough for streaming. The parking situation is very tense. The parking spaces that belong to the hotel are not enough. In the surrounding area was also all Zugeparkt. In other private parking spaces in the surrounding area there are signs that you will be towed in case of doubt. We had to look for a legal, free parking space longer. I would book the hotel again at any time and also recommend to friends.

The bathroom was awful! Flooded after a 15-minute shower and the toilet being stucked easily. However, staff here were willing to help. And breakfast was nice.

The breakfast is fantastic, bcp of choice. The people at the front desk are top. And TJs helpful if there's a problem.
The Hotel is very close to the city centre.
Mac do at 3 min walk, small grocery store at 2 min walk.
The rooms are standard, and the bedding good.
I go back to every visit to Karlsruhe.

This hotel has truly been an amazing find. Neat & clean rooms, English-speaking staff, free parking & fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast is the most amazingly lavish spread I've ever seen in any German hotel yet. Also, super delicious! There's a McDonald's at walking distance and Penny store for daily needs. If you have a car, this is the best choice in Karlsruhe!

A very clean and modern hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Three is a gym and sauna on the 4th floor. Plenty of parking and near to the tram routes into the centre.

Well out of town. Some parking. Rooms are very small. Breakfast ok and available in the canteen. Similar standard to IBIS. We did find a great local Greek restaurant about 5 minutes walk away which was excellent. Nothing wrong with the hotel, but on account of the location, I would not stay there again.

Got here during a business trip for a few eingechecked. The hotel is modern and clean. The service was nice and friendly. The location is quiet and the nearest tram can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The rooms are fine. The bathroom should be greater, but for my taste fine. Beds are also in order. Good Wi-Fi, that is sufficient for streaming.
You should take the breakfast in any case: tasty and a really wide selection of cereals and bread to crab or pancakes.
All in all a fair price-performance ratio.

The repeated here in the hotel I have to make something easier the decision all who are visiting in Karlsruhe on this way what concerns the choice of the hotel. The hotel offers charm, excellent service and attention of the team. Really no wishes stay open here. Short tip top! See for yourself!

Excellent hotel. Very clean and modern rooms with heated bathroom floors. The staff is nice and helpful, breakfast uppig, far above average. On-site parking is scarce and quickly occupied, in the same street you will find always something, because the hotel is located in the commercial area and is therefore also quietly located.

The Hotel was really fine and the price-performance ratio! However, the walls are so thin that I can hear for 1.5 h the conversation of my neighbors in the room next door word for word, and in view of the fact that it is now 7am in the Morning, I'm annoyed extremely!
