Good location, great breakfast, narrow bed, cleanness ok but not perfect.

The rooms are very bright and respectable. Cleanliness should be a role model for other hotels and the staff is very accommodating.

I had a not nice experience here. I've stayed many times, and each time they provide pillows which are so flimsy and ONLY one. The blankets they give are small and only enough to barely cover you. The rooms are extemelely hot, and no matter if you open a window or not, you always wake up from a sweat. The internet barely works on certain floors so when you want to come home from work and just chill out, the internet makes it impossible.

Room is too small and the cleanliness is still working. Breakfast was OK and the staff always freudnlich and helpful.

We stayed at the Hotel Ambassador Karlsruhe from Saturday to Sunday. Were just thrilled! The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable! Could sleep very well as it has been really quiet for the downtown hotel. The absolute madness is the breakfast buffet. It really leaves nothing to be desired. It is all abundant and the friendly and attentive staff will immediately post as soon as there is something missing. Underground parking is available. Would einquecken again at any time.

Its a very nice Hotel with nice service.

The room was perfectly fine for one night. Value/performance ratio is ok, if you want more luxury is not right here.

I was in Karlsruhe for professional reasons and spent two nights at the ambassador. Unfortunately the rooms were not quite as clean as you wish. Especially the bathroom could have been cleaner in some places. Breakfast is quite okay, but it doesn't even have a stool. The worst thing about my room, however, was the temperatures. I was in Nov. There and there was an extreme heat in my room. All the heaters were off and the air conditioning was set to "cool". No chance, I had to sleep with the window open. Which of course is only suboptimal in the city centre. The hotel has its own parking garage, but beware this is very very cramped. All in one I would book another hotel next time.

Central location, nice staff, breakfast buffet and rooms not outstanding but perfectly fine. I was happy with the stay.

Nice little hotel, so I can recommend to anyone. The hotel itself is centrally located in Karlsruhe and you can reach everything on foot.

I always like to stay here. Friendly staff, clean rooms on request with balcony. And a class breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired.

Breakfast was great but they didnt fill up used platters fast enough.

Everything was perfect clean and cosy rooms. Nice employees. And the best part is the Breakfast buffet, the hammer never saw anything like it. This was not the last time I was there.

Men u guyz really need to see dat place, it's so awesome. There services are among the best in German as a whole, I so much enjoyed every beat of it. I would love to visit there some other time. And I do like you guyz to do the same by visiting, and to know what I'm talking about. Thank you all, and God bless.

Nice, nice, nice. AC in the room, balcony, a big bathroom, nice bed, good breakfast and free parking in the basement.

I'm since years in the Ambassador Hotel frequent guest and had written a recession during my last visit and then expressed my displeasure. After a very friendly feedback discussion with hotel I relativize my recession.
It may be certainly idiosyncratic, as to expect regular always can be always be Lieblingsziimmer. Since I had always experienced this also for years, I was irritated and my expectations could not be satisfied.
I understand that a hotel despite regular guests can reach the State to have an overbooking and then advised the favorite room in the conflict not to the to make.
In over 3 years that has say times 99, 9% folded, therefore 0, 1% is sometimes unfair and to practice notes exactly this difference to criticism.
The House is excellently conducted, and as a guest, I feel for years very well. I believe that through the high scale, the House has created, allocating struck me particularly.
The room was unfortunately to the road, but also said that the usual city noise could be reduced with the closing of the shutters. No criticism can be expressed about the quality of the room.
I will continue to be guest in the Hotel Ambassador and can only recommend to the House.

Longtime guests, one should expect that the wishes you expressed are also taken into account. Unfortunately, this is not so here. For over 3 years, we book a room for our Institute regularly, expressing the simple desire to get a quiet room facing the backyard.
However, if you can forget a guarantee and taking into account. You can listen instead to excuses such as "The House is full".
This significantly interrupted the otherwise overall positive impression of in recent years.

I Andreas dust and fiancee to us only by this Negstivwertung strictly distance and can say negative about this hotel purely nothing but highly recommend. Friends and colleagues of the Deutsche Bahn rave about the modern furnishings. The rooms are comfortably furnished. A short walk to the town / city and public transport links are great. The guest in the hotel's own garage so how good location of the Hotel Ambassador's draw takes out parking. My 5 star should be forgiven! With kind regards
